Hi everyone!
I’m sorry that this update is late. My Mondays are always crazier than Aaryn (and that’s pretty crazy!) and this one has been crazier than usual.
Before we got to last night’s show, let’s recap what’s going on in the house. Ringworm Boy won the P.O.V. and he’s going to use it to veto his nomination. Yesterday, Elissa seemed pretty definite that she was going to nominate Nick in his place. Nick even confronted Elissa in the Have Not Room and told her that he did vote to keep her but Elissa refused to believe him. (If Elissa was smart, she would nominate either Amanda or Kaitlin. I know some HGs don’t trust Nick but there’s no way they’re going to keep Elissa over him.)
By the way, I know that they say Jeremy just got a spider bite but I’m going to keep calling him Ringworm Boy because I’m sure he’s had ringworm at some point in his life. (And, to be honest, it would freak me out even more to know that somebody got that serious of a spider bite in the BB house. Agck! Of course, I hate spiders….)
Also, after spending the day listening to RWB tell her that certain HGs are hoping to get rid of her, Amanda decided to wander around topless with only band-aids over her nipples. Afterward, she gave the band-aids to McCrae, who says that he might sell them on EBay after the show is over. Get your credit cards ready, boys!
As for last night’s episode, it was entertaining in a “Wow, Aaryn’s crazy” sort of way. It didn’t really tell us anything that we didn’t already know but here’s the five highlights:
1) We got to see how the HoH competition played out. What we saw certainly is not going to stop anyone from believing that Aaryn and Ringworm Boy cheated. In fact, the whole competition seemed to be rather oddly edited in that the show always seemed to cut away whenever RWB and Aaryn got near each other. As a result, we never saw RWB and Aaryn exchange cups but we never saw them pouring the sauce from one cup to another either. With all the controversy that’s come up over the cheating, if Big Brother had footage that proved that Aaryn and RWD didn’t cheat, I think we would have seen it last night.
However, we did get to see how Aaryn selected this week’s Have Nots. “Who voted out David?” When Aaryn said that, I just wanted somebody to yell back, “Aaryn, you only knew him for 7 days!”
2) Jessie, who is apparently still upset that — despite being the prettiest girl ever! — she still doesn’t have a showmance, followed Nick around like a pathetic little puppy dog. Nick, who was obviously not interested, responded by constantly trying to walk away from Jessie. “I think he’s scared of me,” Jessie said. At this point, I got on twitter and tweeted, “Jessie …. sweetie …. no…just no…”
3) We finally got to hear Aaryn and Gina Marie make a few of their racist comments. A lot of people praised Big Brother for finally acknowledging what the entire world already knows but, to be honest, I would have been more impressed if they had shown everyone else (Kaitlin, Spencer, Candice, David, Jeremy) who has been caught making a racist or homophobic comment instead of just singling out Aaryn and Gina Marie. By making it look like those two were the only ones making comments in the house, that lets the rest of the house off the hook.
(A lot of what Candice had to say about Andy being gay was a hundred times worse than what Aaryn said.)
4) Finally, we got to see Aaryn’s HoH room and we were introduced to her favorite stuffed animal — Clownie! Clownie is a stuffed clown and I don’t blame Elissa for leaving the HoH room because, seriously, Clownie was scary!
And yet, he seemed like exactly the type of thing Aaryn would have in her bedroom…
5) Finally, at the end of the show, they announced that on Wednesday’s day, a former Big Brother favorite is going to return to the house and is going to have a message for the players. Who do you think it’s going to be? In the comments section under the previous post, I argued that it was either going to be Frank or Ragan but I could be wrong.
I have dance class tonight and my boyfriend, who was visiting his family for the 4th of July holiday, returned this morning. (Yay!) So, I’m going to be taking a break from the crazy Aaryn, Ringworm Boy, Clownie, and the rest of the HGs for the rest of the day.
I’ll be back tomorrow and, as always, I look forward to reading what everyone has to say. 🙂

Just to clarify: I meant to say I would have been more impressed if BB had shown everyone who has made racist or homophobic comments (Aaryn, Gina Marie, Kaitlin, Jeremy, Candice, Amanda, David, Spencer) instead of just showing us only Aaryn and Gina Marie.

