Although I would have liked to have seen Enzo standing next to him, it was nice to see Hayden win Big Brother 12! And I was doing the Snoopy dance after he won! I am happy for Britney and I know part of her house was damaged by fire from an outside grill, but strictly Big Brother speaking, I was hoping Enzo or Brendon would win the 25gs. After Brit was handed the check she looked around for the crown, sash, paparazzi and fanfare and basically got dissed of her moment because time ran out.
I know you’ll all duct tape me to a wall for this, or caramel & popcorn coat me, but this is my problem with Britney: She spent the majority of the season trashing the other HGs instead of considering how their individual personalities could get her to final 3 or 2. If you had the feeds and BBAD you would see just how personal her attacks were. She’s adorable, don’t get me wrong, the cutest little thing ever, and I was a huge fan of hers in the beginning. I know back talk is part of the BB game and they all participate. But not to the level she and Monet, and later she and Ragan did. They spent hours, days and weeks just picking people apart like crows on a cadaver and most times it was very cruel.
Although the point is moot, I still think if she and Ragan had teamed up with Brendon & Rachel, they would have made a very strong Final 4, stronger than the Brigade, and a better season for us! And she would have made final 2 and possibly won the game. In my opinion, she didn’t pay close enough attention like Ragan did, but it was too late for him because he was too busy on the Big Brother Bash Bus with Britney. They’re both smart people, I just wish they wouldn’t have been distracted by that Big Brother slop bucket.
Poor Lane was left standing behind the BB door even after Julie asked him to come out because he couldn’t hear her, so we missed his moment, too. And who couldn’t see the disappointed look on Enzo’s face after truly believing his friend Lane would have taken him to Final 2 had he won the last HOH competition. He felt played just like everyone did once they found out about the Brigade. Everyone but Rachel, who still doesn’t believe the Brigade was as powerful as they were. Guess they weren’t such “dodos” after all!
Meow Meow took quite a beating on this board, but I kinda like the way he was redeemed by Andrew and Annie. They both saw how his “ineffectiveness” was successful enough to get him to Final 3, and they proved that he, not Matt, created the Brigade. The only votes that surprised me were Brendon and Rachel. I didn’t think they’d vote based on a “social game,” rather, they both self-cheered so much I figured they’d vote on the number of competition wins. Since she calls herself “Vegas” I wonder how many bets there are on she and Brendon actually having a serious relationship outside the Big Brother Bubble. But there have been other BB bizarre hookups…anyone remember James and Chelsia? Can we all say a collective YUK!
Ragan appeared to be the swing vote and I was surprised he voted for Hayden, but glad he did. Again, a super smart player, able to hide his Saboteur status from everyone, never even being suspected! I’m glad he won the $20,000.00 because he did a great job.
This season of Big Brother was unique in the way it affected us, the fans. So many of us were very unhappy with the HGs and the season in general. And this board mirrored so much of what happened in the house. There were fights in the house and on the board. People got evicted from the BB house, some people voluntarily left this board after being attacked by others here. Rachel returned after her eviction, so did some of our bloggers after feeling evicted. For fans of this show, I believe we all wish this season would have played out differently, in the house and on our board.
Big Brother is the ultimate “reality” game since it can only be scripted by what they edit for TV and how they edit the HGs in the diary room. But on this board, we have real-time raw emotions pulling for a player, defending them and attacking those who differ in opinion. For me, that’s what I like! It’s fun to read that one blogger loves Britney, another detests her. One finds humor in Rachel, others find her fake and annoying. A lot of people couldn’t stand Enzo, others thought he was hilarious. Maybe it’s because I love cats, I kinda liked him. And if CBS does a spin off and calls it “That’s Our Enzo!” I’m gonna sue!!!
In closing, I want to thank BBBlogger for allowing me the opportunity to write this blog for him again this season. He is a great guy with a wonderful spirit and provides this forum for us to Big Brother blog our brains out! And I want to thank all of you, too. Along with our returning favorites who’ve been here for years, we have a bunch of new folks we hope to see next season. You are ALL fantastic! The flamingos are going in storage now, the set is breaking down, the pool is drained and Kathy got her stuffed monkey back. Oh and by the way, I didn’t think the way they handled the end was very good. They should have let Lane come out and be greeted and then let Hayden come out. It just didn’t seem right that Lane was left in the house and even when he came out the celebration was half done. Kind of unfair to the 2nd place winner. He deserved better. Hope they realized that afterward and will fix it next season.

