Well, that was a strange episode of Big Brother.
Now, standard warnings apply. If you haven’t seen tonight’s eviction episode, everything below is going to be a spoiler. So, if you don’t want to be spoiled, don’t read any further!
So, as we expected, tonight we got our first blindside of the season. Nick and Bella thought that they had the votes to evict Nicole but instead, only four people (Sam, Bella, Jessica, and Kat) voted for Nicole. The Gr8ful alliance or the Inevitable Nine or whatever the Hell they’re calling themselves now, all voted for Cliff. So, by a vote of 6-4, Cliff was sent to Camp Comeback. Nick and Bella both looked stunned!
However, tonight was also the end of the Camp Comeback twist! So, no sooner was Cliff evicted then he was competing against Ovi, David, and Kemi for the chance to reenter the House. It was basically one of those comps where the competitors had to move some balls through a maze and whoever got the most balls through would reenter the game. And to everyone’s surprise, Cliff not only won but it wasn’t even close! For someone who has spent the entire season being rather low-key and trying to stay under the radar, Cliff looked extremely determined to get back into the game.
Personally, I was hoping that David would be the one to make it back in. Cliff’s a nice guy but he’s not going to shake up the House. David, though, seemed like he had a lot of potential. It’s a shame that we never really got a chance to see David play the game. That said, Cliff totally dominated that comp and he did earn his way back into the House.
So, now, Kemi, David, and Ovi are all gone from the game and Camp Comeback is over. As I write this, we’re waiting for the HoH Comp to begin. Nick and Bella are extremely angry right now, though Nick is handling it better than Bella. Tommy explained to Nick that people like him but they don’t trust Bella. Bella, meanwhile, went up to Jack and said that if she saw him talking to Nicole or Cliff, she would assume that meant he was plotting against her.
“That sounds a little threatening,” Jack replied.
I’m not sure if they’re going to show the HoH comp on the feeds or not. Right now, if anyone should be worried, it should be Bella, Nick, and Sam. Christie and the other members of Gr8ful have been talking about putting Bella and Nick on the block and then backdooring Sam after the veto.
We’ll see what happens!

In a commercial clip for BB they showed David saying that was the best plan in BB ever. Does anybody know what he was talking about? I must have missed something.

I think he meant the backdoor last nite during the vote. But he’s gone now so I guess it doesn’t matter. lol

I was mildly surprised Cliff won the comeback, but then I realized he has years of experience in LIFE..which includes playing balance games, LOL I wanted David to win it…and as a white person who hates when the racist card is played, I still felt somewhat sick inside as all the people going home where people of color. What is going on with that? If BB is supposed to be a reflection of our society, well, every year its a sad commentary in one way or another. I hope whoever wins the HOH targets BELLA…i’d like Sam to stay, Christie is getting on my nerves…I’m liking this season I know there are alot of complaints about the houseguests, but that is par for the course, as they say

Hey Astra. I think Cliff is an engineer so maybe that helped. Plus he has s family and is used to playing kids games. It all helps.

That all the black HGS were gone now I do feel they were both obviously targeted too. Early on. I never understood why they hated Kemi so much. She was very nice and pretty quiet. It was just more racism mostly by the two Jackoffs! And I agree about the house being a microcosm of our country. Scary.
I am not really rooting for anyone but there have been worse HGS before. These have just been kind of clueless and not very likable. But I love the game enough to play along as usual. We get what we get. Waddayaginnadoaboutit?? lol

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I was FF they all the junk Pop put in while the comp was happening. Then I saw HGS so stopped, hoping to catch who won. I did but had to watch fir a few minutes because I couldn’t believe it.

OMG! He went from being OTB to getting voted to Camp Comeback,winning THAT and then HOH!! Huh??!! That’s not the Cliffy we saw for the last month! I guess he decided he needed to stop playing old and dumb and throw down!! lol I’m floored. Jack is having s fit as I guess Cliff just beat him. It was some kind of mental comp I think because they all looked clean. Now he’s sure he and Christie are going up. But Jackson wants to try to get him to put up Nick and Bella. Considering Nick put him up it would make sense but I think jack was right and he has bigger fish to fry. He was talking to the camera in the SR… I really hate it when they do that …..and said the it’s not personal but things were going to look very different in the coming week. And doing a happy dance. Or happy stomping. lol
Sooooooo.. … we all kept saying we wanted things to flip and get interesting. I just am still in shock that it’s Cliff and he’s going to be in the HOH and not evicted. Smh. 🤗

AWESOME NEWS! i was hoping the if bella, nick, cat, nicole, sam, jessica all will vote together they can do this. Problem is that cliff has got to out up 2 of the 6 in the alliance. Even if jack or christy use their power they will still habe the #s to vite iut one if them. I just hope they cant use the power on the same nomination. Because then they can put up nic or bella. I dint like nick or bella but in this instance i want to see the power flip from the mean group.

Same! And that scene was hard to watch. Smh. Both those Jackoffs are so rude and self- entitled. Such huge egos! Jackson acts like he had servants and I’d used to bossing them around. Probably just this mom tho. lol I would have been in his face big time. At the very least someone should have defended her! Those 2 guys have everyone in the house scared of him. That’s the definition of a BULLY!! Can’t believe year after year BB allows all the bullying and racism. But that would be out there in society too so I guess it’s fair. It’s not fun to watch tho.

I am glad Cliff won ! I just hope with Jack and Crissy power they won it wont hinder the noms ..They think they can convince him to put uo Nick and Bella but I don’t know about that. Hopeful

I wish David had been the one to comeback but I’m happy to see Cliff win. That’s amazing to see him win comeback and HOH. I do hope he can break up the 8or 9 or whatever they are. Christie with the diamond power may be a problem. If he targets Bella then the power holders won’t object. It should be an interesting week.
