Hi y’all!
Well, here I was completely and totally ready to dismiss Donny as a player and then today happened!
Earlier today, our two HoHs — Frankie and Derrick — made their nominations. Derrick nominated Donny and Christine. Frankie nominated Caleb and Cody. The plan, apparently, was for Christine to throw the battle of the block, therefore keeping her and Christine on the block, allowing Derrick to be HoH, and then eventually getting Donny out of the house.
Frankie apparently was totally okay with not getting to be HoH this week. After all, he’s already been head of household and we all know how paranoid Frankie is about getting blood on his hands. Plus, just by co-winning the HoH competition with Derrick, Frankie already got some more pictures of his sister, as well as her latest CD. If you checked out what CBS considers to be the highlight of today’s live feeds, you would have seen a clip of Frankie taking a bath and crying while looking at a picture of his sister.
And why shouldn’t he be crying? Frankie owes his entire “career” to Ariana. She’s certainly the only reason that he’s on Big Brother.
Anyway, Frankie did take a short break from obsessing over his sister so that he and Derrick could announce the nominations. No one was that surprised by the nominations. Caleb and Cody weren’t particularly happy about being nominated but they both knew that Christine would throw the BOTB and that they would both be safe as a result.
When the Battle of the Block rolled around, Christine did throw it. She didn’t throw it as a blatantly as Caleb did last week. Instead, she participated. She just didn’t try very hard. From what they’re saying on the live feeds, it sounds like the Battle of the Block was one of those things where you had to be the first to find a certain number of objects in the backyard. Christine didn’t find a single one.
But it didn’t matter.
Donny, essentially on his own, won the Battle of the Block!
And now, Donny and Christine are safe for the week. Frankie is Head of Household. And Caleb and Cody are both nominated for eviction.
And the house is in shock.
Tomorrow, they’ll be playing for the veto. Apparently, Zingbot will be joining them. (BLEH! I’ve never been a big Zingbot fan. First off, I always struggle to understand what he’s saying. Secondly, he speaks way too slowly and mechanically, which is a problem because 90% of a good joke is all about timing. Finally, his jokes are either extremely cruel — you can bet he’ll say something really mean to Victoria — or else really weak. You can be sure that Zingbot will not be making any jokes about Ariana Grande.)
Let’s say either Caleb or Cody win the veto.
If that happened, Frankie would have to choose between Derrick, Zach, and Victoria as a replacement nominee. I have a feeling that he’d go with Victoria since she’s not a Detonator but you can never tell. If the Houseguests suspect that a juror might be reentering the house on Thursday, it would be smart to evict a strong player who could potentially be used to make sure that neither Nicole, Hayden, or Jocasta gets to reenter the house.
But, for now, let’s just congratulate Donny. Donny’s not much of a strategic player but at least he can win challenges.

Derrick and Frankie talking about who to put up as replacement nom if the OV gets used. Frankie wants to take Caleb down and put up Vic. Derrick keeps saying that that would be a waste of an HOH. Why hasn’t anyone noticed his very intense interest in Vic and her BB safety lately??? Caleb is supposedly in his alliance. I know they will have to devour each other soon, but or now there are a couple left outside of it and he SHOULD be jumping at the chance to save them!!! He must have everyone hypnotized. Maybe that’s what the glasses are for!!!lol
I heard them saying that Donny and Chris beat C*C by 5 bones to 3..whatever that means!!
Sir Rock….I beleive that they did the skittle draw last night by color. Whoever got purple was going up and Christine got purple!! She did try to throw the comp too but appareantly BB production have caught on and are making the comps *throw-proof*. Gee…after 16 seaaons,eh?? DO they actually WATCH what they are producing?? DUH!!! lol
Good to see everyone. Looks like a busy chat day. I never seem to have time to come on during the day. But a welcome shout out to all the new posters and Vets as well!!
As for the Almost Famous storyline…….I have a couple that aren’t as exciting as alot of yours, but I live in Michigan!!lol You all in Cali get to cheat!!
When I was in college, one of my friend’s fathers was a photographer at the Flint News..or whatever it was. He had an interview one day with Robert Redford who i was IN LOVE with, with posters all over my dorm room!!! My friend got to tag along, brought the famous black and white Sting poster and asked him to sign it. He sent it to me at school and when I opened it I was like…*Aww…I already have this one!!!* Until I got to the bottom of it. (it was rollled up) It Said, in HUGE flowing script…….*To my biggest fan…..Best Wishes. Robert Redford!!!!!! ♥♥♥* I was scraming and knocking on doors all up and down the hall!! I remember I had braided pigtails with ribbons on them and they came flying off!!!! I guess that is meeting by proxy actually…but I still have that poster!!!
Otherwise, in Sept of 2001, we were in Traverse City, Mi at the Red Wings training camp. Hockey, for those who don’t follow..lol Long story short, we were staying in the same hotel as the players and sadly that is when 9/11 took place. We were all zombies, walking around the lobby, staring at the news on TVS and it brought a common thread to everyone there. I met and got autographs from several of the players, flirted with a few, ate in close proximity to them , for a whole 3 days! It was hard to really enjoy anything at that time, but it is still something I will never forget!!! As will any American! But the tragedy took away the fame and ego from the Red Wings and they became just regular people. It was truly amazing. And somehow comforting that we allcame together on that horrible day!!!
I think that’s it. Nowhere near as exciting as Jeanne’s Cary Grant story!! Who I LOVE even more than Robert Redorfd!!lol Too bad there weren’t smart phones then so you could have recorded the conversation !!!

