The Diary Room Is Open on Big Brother Blog!

by BBBlogger on August 18, 2011

Once again I am opening up the diary room. From the use of the veto it looks like we are going to have our first backdoor of the season.

So with the renom being Brendon, is his fate sealed? Or are people seeing Shelly as a strong player and ready to get rid of her?

All I know is one of them will be gone tonight!

So enough about them….it is all about you! It is your turn to vote to evict either Shelly or Brendon! Please cast your vote to evict!

Peace, BBBlogger

Will Brendan be Back-Doored Tomorrow?

by BBBlogger on August 17, 2011

I think if it wasn’t for me writing this blog, I would have shut Big Brother off tonight. I can’t watch Shelly. I’m not sure if she believes that she’s not a liar or if she’s just compounding lie after lie. What was that bit where Brendan didn’t immediately jump to Rachel’s defense when confronted by Shelly? By waiting to agree with Rachel, he made her (and himself) look like they were lying.

The veto contestants picked are Jeff, Jordan and Kalia, along with HOH Danielle and nominated HG’s Shelly and Adam. Brendan and Rachel are very unhappy because they don’t have a chance to play for the Veto and prevent being a replacement nominee. The Veto was interesting. Shelly was all “I have to win this Veto to protect myself” and then promptly throws the bean bag way off course. She definitely can’t win a competition. I guess that’s why nobody argues with keeping her around. Her prize was the Power of Veto. Each eliminated HG after her will have a chance to take her prize. In other words, she doesn’t have a prayer. Second to be eliminated is Jordan. Her prize is 24 hours in solitary, but that comes with a telephone call from home. At first she keeps the prize with the thought that she can talk to her mom but then she realizes that Shelly would love to talk to her family and Jordan gives it to her. Jordan really is a good person. Third out of the competition is Kalia and she wins a trip. She hangs on to that prize. At this point, Adam starts whispering to Jeff to let him win this. Jeff doesn’t want to be the one with the Veto because he doesn’t want to be stuck in the middle. Danielle is all for Adam getting the Veto so he can take himself off and she can put Brendan up in his place. So Danielle throws the competition. She receives a Veto pass which means she can play in the Veto competition next week no matter what. Jeff also throws the Veto competition and receives another $5,000 cash reward. He’s up to $15,000 in case you haven’t been paying attention. Adam wins and picks the card requiring having to wear a humilitard for one week. Of course, he takes the Power of Veto from Jordan and fulfilling the saying of “nice girls finish last”, Jordan ends up having to wear the humilitard for a week. She does look cute in it though.

Both Jeff and then Brendan and Rachel make trips upstairs to the HOH to talk to Danielle. Danielle assures Jeff that he is safe and that she is after Brendan. Danielle doesn’t tell Brendan and Rachel that she has decided to backdoor Brendan, but that’s what she does. And here comes Rachel’s tears again!

One quick point…Adam didn’t win the Power of Veto…he was handed it. Shelly was eliminated immediately and Jordan and Kalia weren’t far behind. The strong players in this competition, as usual, were Jeff and Danielle. Adam was playing decently, but even with Jeff trying to throw the competition to him, he almost lost. Although, it’s been done, it is not easy to win BB without winning competitions.

Live eviction tomorrow! Goodnight! Bloggergal

Big Brother House is Heating Up

by BBBlogger on August 14, 2011

I don’t know which side I’m on in the BB House, but I do get a thrill to see the ones who are gloating brought down a peg or two. That was the case during the HOH competition when one after the other of the veteran couples were eliminated. Then having Shelly get eliminated next was perfect. I can’t help but believe if you do stuff like stand in a room in a circle jumping up and down with joy that it won’t be long before that circle is in tears. I can’t help but enjoy their hurt–sorry! 🙂 Next Adam is eliminated and they now realize that the six are in big trouble. Tee hee hee!

I loved watching everyone sweat once Danielle won the HOH. And now the celebrating is in the other room. Of course what I said above still stands. When you celebrate and get all uppity, the next thing you know you’re in tears. So don’t let down your guard girls!

So with Danielle as HOH, let the deal offers begin. Brendan and Rachel propose a secret alliance asking Danielle to put up Shelly and Adam. Now if I could just vote, I VOTE TO EVICT SHELLY. Now! I cannot stand that woman. I usually try to stay pretty neutral, but what can I say? I think she’s a liar, but even worse than that I think she believes her own lies. She doesn’t belong on Big Brother because she’s a CEO and doesn’t need the money. Now do I think you shouldn’t go on Big Brother if you have money? No, that’s your choice. But when you use that money to try to influence the game? Okay, whew I’m ranting and raving aren’t I?

I have been watching the live feeds and I’m still confused about what is going to happen this week. The feeds haven’t been showing Danielle’s conversations as much as I would like. So I guess we will see. G’nite…Bloggergal

The beginning of tonight’s Big Brother shows how devious Shelly is and how the HG’s don’t have a clue. I can’t even figure out if she is with Jeff and Jordan or not. I think that’s because Shelly is with Shelly and only Shelly. She will do what it takes to scratch and claw her way to the end of this competition. I personally don’t like her, but I do have to admire her Big Brother player style.

