I was watching BB late last night when I jumped up in surpise! Jeff was in the storage room with Lydia and they were whispering. I couldn’t hear what they were saying, but right before they left he gave her a hug and a quick passionate kiss. Do they have a secret alliance? OMG!
Jeff went off to bed in the room with Russell. Once Jeff fell sleep, Russell got up and proceeded to sneak outside where Kevin was waiting over by the washer/dryer. Russell told Kevin that he would get HOH no matter what this week and keep them both safe. Kevin said isn’t everyone going to be surprised that we are “partners”? Teehee.
Michelle once again was mumbling in her sleep but this time I could understand what she was saying. “I won’t let them vote you out Natalie! You’re my girl (friend?). Me and you to the final two and also till death do us part!” Huh?
So is your heart beating a little bit faster? LOL. Poor Jordan…she’s all alone in that BB11 house. Stay tuned…Bloggergal1

I want to first appologize to bloggergal and anyone else I offended in the previous post. I don’t want to personally attack anyone or any group of people. With that said, I’m just playing devil’s advocate on here because it gets boring reading all the comments saying, J&J forever! Let’s go Jeff! or they need to boot Natalie. or the “other side” is so evil. Someone needs to spur conversation and cause a little drama and confrontation. With that said, I thank you bloggergal for the updates and appreciate what you do. By the way this particular blog got me excited that maybe the game would get exciting, but it just looks like the standard, take out the other team. Someone needs to think creatively. Everyone is scared to lie, except for Kevin, because once someone lies there’s a witch hunt and that person is doomed(Ronnie). So, its everyone keeping there word. Lame. I think Michelle is making a mistake. With Jeff, Jordan, and Russell, she is number 4. If she goes to “the other side” she is the best player and most intelligent, not to mention would win in the end. But if she wants to settle for fourth good for her. She needs to team up with Kevin rather than Russell, he did too much in the game, he’ll beat her in the end. Just my opinion. Please refute me, I like the arguing and sharing of opinions. I’m gonna try and be nicer from now on.

Donna, Jordan nominated Natalie and Lydia, and as far as anyone knows the POV hasn’t been played yet.
Can’t wait for tonights show to see how CBS spins Chima’s departure, will we see the “real” action or just what they choose to share with us?
So glad to see Kevin has finally awoken and decided to play the game, I just hope its not too late. I’d like to see him get to the final 5 maybe, after Lydiot and Gnatalie are gone. Physically he’s not a threat even to Jordan, but I think he will do well in comps that are question based.
Chris, a lot of us picked Jeff to win early on, we can’t help that he and Jordan are so cute together! And Jordan finally seems to be using some strategy and trying to plan ahead, you go girl!

I’m glad I came to the site after I got an email saying that Jeff met Lydia for a passionate late night kiss…. otherwize, I would have thought that Jeff is a real sleezebag. Although your “LIE” got my attention, I’m not pleased that I received a “LIE” in my email alert.
However, I agree that it’s quite the mob mentality going on in favor of Jeff and Jordan. OK, they’re a cute couple, but…. that is not what BB is about, and for a couple of weeks I’ve actually been rooting for the other side just to make it more interesting. Kevin’s lie was a wonderful move, good for him, Nat & Lydia. It appears things are getting too easy even for J/J, since they considered nominating Russ.

Hey Donna…I, too, wonder about CBS pulling the plug. Their numbers for Season 8 were the best and have slid in recent years. I wish they’d let this board pick the houseguests. Fans know what they want and who they’d like to see. If the powers that be at CBS were smart, they’d go back to basics like Season #1. Fewer perks, hand washing their clothing, PB&J instead of slop, and just a group of total strangers, different ages, without a twist.

Ok, I gotta admit… you did have me goin’ with the Russ/Kevin stuff. It sounded plausable. That’s what Russ has done this whole game. He deals w/ everybody and leaves it to us to sift through the BS. I’d actually be more surprised if he didn’t do that. The Jeff/Lydia stuff I thought was ,at best, a misinterpretation. Don’t think we need to worry about CBS pulling the plug on BB just yet. In last week’s (August 3-9) Nielsen’s ratings the Sunday show finished #14 overall with 7.1 million viewers while the Thursday show (Ronnie’s eviction) came it at #20 with 6.4 million viewers. And with the live feeds and a dead summer TV season, BB, BBAD (Showtime) both provide solid viewership and loyal fans. And no on does reality TV comps better than CBS–BB, Amazing Race and Survivor? Nice.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------But as BB fans, we must all wonder, how does the Sunday show always top Thursdays in ratings when Thursdays are live, have the eviction AND the HOH? Oh yeah, it’s probably the M-F work cycle that has most people at home on Sunday nights.
And the #1 (and #2) show you ask? Of course, it’s America’s Got Talent (Tuesday) with 13 million viewers–or about the same as BB Sunday and Thursday combined…
And what really frosts my ass is that Two And A Half Men (#5, 9.5m) always smashes BB in the ratings. I guess there’s no accounting for taste. We are not tasteless, are we?