@LM….. People keep saying how boring this year is, but I think we have all said that about EVERY year!!! It’s a game about people sitting around a house for months!!! How exciting can it be???LOL But this year we have had the whole Celebrity’s brother in our midst thing, the double HOH which I have gottten sort of used to and a regular one is going to seem dull now, and HGs that keep winning BOB comps all by themselves!!! These HGS,minus the first fluff that were voted out, do seem to have pretty high survival instincts!!! When they need to win a comp to stay alive, they DO it!!! I actually enjoy most years of BB even if I don’t love the HGs. It’s the game I love. And being a natural voyeur, what more could one ask for??? lol
I agree about Zingbot….not a fan!!!! Once was funny. Now…too predictable, UNfunny AND mean!!! Not good TV as far as this viewer is concerned!!
And GOOD for Donny!! I know I rag on him. But he is just playng a very different game! He is kind of playing the Anti-DrWill!! He never won a comp the entire season, but won the game socially. Donny has zero social game, but is winning by saving his neck with comps!!! I am no longer a critic! If this is his strategy, then so be it. I’m just happy to see he has one!! lol

Star, I enjoyed your post! I just have one comment regarding your post! I know Jeanne and I are twins and it’s hard to tell us apart …BUT. I, Jolee talked to Cary Grant! 🙂 Jeanne met a lot more stars than I did, because she worked at restaurants where the stars hung out. My dad was a tile contractor and did tile work in many stars homes: Robert Young, Lucy Ball and Desi Arnez’ Angus Dickenson, Victor Mature, etc. All of these are stars from the 50’s. We had a very interesting life. We lived in Pasadena, CA growing up and would spend much of our summer at the beach. One summer we were at Balboa Beach and Jeanne and I were in a paddle boat when we saw Shirley Temple in her backyard. We paddled up near her beach house and she talked to us. She was beautiful! And so sweet to us. Anymore stories out there?? 🙂 I am on my way to bed!

I am not crazy about zingbot either but I think it would be great for hin to say something about Cody and Christine always touching and rubing each other. From what I’ve read, it apparently gets very hot inside the Zingbot and last year, whoever was inside of it ended up fainting. So, I think that’s why they’re playing the veto tonight, when it’s cooler.

And I know what you mean. We forget season to season how bored we get, how we love to hate, how rarely do we end up rooting for who we thought we were going to like in the beginning!! I think that is why BB is only on once a year. They want us to forget. It’s like having a baby. They say if you remembered the pain you would never have another one!!(NOT that I would know!!LOL) So we give birth to a brand spanking new BB every summer…raise it..and watch it grow . Then we evict it and get back to our lives…lol

LM – I’VE been on the blog for a few years now. Maybe I don’t remember as well as you guys but I really don’t recall people saying they were bored until this year. And……. if some might have said they were bored, I’m sure it wasn’t to this degree. So many of us liked this crew and most of us had a BIG change of heart. Practically everything about this year has been disappointing. Not the blog though.