I was so excited to see two of my favorite Big Brother alumni Ragan Fox and Matt Hoffman on screen tonight. I love those two. They were so great to spend time with at the Reality Rally and they never mince words when expressing their thoughts. You go, guys!

I have to admit, this is the very first time this season that I wasn’t sure who would get voted out. I deliberately didn’t look at any social media tonight so I wouldn’t know in advance of the airing on the West Coast. The voting was rather boring with all six HG’s voting to evict Lawon. I guess they want to make sure they have a harder time winning the game so they kept the stronger player.

The faces when Julie revealed the twist were priceless. I won’t say (out loud) what I thought Rachel looked like, but I have a feeling someone else might. The shock of the four evicted house guests was evident when Julie told them that Lawon was voted out over Rachel. Of course, I think that any of the four felt they could beat Lawon without a problem. America (really???) chose Brendan to have a chance to return to the game (America-really???) Sorry, am I repeating myself?

The competition was athletic and Brendan wiped the floor with Lawon–big surprise there, huh? I don’t think it helped Lawon that Rachel was yelling so loud. Her voice was probably grating on his nerves. It sure was grating on mine!

Julie announced that HOH will be on Sunday this week. Danielle looked like she could kill. I don’t know if she and Kalia could have pulled off the votes to evict Rachel, but I bet she wished they had at least tried. Now Danielle’s only choice is to win HOH or she’s out the door for sure. She’s tough, so I’m not counting her out yet!

See you on Sunday! Bloggergal

Please Report To The Big Brother 13 Diary Room!

by BBBlogger on August 11, 2011

I just walked up to the door with my huge key ring full of keys and am finding the one to unlock the diary room for the week. All I know is what a zoo this house has been!

So on one hand we have Rachel who if you ask anyone, is not America’s favorite house guest at any length of the imagination…

On the other hand we have Lawon who is a newbie, a floater, staying out of the drama, not really playing the game but feeling so confident that he can make it as a pawn. (Wow…and BBBlogger though HE had an EGO!) So he asked to be put up and sure enough…he was!

So is this going to be another KING DUSTIN move in the BB house? Will the pawn go home or will America’s least favorite go home?

To me it is a toss up! But I want to know what you, the followers of Big Brother Blog think! So I give it to you…please cast your vote to evict NOW!

The diary room is now open…

Peace, BBBlogger

Lawon…what are you thinking????

by BBBlogger on August 10, 2011

Am I the only one confused by what is going on in the Big Brother house? Kalia decided to put up Jeff and Rachel, but she tells Jeff she knows he can win the Veto and pull himself off. Huh? I still can’t see the logic in that decision. Then when Jeff wins the Veto, Lawon volunteers to be put on the block AND evicted. Once again, huh? What could he possibly be thinking?

Rachel is still whining about Danielle separating her from her precious Brendan. Really, Rachel? Last time I checked the show is called Big Brother not the Brendan and Rachel show. Grow up, already. If you want to win this game, you have to play it. Everyone is very sick of your “poor little me” routine.

Shelly is playing Big Brother big time. She tells everyone what they want to hear and no one is targeting her at all. She campaigned very hard to have Porsche placed on the block so that Rachel can stay in the house. She keeps walking that fine line between the two groups. I have to admit, I can’t wait till she falls off.

Jeff barely beats Adam in the Veto competition. That was a surprise. Maybe Adam does have a competitive gene or two. Adam shaves for his 40th birthday and he looks way better without that scruffy stuff on his face. I won’t comment on his hairy back though.

Porsche was very close with Rachel, but when Rachel went looney, she started hanging out with Danielle and Kalia. If they are together that would put Adam in a very important spot. If he sticks by Jeff/Jordan/Rachel/Shelly, they have total control, but if Adam goes the other direction and votes with Danielle and Porsche (assuming Porsche has changed to that side), then the voting would be tied and Kalia would pick who is evicted this week.

At least the game is finally getting a little interesting. Can’t wait to see what happens tomorrow night, especially with the competition after the eviction. See you then! Bloggergal

Big Brother’s First Newbie HOH

by BBBlogger on August 7, 2011

The minute you get “smug” in Big Brother (Kalia) is the minute you seal your fate and find yourself on the outside looking in. It’s nice to win HOH and you should be proud of yourself, but next week is a new week and whoever you are, you will NOT be HOH. So, a little humility will go a longer way.

The Have/Have Not competition resulted in Jeff/Jordan/Shelly/Rachel losing. Jordan was really upset because she felt it was her fault, but I think Shelly threw the competition. I’m not sure why–maybe she didn’t want to have to chug the drink? America voted for the Have Nots to get Coconut and Catfish for the week, which isn’t a bad thing really. I love coconut and catfish can be delicious, especially if you can get Jeff to prep it!

Kalia gets this brilliant(???) idea that she is going to nominate Rachel and Jeff for eviction. Her plan is to put up Jeff because she is sure he can win the veto and take himself off. Huh? So then why put him up if he’s going to take himself off? Of course, Jeff and surprisingly Jordan too get really pissed off at Kalia. Jeff tells Kalia that she is now his number one target. Kalia, what exactly is your plan for the future?