Can someone help me understand the MVP? I thought that who ever rec’d the MVP could not be nominated to go on the block, and could choose the 3rd person, so how come Elissa keeps ending up on the block? I really like her. I loved Rachel, but I like Elissa more, she seems more mature. I do think Rachel gave her some bad advice on telling cast mates who she was because they look so much a like.

Thanks Lisa Marie, great update. There’s a you tube video that shows RWB & A switching cups and I saw it with my own eyes during the show because I commented on it to my husband. Julie said pour and they are switching. So, CBS certainly knows but chooses to ignore it.
Yes, they could have shown the others with their racist comments, that’s for sure but Aaryn & GM were probably the ones who received most of the complaints. What did Candice say about Andy? He’s a sleezy one tho IMO. Thinks he’s playing a good game.
As for the BB favorite guest, I have no idea but it should be interesting. OMG Clownie was the most scary clown I’ve ever seen.

Hubby says he saw and heard the rules of the bbq sauce contest last night stated that two players would exchange bbq sauce. They never said the two had to pour it from one cup to the other. That was the rules read by the hoh pizzaman.

I am so disappointed in this season’s Big Brother! I have always loved BB, but this is just the worst year ever! I just can’t get into the House Guests! I just don’t give a damn about any of them! “I just might be getting to old” I really don’t know! I don’t ever watch BB after dark! I just have no interest what so ever! I have a feeling CBS is going to learn that we need a great cast next year, or BB is going to go down the tube!

Uuuuggghhh, When I got up this morning I decided to go back and watch some feeds that started at midnight (last night) while I had my coffee…. and there was Jeremy and Kaitlin “having sex” right there in the HOH room! A few times she kept saying (loudly for the viewers to hear) that they were only making-out and she was pointing out to Jeremy that America might see, but he said it was too late to worry about it now since they already…. (well you know). I can’t imagine how much was shown, I only could stand it for a minute or two and HAD to click on to other people in the house. They are clearly CRAZY for thinking that is okay…. Wonder if Aaryn knows all that is going on her bed… mmmmmmm It was a matter of time before those two hooked up.
Anyway, I so wish Elissa could use her sense and put Kaitlin up because Jeremy is going to use that veto on himself and she doesn’t have anyone to save her. Her going would start the ball rolling to seperate that little “group in heat” and give the others a better chance to play. Bullies always take over and scare the (excuse the phrase) “under-dogs” but if they stick together, they can take control of the house…. minus the back and forth floaters that can’t pick a side of course.

The person who gets the MVP award each week is notified after the nominations are made. It comes with no special power other than you get to nominate the third person. You don’t have to tell anyone you have that power. That makes me wonder, if your nomination is taken off the block and you get to replace them, how will you be able to do that without letting everyone know who you are?

It seems this year they were more concerned than ever with filling the house full of actors/actresses and young “hot” people. Whatever happened to the game? Those of us who have invested the last 14 years of our lives in watching this show, watch it for the game…NOT for the eye candy (especially when the eye candy is this skanky)!! Sal, the MVP tells production, in the DR, who they nominate as a replacement nominee. The only other power the MVP has, which is significant and, because these HGs are not big on rules, not widely realized, is that if a POV winner removes a nominee from the block the POV winner CAN, yes!, can be nominated by the MVP for eviction. So in that aspect it gives the MVP a little more power.
I can just envision the Chima-like explosions that would occur from the childish side of the house should that scenario play out. I doubt it ever will because Aaryn and Kaitlin will continue to throw the veto to Jeremy as long as they’re together, but it would be fun to watch.
Strangely, I have never heard a homophobic comment referenced to Candice and haven’t heard anything on BBAD. I’m airports that this is the first I’m hearing about Candice and anti-gay remarks.
As far as Spencer goes, his personal ratings are dropping. I never liked him but apparently America did at first and as this wild season has progressed his popularity is declining. Rapidly. It might be because of his racial and anti-women and homophobic slurs. Found this news release:

Oooopsy! Another ignorant HG in trouble with their employer. Considering the size of Pacific Union it is a very unusual, and to me potentially serious, statement regarding an employee. I’m pretty sure it’s a step to release Spencer from his union job. Time will tell.