Ok, I think we have figured out Donny’s stragety. Don’t make waves, just win the comps you need to win and let the kids be kids.
As to name dropping, back in the day when I was working as a front-of-house cook at an upscale Italian restaurant, Phil Harris sat down at the counter in front of my station and had me make a salad for him. For you youngsters, he was a bandleader, comedian and radio personality way back when. He was Jack Benny’s partner on Benny’s radio show and then appeared once in awhile on this TV show . He also appeared with John Wayne in “The High and the Mighty” and several other movies of that era.
OK, that’s all I got for now. During Star’s monologue earlier in this post she said most of what I thinking, so I won’t repeat. Thanks Star, you were not alone.

I am soooo sick of Frankie exploiting the house, just to better his personal career. I personally feel that picking him as a house guest was a bad decision on the part of the show. His winning the HOH again makes me closer to the point of giving up on this show. I tape the shows and watch later just so I can fast forward every time the camera is on Frankie, I don’t want to hear his ridiculous squealing and see him jump around like a kangaroo, or even listen to him talk. I could care less what he is doing.

If the noms stay the same they would probably evict Caleb and then he would have a chance to reenter the game unless, they hold that competition before Thursday’s eviction which I don’t think they will do since they need 4 people to have it. At least that’s what I read.

I think it’s about time that ” beast mode cowboy” leaves the house.
With regards to Derrick, I am not sure why so many people are mad at him or think he has a god complex. Remember the DR sessions are edited by BB. They will only show you certain things said and we may interperate things out of the actual context. Also, BB is a game where you have to put yourself in a position to be the last man/ woman standing and in my opinion, Derrick has been doing that since day 1. He is playing this game and doing so very well. Cody is another person ppl seem to be upset with.. Cody to me is also smart. He knows when to speak up and when to listen to what is going on around him. In my opinion, Cody does a lot more listening and observing and was smart to team up with Derrick and let him do most of the dirty work, so to speak. I mean again it is a game and if Cody goes home this week then I hope Derrick continues to kick ass and take names. If Cody manages to stay this week I’d live to seem him and Derrick at the end but hey, this is only my optinion. I know we all have our own so please don’t be angry with me and send me mean comments back. Thanks ;). Have a great day.

I thought they were going to play the POV last night! Best scenario – Caleb wins POV and Victoria goes up. Derrick would have the big one, as one of his final two choices would be going to jury! (probably Victoria). Derrick has played a great and I think he should win, but it would be great to see the puppet master sweat for awhile.
I just hope Frankie doesn’t put Zach up if a replacement is needed.

Craig, I was planning a trip to Las Vegas. My boss was a friend of Phil Harris. He was playing at the Flamingo. My boss gave me VIP tickets and made it possible for us to go back stage. Phil was very friendly and told us some really funny stories about my boss. He was married to Alice Faye another favorite of mine. I loved him in the movie State Fair.

Some great tales of our pasts but I loved the 6 degrees from Kevin Bacon. Made me LOL. I worked on Beverly Dr. in Beverly Hills and my boss’ girlfriend was in a movie with Elvis. Sherri North, some of you may recognize her name. She had a cold sore and needed meds and asked if I could bring the med to the studio. I went and spent two days and talked with the King and had a wonderful time. He even came running around his trailer for some reason, knocked me over and caught me just before I hit the ground. Great fun for sure. He was really sweet and nice but some of the people around him were weird. Working in Beverly Hills I saw & met many stars and most were just normal but there were always the Frankie kinda celebrity who thought they were all that but weren’t. I also dated a Laker and went to diners with them and their wives. It wasns’t love for me though. 🙂 The attorney who represented “The Bird Man of Alcatraz” was one of the attorneys in the office. That was a fun time.
OK, enough of that and back to BB. I too would like to see Derrick do some squirming as Betty says. It would be good for us. So happy Donny did it on his own. Good for him. He can compete and seems to enjoy that part of the game. I’m so happy for Caleb and Cody. 😈 😆 hee hee

two, Joni and Star, I read your posts this morning. So sweet of you to be interested in “my book!” I think when each of you reach my age you would be able to write a book too. They say that everyone has at least one book in them. Jeanne and I have been blessed with a wonderful life. My biggest blessing is after 40 years of being 3,000 miles apart from my sissy, God has blessed us by letting us be together at this time in our lives. I love my life and am very, very thankful! I still may write my book! 🙂 I love all of you wonderful bloggers who have made us feel so welcome here.