I felt sorry for Enzo. He didn’t win anything, did he? If Brit goes for Lane they will have a combined tidy sum of $85,000, which is not bad. I was surprised at Rachel last night, she was almost nice. If only Lane had lied to Enzo and told him he would have taken him to the end, he would have won. He could have explained his lie to Brit and surely she would have understood why he lied. Not the time for Lane to be honest , but he just couldn’t bear to see Brit’s feelings hurt again. I find that refreshing, as he gave up the grand prize for her.
Thank you to the BB Blogger, Bill Lage. Not sure if he is the creator of the blog or just helping out, but he did e-mail me in a very timely fashion when I was having problems. I’m very happy to see Hayden win as well. In the end I was hoping Enzo would be taken to the very end, I guess because of having a family to support. He did win a big screen TV as well didn’t he?? I still don’t feel I could ever like Ragan or Britney, somehow they think they really are better then others that were in the house. I’m happy to hear no one was hurt in the house fire but I guess the money she won will have to go into replacing some things.

I really thought Brendon was going to win the 25,000 but I have to LOL 1 more time when brit flashed her 25,000 ticket to Rach we got to see her roll her eyes 1 more time to make the season complete.
Also you gotta love how Kristen basically through her heart out to Hayden and kind of put him on the spot, how much do you all want to bet the pizza date will never happen!
I still think Lane and Hayden have some sort of agreement whoever one beween the both of them, like hayden giving him some more money or maybe opening a business together, what do you all think?

I’m good with Hayden winning. Good for him, he did the right thing when he needed to (like dropping Kristen like a hot potato..!) and shut up when he needed to. He won comps, he was buddies with everyone, etc. I was a little shocked at all the digs everyone took at Rachel, how rude, on national TV! I liked Monet in the beginning but she grossed me out, why did she have to be so mean (and so long after the fact)? And Brit saying she was disgusted at her and brendan. Grow up. Other than that, I do like Brit in general and I’m happy for her that she won some cash. Brendan would have been a good winner too imo.

=^^= I still have to respectfully disagree with you on Waaaaaaaaaaaaaagan desrving anything for his stint as the saboteur. Other than the note he placed under Pissed off Penguin’s pillow, while noone was in the house, all he did was record things in the DR. The whole saboteur twist was a complete failure. It may have worked better on this blog, as there were still many trying to guess who the lifelong friends were 😆 If you don’t hear it from Julie’s mouth don’t believe it.
Current odds for future BB happenings with this cast: Cousin It and the Hippietard 100-1 that they actually date, the over/under on how long the alcoholic stripper and Mr. Personality stay together is 1 month, 1-100 Cousin It and Lane Burger go to Steamboat together, and just for Ted 100-1 that Pissed off Penguin stars anywhere other than open mic night at the local pub with his entire family in attendance 😆

Yes, I am glad that Hayden won. Aside from him as the real better player betwenn the two, I believe that he is more financially challenged on his own personal life, than Lane. And just like you, I sort a like Britney before too until after listening to her vile attitude towards others specially for Rachel. I cannot believe a person can put a such despicable thoughts in her little head 24/7, it was just totally disgusting. I did not like her to win the 25 grand and I would have preferred Enzo or Brandon or Matt to have won it. I hope Lane will not pursue her outside BB because I think Lane is such a very nice man and deserve a classier woman with a great attitude. As for Rachel and Brandon, I think they are a perfect match and I wish them the very best and that goes to Emzo and Matt too. Whatever they did in the BB house was not as vile if compared to Britney’s bad mouthing others. She won a total of $30,000, so perhaps she can buy herself a super strong soap to wash that dirty mouth of hers.
Finally, thank you Donna for all your blogs. I work 10 hours a day and sometimes more in my office, so the only time I can watch BB is at Showtime and of course read your blog. So thanks…and so long …till next year !!