I don’t think many men will forget Amanda last night. Apparently she got some of the other girls to participate in wearing less. A great reminder to the guys of what they’d be missing without women in the house! Well played!!!

Betty, I did see a link on the bottom of the CBS BB page. However, I heard that David was not interviewed. Probably because he doesn’t have anything to say and really just denigrated BB in his exit interview with Julie. I imagine CBS doesn’t want to air more of his statements that he wasn’t really there to play, just wanted something to do… considering how seriously BB fans take the game and how many people try out, sometimes for YEARS! It is insulting to hear David who just wasted a spot in the game that could have gone to an interested BB player.

@Sal, my guess is that BB will call the MVP into the DR and ask who their new nom will be before the ceremony and then Julie will have that screen do the morphed faces and eventually show who was nominated. That way the MVP won’t be exposed. Since Elissa is a blabbermouth and already told people, maybe it won’t matter.

Well, what can you say about Clownie other than, “They’re heeereee!”
I really liked Spencer up until he started spouting out slurs, he seemed to be playing a real smart game as opposed the Jeremy who is an extreme bully going around threatening everyone; not to mention an accomplished cheater. The guy has ringworms in his brains I think. BB may have done a good job hiding it on the show, but we’ve all seen the clip feeds that clearly show Aaryn and Jeremy passing their cups back and forth and not pouring. CBS seems to be setting themselves up for a big legal suit because I sure know if I was voted off due to those two cheating to get HoH, I would definitely sue the network.
I’m sorry to say, if CBS does not take action before the voting, I plan to boycott the rest of this season. With these players, it doesn’t seem like it will be that big a loss. Probably the only thing I’d miss is seeing what happens with McCrae and Amanda.

I would love to see Candice win the next HOH and see her put up three of the MC. She seems to have figured out that the guys have an alliance. Of the three, Jeremy (AKA Ringworm boy) should not be included, as I believe only a backdoor approach is going to get him out of the house!

I too thought I was going to like Spencer. Now, not so much. I’m happy to see the statement from Union Pacific (Thank you Princess). They are following the rules as specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement which means they are following the contract signed with his union. We’ll see if that means he’ll be fired or perhaps suspended without pay for awhile. What schmucks so many of them are. Being young is no excuse for their lousy behavior.

This is the worst season of BB. The HG’s leave a lot to be desired , and total lack of personality. I wonder where they got them from. Frankly it is a bit boring, & the ones who made the racist remarks should automatically be on the block with double elimination . Shame on BB producers for having such a shoddy show this season. I have watched every season since “Chicken Man” not going waste my time on this one.

Starfish – I watched the Talk and Julie and the girls spent quite some time on this issue. She expressed how upset she was, re-showed some of the feeds (Aaryn, GM, etc) of them saying those horrible things. At one point I wasn’t sure if CBS instructed her to do this to show they do not condone it, but at another point I could tell she was personally insulted. She certainly didn’t dance around Aaryn’s actions and pretty much threw her and her HG’s out there to show everyone the bad conduct that had taken place. Aaryn’s going to really be shocked when she steps out and sees that not only is America angry with her, but Julie is pretty much disgusted by her actions. My version can’t really take the place of the original deal – It is a “must see” so see if you can get the show online if they replay it. It is worth it!
I personally was proud of Julie for laying it all out there and expressing her personal pain she felt when she heard of Aaryn’s words. Even if Julie was nudged by CBS, I think she did a great job and it tells me CBS is listening to “some” of the issues we (America) are having with this cast of BB. They know Jeremy cheated but I think they are hoping it will just go away if they don’t address it…… Shame on CBS.

Robin, I agree! I was so upset to see they didn’t put a variety of ages in there so there would be less “kids” and more of a balance. Besides, I haven’t seen much maturity from that group except for Helen who I believe is very mature, smart, and she is on the right track if they can get rid of the “school bullies”.
Also BB Fans, I read earlier that David gave an (online) interview saying he cried on his way home because he couldn’t be with Aaryn…. uuuugggghhhh! He went on to say that she didn’t mean to say those things, but that she was just mad…. “yah right David!” – We can all tell that is the way Aaryn talks every single day!
I was shocked that when he got out and saw her rude activity, he didn’t find too much wrong with it. All he cared about was being with her when she gets out of the house. “What a Goof-Ball!” If I was him, I would have to think twice wanting to hook up with “America’s Most Hated BB Girl” ………. now for the funny part…. he mentioned that he was sad that he didn’t get to show America that he is not just a goofy surfer and that the house had to get out the “strongest player”….. ha ha ha ha