My city used to host “Oktoberfest” celebrations every fall. One of the greats who attended regularly was Tom Hanks. I talked to him once and he said he loved our small city. It is one of the reasons he made it the backdrop for his movie “That thing you do”. It was just too bad they had to recreate 1960s Erie, PA on a sound stage and not on location. Would have been great.
In another instance, I was attending a conference in Pittsburgh a few ago and who did I literally bump into? Rue McClanahan. Literally, we walked into one another. LOL
My son is the one who can really name drop. He volunteers for our local community access television which airs most of the free concerts that happen around here during celebrations and such–They didn’t do Jazz and Blues this year because of budget problems between CAT and the Art Museum which sponsors the J&B festival. This weekend is CelebratErie. Tonight Cheap Trick is performing. Last night, it was Who’s Bad, the ultimate Micheal Jackson tribute band. My son gets to talk the members of Cheap Trick prior to their concert while I have to remain behind the barricade. 🙁 And no, he never asks anybody for an autograph, it would be unprofessional. I’m leaving early because they expect the crowd to reach more 10 city blocks. Most people won’t even be able to see the megatrons. I want to stand right by the barricade, right near where my son will be with his camera.

Derrick would then a no win situation on eviction day – please let it be Victoria so that in my best case plot, she scratches Derricks eyeballs out as she exits for not protecting his “girl” as promised – but Cody, Derricks no.1 puppet, leaving is OK, too, since there is no way he could even beat Jocasta in any competition the reenter the house. Either way, Derrick looses a major ally.

Craig, my husband really liked Phil Harris too. My husband played the guitar and he would sing Phil Harris’ song, “I just gotta have another cigarette!” Do you remember that song? One of the lines in the song was: “I meet St. Peter at the golden gate, tell him he”‘ll just have to wait cuz I just gotta have another cigarette!! 🙂 All of these stories bring back so many memories! I hope you “young ones” Aren’t getting bored! 🙂 I am looking forward to something big happening on BB so we will have more BB to discuss. I am sorry I misled everyone last night! Zach had been TOLD by production that the POV would be played then. He told the others and even got yelled at my BB for it..altho I am sure it was their plan. I think they wanted to give the HGs something to talk about and to make DONNY stay UP for once! Which didn’t work. He did get up but yawned the whole time and said he was going to go back to bed and just lay there..ya right..until called. From now on if anything is odd or sketchy, I am going to write ALLEGEDLY!!! It jsut felt so wrong I knew something had to be up anyway!

It has always amazed me how the wealthy never want to give any of their money. I’ve said this before but I worked for a multi millionaire and he never made donations. I know this is not true for all the wealthy but Frankie Grande doesn’t have to go on a game show to win in order to use that as an excuse for his charity. I’m so tired of the rich denying the struggling middle class and poor when they get most the entitlements in this world. I do not want to make this a political statement just get this guy out of the house already. If BB wants to do a charity show, celebrity show or show with millionaires, do it without us average Joes.

Someone posted a Frankie link for his video to try out for Survivor. I think Courtney. Anyway, it showed him in his very nice kitchen with his cook who was preparing some kind of spread for something. This wasn’t a bad video and the boy is in great physical shape. It would be interesting to see him down to the nitty gritty in Survivor. No way he could keep up his Tinkerbell facade on Survivor and I don’t think they would be as easily take in by his personality as the BB HGs. Who the heck wants some sweaty person hanging all over them. 🙂

STAR! From what I gathered just now, a Memphis substation exploded for some reason about 8:30. Fire came out of manhole covers, all the partiers on Beale St.were left in the dark and some people were trapped in elevators until power was restored about 2 am. What a nightmare! I loved your description of the lifecycle of BB and of Donny’s beard flying on his riding mower on the way to Beverly Hills like KiD (again, so funny!) said. You paint beautiful word pictures, and I want a signed first edition of the book you should write too!

Arianna was there and he looked happy. Now we know how Frankie will look in his 80s as Frankie has facial features just like the granddad. In the article it was mentioned about her series being pulled after only one season, how she cancelled a European tour to be with her grandfather, and how she will stand up for her brother against any haters. I really liked the bio of Frankie posted earlier, by the way.