Is everyone watching Shelley maneuvering behind the scenes and managing to steer clear of trouble week and after week? I don’t think you get to be a CEO of a company without smarts and some really cut throat tendencies. Just sayin’!

Have a good start to a new week. Send positive vibes to our country because we sure need them! Bloggergal

Bye Bye Brendan!

by BBBlogger on August 5, 2011

I can’t wait to see what Big Brother is going to focus on now that Brendan has left the building. I don’t think they even realize that there are a lot more HG’s besides Rachel and Brendan. Hopefully Rachel will go sit in the corner and stop, please stop, whining! So what are the chances that YOU, America are sitting there right now voting to give Brendan a chance to get back in this game? Please, please don’t do that. Let’s get this Big Brother game focused back on the game and off of that one couple. Enough really is enough.

Just in case you didn’t see the show, I’ll explain. One of the four contestants that have been evicted, either Cassie, Kevin, Dominic or Brendan will have an opportunity to face off against the house guest who is evicted this week. The winner will return to the house. America will decide which of the four will compete. So it’s up to you. The house guests know that the person evicted this week will have a chance to remain in the game. Of course, there is always the possibility that Rachel is evicted and America picks Brendan. That would pit Rachel against Brendan, but we all know what would happen don’t we?

Big Brother visited Evel Dick at his home in Denver, Colorado to see what he thinks of Danielle’s game play so far. Well, just like a bunch of you, he thinks she made her “big game move” way too early. He knows she was influenced by cutie Dominic just like she was influenced by Nick in Season Eight. He thinks she can win, but he thinks she has an uphill battle.

I was waiting to see how the voting would go. The only HG to stay loyal to Brendan was Porsche. I was surprised that she went against the whole house to stick by Rachel. At least she shows that she is loyal.

The HOH competition was a mind/speed thing. Kalia showed that she is here to play and worked her way through the competition to the win. I thought she was rather impressive! Danielle’s smile and Rachel’s tears pretty much sum up the end of this episode.

Have a good weekend everyone! Bloggergal

Wow…what a week…Dani is following in her dad’s footsteps and shaking up the house! It has been a great week on the feeds and if you have not signed up yet…you are MISSING OUT! http://bit.ly/BB13Feeds

So Veto was used and in a romantic *puke* gesture Brendon saved Rachel instead of taking himself off the block.

*shaking my head*

So it is time for Brendan to go. With Jordan going up I have a feeling that Brendon is gone tonight. But what I think does not matter…it is what YOU, the readers of the Big Brother Blog think.

So with that the diary room is now open, please cast your vote to evict either Jordan (why would you do that?) or Brendon (yes please!).

By the way, even CBS thinks Brendon is gone. Check this link out: It even gives a spoiler to the NEXT TWIST that will be announced tonight! Source: Reality Blurred

Brendan Rides In and Saves The Day on Big Brother

by BBBlogger on August 3, 2011

Wednesday night on Big Brother is Veto night. The veto competition is back the way it was before couples. The HOH and the two on the block get to pick a chip for one other person to compete. So, besides Danielle, Rachel and Brendan, we have Porsche, Adam and Jeff competing. These kind of competitions I think are the hardest. Each contestant had to decide how long it would take to complete a task based on previous competitions. The contestant who picks the lowest time has to prove that it can be done. The contestant who has the highest time will be eliminated if the contestant is able to complete the task within the predicted time. Well, to make a long story short, Adam is the first eliminated from the competition. Big surprise there, huh? Next to be eliminated is Rachel, followed by Danielle. Jeff tries his hardest and loses but he was really close. Brendan defeats Porsche and wins the POV.

Jeff and Jordan are understandably worried because either Brendan or Rachel will come off the block and they realize it will most likely be one of them put on the block. Brendan decides to lie to the entire house. He tells them he is going to pull himself off the block, when really he is going to pull Rachel off. This is kinda funny because he thinks this is going to upset Danielle, but really having Brendan remain on the block is exactly what Danielle wants. So during the POV ceremony, he gives Danielle her wish by taking Rachel off and Danielle puts Jordan on the block as a pawn. Even Jordan realizes that a pawn sometimes becomes the target. Things are definitely tense and it’s every man, woman and elf for him or herself!

I happened to spend a few minutes here and there on the live feeds and Rachel and Brendan are doing everything in their power to throw Jordan under the bus. I sure hope they don’t succeed because if I have to watch that couple in the house for even one more week, I’m going to pull my hair out! If you don’t have the live feeds, you also missed the Big Brother (fake) wedding of Brendan and Rachel. I have to admit, it was at least entertaining. I’m sure they will be highlighting it tomorrow night.

Speaking of tomorrow night, they announced that ED will make a special appearance on tomorrow night’s show. I wonder what that is about? Perhaps he’s hosting or appearing during the HOH competition? Another question I have is when is the fortune teller that lurks in the corner of that one room going to play a part in this season? There has to be something planned for her.

Have a great Thursday…Bloggergal