This is going to be a long post but important to some. I belong to Change.org which seeks to rectify various injustices from a little girl not being able to play baseball with the boys at her school to, well, world peace.
As such I was contacted by Ed King who launched a petition to get Aaryn out of the house for her remarks. He has received 10,000 signatures so far along with a nasty letter from Aaryn’s family. This is the next step. If you want to have a voice please consider this. Better than boycotting! There are a few typos. I will forward his maid directly to anyone who wants to have it to forward to their friends, just let me know.

You all made this possible. I still can’t believe that so many people got involved in this petition in the fight against racism and homophobia.
First of all, I got several messages (besides the nasty messages from Aaryn’s family) saying that it was sort of unfair that Aaryn was the only person on the petition. Other emails ask me to include Jeremy, GinaMarie and Spencer. Aaryn was the first one making racist and anti-gay comments. As soon as that happened I started to work in the petition, then the other house guests joined her and made awful comments as well but this petition was ready. I can’t change the petition once I gathered so many signatures.
Second, I’m trying to reply to each single email I get. I will get to everybody eventually but my email is full of messages right now. Thank you.
Third, CBS did nothing to resolve this problem. They didn’t even address the house guests and no comments were made by Julie on the live show. Last night, more racist and homophobic comments were made by Aaryn, Gina Marie and Jeremy.
CBS doesn’t care about our 10000 signatures but the BB’s sponsor will. Today we need to start “THE SPONSOR CAMPAIGN”
The “THE SPONSOR CAMPAIGN” can only be successful if you keep believing in us and keep helping us. Sponsors will be concerned after several hundred of people contact them, they won’t ignore us. Most likely they will contact CBS and tell them to take action on this. Another important aspect of the sponsors is for them to make a public statement against racism and homophobia. A public statement means media coverage and CBS WILL TAKE ACTION. We just need a few sponsors to come forward.
Big Brother has many sponsors but we should just focus in a small group of them. By doing this, we all approach the same sponsors and all of them get several complaints. If you have time to call, that’s a great way to bring this up to them and that gives you an opportunity to explain things with a lot of details. If not, send several emails and do not forget to flood with messages their Twitter accounts. Twitter is extremely important to spread the news to others who may don’t even know about this petition.

I am writing in regards to the CBS show “Big Brother 15” that is currently airing, which your corporation sponsors. Several contestants on this reality show, who are in line to win a HALF-MILLION DOLLAR PRIZE, have been spewing racial slurs about fellow African American & Asian American contestants as well as making anti-Semitic and homophobic statements. The hateful dialogue between the competitors has been shown via the show’s 24/7 live feed, but CBS is editing out all of these comments for the broadcast show which airs during primetime.
It is shocking that in 2013 such blatant discrimination is prevalent, but what is even more appalling is that CBS has done nothing to satisfactorily remedy this situation. “Big Brother 15” is enjoyed by viewers of all races, ethnicities and backgrounds as is your product. However, the lack of action on behalf of CBS is a slap in the face of viewers by choosing to turn a blind eye to this serious matter. It appears that CBS execs and producers neither value nor respect their minority or diverse viewership and in essence condone the demoralization of such groups.
Below are examples of a few (not all) of the racist comments/conversations from “Big Brother 15” which your company is sponsoring:
GinaMarie referred to welfare as “nigger insurance”; stated that Candice (an African American contestant) is on the dark side of the house “because she’s already dark.” Aaryn replied, “Be careful what you say in the dark, you might not see the bitch.” (Regarding Candice)
Spencer said that the medical torture conducted by Nazi doctors was beneficial and praised Hitler’s speaking abilities, even while acknowledging that he’d be criticized for that.
GinaMarie stated “[Her] fuc*ing blackness is coming out”,”Blacks, they stick together”, “They’re like tokens”
David stated that his smelly bed sheets are because of “black Candice.” Then he laughed about it. He continued, “They’re going to get that. That was totally racist.”
Aaryn said “She is the first Asian I know who doesn’t do nails,” referring to Helen, an Asian contestant.
Spencer referred to gay contestant Andy as, “Kermit the Fag”
Aaryn, in a fight with Candice, corrected her by saying “it’s asked, not aksed.” While grammatically correct, it was a dig at the variation of the word commonly used in African-American vernacular.
Aaryn, making fun of Asian-American contestant Helen stated “She should be kissing our ass and serving us rice”.
Aaryn, talking about Asian-American contestant Helen stated “Shut up and go and make so rice”.
GinaMarie, making fun of Asian-American contestant Helen said “Andy was like, ‘I’m gonna punch her in the face,’ and I was like, ‘Maybe that’ll make her eyes straight.'”
GinaMarie talking to a group of contestants about eliminating the Asian-American contestant Helen stated “Can I have my nails done first?”.
Aaryn talking to a group of contestants about eliminating the Asian-American contestant Helen stated “If she gets evicted one of us should say no happy ending for you”.
Jeremy said about Elissa “I bet you Elissa’s faggot ass is going to follow them”. Aaryn replied, “Queers”.
I ask that your company immediately issue a public statement and call on CBS to pull the contestants from the show who have exhibited such hate speech and who could potentially win a half-million dollars in spite of these actions. Your company must not silently stand by and allow such venom to be broadcast. If CBS does not pull the bigoted contestants, I ask that you suspend sponsorship until the issue is properly addressed.