Just now the frankie read a note from production saying the Have-Nots were going to get blood sausage and canned pumpkin to eat. Frankie then appointed Christine and Victoria as the next have nots. The canned pumpkin was received well, but no one said anything about the blood sausage.

@erie-angel Tom Hanks is the son of my culinary arts instructor. I met Tom at a party for my class at my instructor’s home in the Oakland Hills. He was not yet *the* Tom Hanks and I only discovered much later that he was one and the same person. Uh, did you happen to live in the bay area at the time? there was an Octoberfest in Marin for some years right around that time. Never went though.

I have been reading the blog everyday, but have not posted for awhile. Today, I was happy to read that Donnie won the battle of the block almost single handily. Christine has not class and not such a good sport either.
Today, fellow bloggers have been talking about celebrities of the past and it’s been fun
reading your wonderful memories. It reminded of me of my grandma’s best friend growing up was Loren Bacall, who passed away this past Monday. I just finished looking at
the pictures of my grandparents wedding. And I found a picture of Ms. Becall at age 21, with my grandma and her the three sisters. I thought I might share this bit of my family
history, with all of you. My grandma told wonderful stories of her friendship with Ms. Becall even after she became famous. They had a friendship the lasted for over 40 years.

I adored Lauren Bacall and just watched To Have and Have Not 2 days before she died. She oozed star quality!

He was a pilot in WWll, got shot down, hid out with Czech partisans, got captured, dug a tunnel and escaped, got recaptured and was liberated by Patton who disobeyed a direct order to go south because he knew there was a prison camp just a short way north. My dad was a great man. He also made great muscadine jelly.
I wonder if any of Frankie’s followers have posted on this blog. Or his sister. I don’t see anyone taking up for him in a big way like a sister would. For that matter, wouldn’t it be a simple matter for friends and family of the houseguests to join? As LM continues to become more and more popular, we may start seeing personal friends posting.

I would love to see Caleb or Cody go BUT problem is that there is a comp to re enter the game and I am too afraid they would win instead of Hayden or Nicole it is a shame that one cant win and pick a member to re enter with them. I believe that Hayden & Nicole could take out Frankie or Derrick.
Frankie is too in love with himself & Derrick (who I admit I liked at first) is running the house and that I cant stand. And even WORSE this group of HGs seem too stupid to realize that they have been playing Derricks game.
If Derrick took Victoria to the end I think he would be making a mistake because once the jury members start talking they would figure out he is behind all of it especially when they have to turn on their own alliance and Derrick would come in 2nd to Victoria IF he really wants to win he has to take someone to the end that all the Jury HATES only that would be a smart move.

@Craig Long, nope didn’t live in the Bay area. This all took place in the little city of Erie, PA. We haven’t had an Oktoberfest in over a decade. That festival went away in exchange for bigger, more lucrative ones–like this weekend’s Celebrate Erie. Cheap Trick was great by the way!! And the crowd was, I think, bigger than they expected. One of the band members mentioned that he couldn’t see the end of it. It was noisy, hectic, rainy and the best time to be had in a long time. Best of all, unless one wanted to eat or go on a carnival ride, it was all free!!

Oh when he tells zach look out for the fireworks! Operation explosion! !! Who is going to be around to slap Frankie on his butt or let Frankie kiss on them. Maybe Zach will come out of the closet long enough to have a little romance with Frankie to change his mind. …yuck! Ugh i am so sick of Caleb at this point and his mindless chatter! I liked him at first but his me me me ing like a kid and his rapping are so nerve racking. I live in Louisiana in the same town Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson was born in. Actually was born here also and we were born in the same hospital. I also worked on that hospital and the nurses station was the nursery we were in as babies. I think sometimes that means im stuck in a rut lol.

