Hi y’all!
Well, it still looks like we’re going to have a huge blindside on Thursday. To be honest, though, it all depends on what the most erratic person in the house decides to do.
To recap, Bayleigh is the HoH. Rachel and Brett are on the block. Brett is Bayleigh’s target. Bayleigh is convinced that 1) she’s got the entire house prepared to vote out Brett and 2) that she has played such a masterful game that she’s managed to destroy any possible opposition to her. At this point, Bayleigh really seems to think that the entire house is just going to voluntarily hand the money over to her.
Here’s what Queen Bay doesn’t know:
There are only four definite votes to get rid of Brett. Faysal, Haleigh, Rockstar, and Scottie are all planning on voting for Brett and are all convinced that the entire house is going to be voting along with them.
However, Tyler, Sam, Angela, and Kaycee have all decided that they can do without Rachel. So, they’re planning on voting to evict her and to keep Brett.
That leaves JC as the wild card. JC has been leaning towards voting with Level 6. For whatever reason, he’s always been more comfortable with the members of the Level 6. And Bayleigh hasn’t been making much of an effort to smooth over any of the lingering hurt feelings that developed as a result of their “m-word” “n-word” conversation. In fact, Bayleigh’s been even ruder than usual to JC, telling him at one point to shut up and leave her room.
(Actually, Bayleigh’s been rude to everyone this week. Bayleigh has declared herself a queen but doesn’t seem to realize that her subjects are on the verge of rebellion.)
So, with all that in mind, why is JC still a wild card? Personally, I think JC will vote to evict Rachel but I can’t be sure because of what happened last week. JC went out of his way to lobby everyone to vote out Kaitlyn and then, once he got in the Diary Room, he voted to evict Rockstar. JC likes to cause trouble and he likes to plant the seeds of doubt. JC is also a lot like Sam, in that he often keeps his plans to himself.
Would JC betray Level 6? I wouldn’t put it past him.
Of course, again, Bayleigh isn’t doing herself any favors with the way that she’s handled being HoH. Announcing that you’re “Queen Bay” and then bragging about your powers isn’t exactly the smartest way to keep a target off your back. And it’s certainly not the sort of behavior that’s going to win over the people who are planning on blindsiding you.
Here’s what’s really funny about this situation:
If Bayleigh had stuck with her original plan and nominated Brett and JC for eviction, she would have absolutely nothing to worry about. JC wouldn’t even have the opportunity to flip his vote. Instead, Bayleigh allowed JC to talk his way out of being nominated and she put up Brett and Rachel. And now, it appears that Bayleigh’s on the verge of getting blindsided as a result!
Thursday should be a lot of fun.
We’ll see what happens,
Lisa Marie