RMM & Princess, David is delusional. There’s no way she would go for him with no goals and water on the brain. In fact, I doubt anyone will be looking to take her home to mama any time soon. 😆 As for the “not my boyfriend” comment, she said many times he was her Best Friend in the house.
I did watch the show and was impressed with Julie’s honesty, how it hurt her and her heartfelt indignation at their behavior. That show covers all the areas and boy did they let them have it. Aaryn was singled out but it did show GM making a racist remark too but it was mostly Aaryn. God, I would hate to be her parents right about now. As for her being from TX, you Texans can all relax since PK let us know that she only goes to a remote college there but is originally from a well-to-do neighborhood: Castle Rock, Colorado. Texas’ reputation is safe! 🙂

You all are toooooo funny! I agree David missed the “He’s not my boyfriend” thing, and he didn’t even pick up the fact she insulted him because he does live with Mommy, has a teenager’s job, and future goals. Clearly David is NOT bright. I think she just loves to be in control and she found him following her like a puppy and constantly in trouble but he still staid on her heels. You are right, David is delusional!
I’m not sure if Julie is going to reveal anything more…. I got the feeling (towards the end of her speech) that she was now throwing CBS ads in to get more folks to watch both shows. But of course, I could be off the mark – just my gut feeling. Perhaps CBS will notice that there was positive feedback because Julie addressed it, and might think about addressing more issues to make the fans feel better. Only time will tell.
I can’t imagine how Kaitlin’s poor mother and father will feel if they see her get-together with Jeremy last night. There was no mistaking it…… they were not JUST making-out…….. the live feeds were showing all of it. Those two really having sex right there on national TV. Not the way I wanted to start my morning coffee that’s for sure – for that matter I would have been much better not seeing it at any time! Silly me thought I would see what was going on in the house on the live feeds at midnight…… my curiousity tought me a lesson! Okay, I’m done with that, just had to try to get the image out of my mind……..Hope Kaitlin gets herself checked when she leaves the house…… just say’in 🙁

I don’t post comments very often, mostly because by the time I read the pages, everybody has already said everything I’d want to say. Anyhow, a lot has happened the past few days. Wow!!
I’m glad they’ve addressed the negative, racist and homophobic views of the HGs finally. I don’t watch The View, but I plan on doing so as soon as possible, online, to watch Julie’s response to it all.
Amanda stripped and put band aids on her tits? OMG. Is this cast worst than season 9 (the winter edition) or is it just me? I didn’t watch much of that season due to a few of the HGs who were going into the hot tub half naked and talking trashy all the time, etc. I remember one girl (can’t remember the name, but she was the barista) talked about wearing a single tampon for several months!!
I hope Elyssa isn’t voted out this week. She, Helen and Howard are really the only decent in that house and how much of Howard do we ever see really? I don’t have feeds and don’t watch BBAD every night because I have to get for work in the mornings and can’t stay up until 2 am.
Clownie, my goodness. I love clowns. I even volunteered with a clown troop as a teenager. It was something my stepfather and I did together and it was a lot of fun. However, that clown is seriously creepy. When I saw on my TV screen last night, I actually got chills and asked my son “what the hell is that thing?” Oh and most small children are afraid of clowns, they cry and scream when clowns come near. I seriously doubt clownie was that lying biotch’s “first stuffed animal”. If it had been she’s got some seriously deranged parents.
Well, that’s all, got to get things together for work and then I’m off to bed.