Hi All! On graves so read this blog during my shift lol. I was soooooo fed up that Derrick and Frankenstein won HoH I didnt watch BBAD or read blogs since Thursday. It was getting on my last nerve.
So, will Frankenstein use the PoV? If he does, does that mean Derrick will lose the battle to keep Victoria safe? Or will Derrick convince every one that it is better to get rid of BMC now while they can … I betcha dollars to doughnuts it is the last one.
So MY claim to fame … well grew up with Alex Trebec living a few blocks away, same as Tommy Hunter, but you guys prolly dont know who Tommy Hunter is. He is, or was, I dont know if he is still alive, I will google him when my break is over, a Canucklehead country western “star”, he had his own weekly TV show on CBC for years. Went to school with his three sons, they were notorious for sneaking up behind girls and lifting up and peeking under their dresses.
In 2004 I was going out with a guy that did carpet installation, he installed the carpeting in the house that Goldie Hawn had in Vancouver. They were living up here at the time because her and Kurt Russell’s son, Wyatt, he had aspirations to be in the NHL. The ex boyfriend he did volunteer security at the arena in Richmond where Wyatt played in the minor leagues, so at the end of their season they had a team banquet which we attended. Met Goldie and Kurt in person, they were joking that they were glad that every one was treating them like real people, people were responding back “what you guys arent real people” har dee har har. Anyway Kurt and Goldie … very tiny tiny people. He cant be more than 5″7, she is prolly 5″3′. They both have really small frames. Kurts head looks odd on his body, it looks a bit too big, maybe it is narrow shoulders.
Met a few other famous people that I cant remember and break is over, looking forward to BB tonight.

I’m so tired of listening to Caleb diminish other HGs wins so I went & looked up comp stats. Frankie us one HOH win short of all time record holder, Ian & the season has another month to go. Caleb clearly is trying to deflect from his own inadequacy. I left out Devin, Hayden, Jocosta & Britany because they were insignificant.

Courtney At issue is not the specialized skill sets some players may have that may be helpful in playing the game but rather the total lack of any significant skill sets often possessed by those cast on the show that the more “gifted” players get to pray on season after season. No offense particularly since I really don’t think I said or even suggested that casting should weed out the best and only bring in the rest.

I don’t know what they look for in a HG I just have a problem with mixing celebs or family members of celebs with the average Joe. As much as I don’t like Derrick, he knows how to play this game. Our plum jam turned out sooooo good. Jeanne makes her jams the old fashioned way – she cooks them. We like both kinds. You can’t make freezer plum jam. It would not turn out right. I’ve read so often that Derrick isn’t liked because he’s running the house (methodically I might add). Many of you don’t like him because of that. He’s not very flamboyant or funny or even very cute, but damn, he’s playing the game! If he’s leading all the lemmings, then they are letting him and they have from day one. I believe they look up to him as the “man” of the house simply because he stays calm and exudes common sense, unlike most of the rest of them. It really would be fun to see him get backdoored if for no other reason than it’s BB afterall.
I’m pretty much enjoying the game this year and I appreciate players who play and Donny isn’t one of them. He’s done nothing to appreciate except win a few comps. That won’t win you squat in BB unless he gets America’s Player. However, they’ve put in a ringer with a fan base whose sister is a tween singing sensation and she’s got all her tweenie fans watching and voting for Frankie. That’s what I don’t like about this year — the HG with a fan base. Not good and unacceptable as far as I’m concerned and that’s enough to make me NOT a Frankie fan. He might be a nice guy in real life but on the show, he’s a drunk for fame tinkerbell. He’s taken over Caleb’s title of “a legend in his own mind”. 🙄

Not much to be said that hasn’t already been talked to death. Amen *Fish, Derrick is by far the most masterful player I’ve seen in years and it’s his calm demenor that is keeping him off the radar. Most HG’s know he tight with several players, but they all either feel they are the one he is tightest with or like him enough to not target him. Sure, Donny is on to Derrick, but he does little about it. He’ll whisper a comment here and there, but his refusal to out and out talk game or name names is his downfall.
That being said, feeds are BORING!!! No drinking, not fighting, little if any yelling and screaming. This whole show needs a re-vamp. I still blame production for an over-correction in casting as compared to last year. The smart HG’s are all too aware of their public images to make much of a scene.But they need to wake these people up, both literally and figuratively! Give them something to do, stop letting them sleep until 5p.. Ugh! The last three weeks have been for the most part like watching the final three of the Brigade… Useless drivel and nothing but sleeping, eating and shooting pool. My God, I’d even take Rachel’s annoying hand-clapping game for some entertainment… I used to love Brigade Britney’s nightly “talk show” in the HOH ragging on the players and game.. These people all do nothing interesting..
Oh well, let’s hope they do re-noms soon. When Zach goes on his tailspin that will at least drum up the amusement factor. Now, if he’s as smart as I think he is, Derrick may pull him aside and tell him they always do the buy-back at 4 jurors, and they need to vote him out so he can be the one returning. Convince him to do a Lawon move..
I do feel for Victoria. She has said that she lost all of her hair recently and is wearing extensions for the show. They are causing her migrains and she has some scalp bleeding. She knows for her health she needs to take them out, but again is aware of her public image and doesn’t want to be seem without hair. Depending on how short her real hair is I can understand, she’s young and there is just no hiding from the camera’s for her right now. I am growing to respect her as a person. She complains so little in comparison to most of these whiney boys. Did anyone ever hear her whine about the two weeks of slop? Caleb mentioned it every 5 flipping minutes!!’
Ok, project kiddo’s bedroom massive clean out still underway… Seriously, how much junk can be collected by one kid??? Ugh..