I agree with you, Donna Rose. I, too, was rooting for Brendon to win the 25K. He was a good player and frankly I felt a little sorry for him and Rachel. Britney, Monet and Ragan were horrible to them. The stuff that they said to and about Brendon and Rachel was disgusting! I would love to have seen their faces had Brendon won.

hi all, have I mentioned I do not like mother nature, or she does not like me. Sorry I missed the bb party, as ususal had lots of lighting rain thunder rain and everything else she could find to toss at us. I am surprised my house is still here and not in Kansas.

Did anyone see Rachel’s pouty face when Britney got the 25g’s ? I would have rather seen someone else get i because she and Ragan were just as bad as Brendan and Rachel. I would have liked to have seen a mix at the end other than just the Bragade. It almost looked like they had purposly split up the vote so Enzo would have to make the final.

Final thoughts on BB12…..
I enjoyed the season for the most part. It was no where near as good as others… but I’ve never used the words “worst ever”. Season 1 will always hold that position for me. I LOVED season 1, but looking back at the format, no way in hell would most of us watch that these days (IMO).
I never had a clear cut fave this year. Very unusual for me, but I just enjoyed watching things unfold.
I liked Brit week 2, she was very funny most of the time. I didn’t care for her crying all the time if things didn’t go her way though… and some of her attacks went way too far. She is really funny when she is just having fun and chatting…. not making personal attacks.
I liked Ragan for a time…. but pretty much the same story as Brit. Ragan is a great speaker and logical thinker. He just let too many emotions get in his way.
The brigade… I wanted to root for them to make final 4… then they turned on themselves and targeted Matt before Brendon.
Rachel…. Liked her competitive side. But her wanting everything to be about her was way too much for me.
Brendon… I admired his competitive edge… but when he thought that every competition that he didn’t win was unfair… and went on and on and on about it…. well, not the type for me to root for.
Annie, Monet, Kristen, Andrew……. didn’t see enough to care.
Kathy… not winning anything can work, but you have to have a good social game to pull it off… she didn’t.
BB13??…. CAN’T WAIT!! I’ll be here as soon as a new post shows up. I will watch ALL of BB13 no matter what…. and I’ll be posting comments from start to finish.

I HATE when BB is OVER!! It really does take some time to go thru withdrawl and like a grieving period!! Last nite at midnite, even tho i didn’t watch alot the last couple of weeks, I wanted to go to BBAD so bad! Call it force of habit or addiction..whatever, it’s got ahold of me!!lol It does help to know there are still places to go to find you guys…..never had that before…but it still won’t be the same…until NEXT year! It’s not only the end of BB but the end of SUMMER!!! I feel like a kid who realizes summer vacation is over. But instead of going back to all my friends at school, I am basically leaving them!! *sniff*

To all the Blogaders……there are no words! I used them all blogging for the last 3 months…..I'm (peace) OUT!! lol Plus a lil hungover after last nites finale……. hehehe
Gotta say..as much as we B*tched about this season, in the end, I thought it was actually pretty good. No other alliance ever made it to the end..EVER…and i was happy with the outcome….and not JUSTA because i called the winner WAY back in July!!!! TODE Y'ALL!! 😎 WOOHOO HAYDEN! He wasn't a *favorite* as I didn't really have one this year, but I think he playesd the best game all the way , consistantly, in all aspects .
I will be lurking around, possibly Survivor but no promises. I jsut haven't ever REALLY gotten into it and by the time I do, it's almost over! 😉
Does anyone know when BBB will close this blog down for good?? He will prolly let us know, I guess.

Well another year of BB is over. I missed not being on the blog here much at all. Maybe next year will be better for me. I enjoyed the finale. And I still say that if Enzo had went to the final 2 he would have won. Because almost every houseguest said the three remaining were not competitors, so the “social” game is what got them where they are. And they almost all agreed that Enzo had the best social game. I loved when Andrew outed Matt for another lie where he said HE brought the brigade together when actually it was Enzo that did that. And I also loved when Enzo voted for Hayden. He was not bitter at all in my opinion. Disappointed maybe, but not bitter. At any rate, this blog is probably done until next year so I hope to see everybody then. Also on the Survivor blog. Damn sorry to hear about Brit’s house. But happy she got Favorite HG. Peace to all.