These HG’s are acting like teenagers…… dirty, filthy mouths, etc….. My 10 year old daughter is so upset but I had no choice but to stop her from watching the shows because it became too “XXX”. I didn’t dare let her watch the live feeds because every other word all of them were using was the F-Bomb! And we can’t forget the porn that is now taking place (“Thanks Kaitlin & Jeremy”). But I thought the show would be okay for her to watch with me and my husband until last week when I realized it was NOT for the entire family!
I guess we can watch Survivor together, and even that show I have to pay attention and be careful because they too have almost crossed the line with what is family appropriate.
Oh well, back to Little House On The Prairie for Family night ….. LOL

So.. what did I miss?
I see Nick is on the block as expected.
Holly, Yep… along with Dex & Br Bad, Walking Dead is in the line-up when it’s on. Also.. Game Of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, The Killing, Mad Men, Homeland, The Americans…. I’m just lucky they spread all those shows out over the year!
Starfish, It’s true… a 30 hr+ break from anything BB related is nice once in a while… and I knew I wouldn’t be missing much at that point (I did watch the CBS show though of course). It’s easy for me to take a day break from BB on a Sunday afternoon because 1) It’s Sunday afternoon 2) I don’t get home till 6pm Monday anyway… so not much choice really.
I will watch the clip from The View. Not a fan of that show.. but interested to see this. You could tell Julie was a bit pissed in her opening “true colors” statement at the start of Wednesday’s show.
As far as the rest of this week goes… it will be an interesting vote in some ways. Amanda is hell bent on keeping Elissa. She will vote to keep her no matter what anyone says. Will be interesting to see if she can get McCrae to vote with her. McCrae is trying to get her to vote out Elissa.. but that aint happening.
I might vote for Aaryn as MVP this week 😯 No, I haven’t lost my freakin mind. Aaryn would put up Kaitlin… and that would be some damn good tv & feeds. Of course, Aaryn has the exact same chance of winning MVP as we do…. Zero.
I “think” Nick is still ok for this week’s vote, but with 3 more days, anything can happen. Amanda will keep pushing everyone so much that something’s bound to be exposed soon… same with Candice & Helen.

It’s been quite a few years since my psychology course in college, but from what I remember, most attitudes and behavior are learned at home! Aaryn is from Texas (and that’s where I have lived for 30+ years.) Trust me, there are still people who have racist attitudes! I’m sure she heard those most of what she is saying at home!

A lot of different opinions expresed today and none too flattering about our BB houseguests.
JT, Julie is on “The Talk” not “The View”. The Talk is a better show anyway. Thanks for my new avatar that you sent to me on facebook. I like it because it’s a confused face that is how I feel about BB this year. Don’t know where you found it but I like him, he’s cute in his own sorta way.
The show is good tho because it has us all kvetching and it may even do something about the racist attitudes of some people. Julie said on the show maybe some will see this and say that they don’t want to be like these guys on BB. Who knows, it could work for the best. I also interpreted her to mean to watch BB on Weds & Thurs for any further antics.
Sal, just to let you know as Princess and I said up above, Aaryn only goes to college in TX, she’s actually from Castle Rock, CO. See PK’s post above. He gives the scoop on this little twerp. I agree that this is mostly taught at home. Her parents are defending her as I hear it from Princess’ post but if I were her parents, I would be hiding. How can you defend that behavior?

Aaryn did live in Colorado with her Mom… but only for 6 years. I think from 7th grade till she graduated high school. She did win Miss Teen Colorado while there. Then she moved back to Texas

We certainly find the statements made by several of the houseguests on the live Internet feed to be offensive.