kimjmj, I agree with you. Victoria has gotten a bad rap from a lot of us and on other blogs too. I haven’t found her to be annoying or productive. As for Donny, I think he is just toooooooo nice for this game. I know I would not make a good HG but I certainly know how to yell things from the sidelines. People didn’t seem to like Brittany either and I really don’t know why. I think she was ok. Nothing great but nothing so bad either. She really didn’t get a long enough stay to see what she could do. Nicole came to life after a while but in the beginning she was just watching and listening. The guys came into the house like gangbusters. Joey had the right idea but not mature and quiet enough to execute it and the other girls seemed squeamish to make the first move or any move????
Hard to say. As boring as this year is to me, I know I would bore the daylights out of all you guys if I were on there. With that being said, I have to give these guys credit for even being there; except Frankie. Hopefully Victoria will be given a wig or scarf to wrap around her head if she does take out her extensions. I have a soft spot for people who have hair loss. I grow my hair just to donate and have done so for several years now. My hair grows fast so every 1 1/2 years I am able to donate. When they say if you want to feel better about yourself to do something for somebody else, it is 1000% true.

BCM – I love Alex Trebek and watch Jeopardy daily (in the hope of learning something!). It’s odd how a whole movie can be made and disguise the height of the actors. A friend of mine saw Kim K at the airport in NYC and mentioned how really tiny she is. Kayne must be somewhat short because in pictures of them together he doesn’t look it.

His arm rested on C’s shoulder and he was caressing the top of C’s arm while they were standing there. Poor Tim. She’s going to have some ‘splainin’ to do. : ) I’m glad Zingbot called her out about her behavior. She and Cody and Zack and Frankie make me a bit uncomfortable with all the touching. Too much smooching going on.

Hey Starfish – As for Victoria’s extensions I feel she has too many of them in the first place. Her hair looks way too thick. To bad she didn’t bring a few wigs into the house. too many people to respond to and no time. But to all wondering about Vics extensions….at least a month ago she was laying with Cody in the BY and complainng that Nic was being mean to her about her hair..asking if it was real or not. I think she wanted Cody’s sympathy…which he didn’t give….and to use it as a way to get him to like her more. She confessed that she had lost all of her hair but wouldn’t say how. Not sure if it was like alopecia(sp?) or Cancer or what, but it sounded traumatic. She is very looks-conscious and I understand that. We immitate our role models adn her mom sounds alot like mine. (She also tells her not to buy anything CHEAP! You get what you pay for,…my mom’s motto!!) But knowing that you have this affliction and are too embarrassd to take out ypur extensions should have gone into play when she was deciding to do BB!! She also said a few weeks ago one nite on LFS that she had had her bra on ever since the show started because she had to sleep with somone everynight. Between the underwire and the wires in her head, I don’t know how she has made it this far! And she DOESN’T complain much at all!!! It still doesn’t make her a great player, but it does give someinsight into her life and makes me feel empathetic towards her.
Other than that, just Zach and Frankie flirting last night playing pool. ZAch saying he’s 37% gay!! Vic asks him why he and Frankie don;t jsut DO it! And he says he doesn’t want to..well..make love that way!!(Not a direct quote, but the gist..)LOL Vic starts telling the cameras..He’s BI America!!! And he keeps saying he isn’t! But he will make out with guys. Really?? In what world isn’t that at lesat BI!!!??LOL
Ok..just some gossip and I am running late. Wish the Zingbot episode was on tonight!!!! hate waiting from Sat until Wed to see results. They either need to discontinue LFS or do something about the time lapse between reality and showtime!!! It really spoils the show for us LFERS!!!