I have also watched all 11 seasons (I’m sure most of us have). I enjoyed past seasons more than this one as well. About the “good old days”… I try to look at it like this….. someday, THESE will be the “good old days”. I think an interesting twist next season would be instead of the “Golden Veto” to make it (at least once during the season) the “Diamond Veto” and the holder could not only take someone off the block, but BOTH!!! Hi new to blogging!!!! Love BB and no we are not tasteless. I think this is the best show on tv. I live for it every season!! But i am surprised at how few people really know anything about the show. CBS should do more to promote the show off season and I really would love another reunion show, I too remember the golden power of veto and PBJ. I think that the twists have gotten a little crazy, I didn’t care for the whole high school cliques thing I just like to see each player come into his or her own over the season. I want to see players have their own game play and not be carried the way Gnat has with Jessie. On her own i think she would have been out week 2 but she was riding on Jessie’s wave and that is what got her here. She has no real game play of her own. I would like to see CBS get back to the basics

So Chris…I have to say that although I wasn’t necessarily offended by your post the other day, I very much agree that creative game play makes for much better entertainment. What I don’t appreciate is being lumped in with the women you spoke of simply due to age – and I do believe they are out there. (the Walmart reference was pretty funny) But creativity is why Dr. Will, Dan & ED were such great players and winners. And you did sorta sound like a recently single, bitter old guy sitting in his oversized shorts, ratty tank shirt with a Bud lite & 1/2 eaten Subway sandwich and a giant belch on the way. Just sayin…
The annoyance with the jury house (to me) is that in the past so many of the sniveling brats take the game personally instead of seeing it for what it is and voting for the best game player, not the one who hurt their little feelings the least.
I’m actually not currently rooting for anyone. I like Jeff’s attitude and bold move regarding Jessie, but there’s something about Russ I like, too. And I look at Kevin as being a dark horse in this competition. But I will admit that Nat & Lyd are annoying like Jameka & Amber. Way too emotional. =^^=

Wow the serious lack of class showing from some of these people. Was the Coup fair? Probably not, but BB always finds a way to level the game back out. If any of them had paid much attention to any past seasons they would also know that generally the “power” alliance at the beginning ends up getting knocked down. Just recall Jase and his boys, Kaysar, Janelle and their crew. They never stay on the roll they start on. The bottom line to it is they know going in BB can and will create whatever they want in an effort to keep a back and forth going in the house. Chima from now on known as the “don’t bother to sit keep walking this way” girl. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA things didn’t go my way I just want to take my ball and go home. Gotta say I hated Ronnie, Chima, Nat,Jessie & Lydia from day 1.
And not too much happened this season to change that.
The hightlight of the entire season was today.

Did anyone notice that during the “Prime Time” show Tuesday evening when they were rolling the ‘Credits’ at the beginning of the show, they showed pictures of all the house guests like they normally do, but the ones who had been evicted so far, Braden, Laura, Casey, Ronnie, Jessie had their names removed from the pictures, with the exception of CHIMA. Her name came up with the picture. I know its a small thing, but why is her name still their?

Ya know why Gnat doesnt win anything?? She’s frigin LAZY as crap!!! One night recently, she had Lydiot and Kevin go get her ice cream and a drink and SAID she was lazy! Then on tonight’s show, after Chima had left, Allison told them to pack her bags for her. Lydia was doing all of it and told Gnat to help her and she just started talking BS and laid out on the bed. AND she got all PO’d when Lydiot tried to have a good ‘tude about the game and blamed Chima for her own actions. Gnat was all..Who’s side are you on??!! So..she’s a lazy-ass, unco-ordinated(badmitten ring a bell?)nasty attitude B*tch! And as such , I am predicting she is next to GO! That would make Jessie happy I’m sure..as if America CARES..lol
Loved Jeff’s commnets tonite too. He seems to be the only one in the house that remembers that this IS jsut a GAME! I usually keep one or two tapings every year of BB and tonight’s was definetly a KEEPER!!

Just a small opinion here, but I’m gonna say the reason you have to make stuff up is because everything in the house is going as planned. YAWN. It’s going the way you won it, and just another thing after last night’s episode, I respect Russell, he’s the only person who realized Lydia was drunk at first, or at least he’s the only person who knows how to deal with a drunk, you definitely don’t provoke them (Michelle) and Jeff had no reason to flip out on Kevin and Natalie for what Lydia did, but he’s the golden boy so you’ll all say I’m wrong, thats ok. 2 big brother houses merge into 1 – that would be too much like Survivor I think. What I’d really like to see in the BB house next year is for part of the HOH perk is a “statement” from a BB fan each week (strictly for the HOH holder that can’t be shared with others – as with the CDT) But the HOH would have a choice of 2 picks — 1 would be a truthful statement like “Russell is the one who cast the opposing vote” and the other a believable lie like “Watch out for secrets between Michelle and Kevin” and let the HOH figure out if they picked the truth or lie!! Couldn’t we fans have a ball with that??? And speaking of fans any word yet on whether we get to vote for the jury member in absentia??

I think BB needs to find another way to keep us interested. I wasn’t looking at it as a way for us to manuever the outcome – only a way to shake things up a bit. The HOH would have to decide it’s validity – thereby making them THINK (provided they get HG’s that know how to think!! I for one (maybe the only one) am tired of the following types – In Your Face bullies, I’ve Had a Hard Life whiners, God Will Help Me Win zealots, and the I’m Entitled self-absorbed. We need a group of GAME-players not America’s rejects!

So you’re right, but we turn on the thinkers, so why would they put them in when they can create fantastic drama. Let me do some thinking and I’ll come up with the perfect twist. Here are a couple thoughts, nothing solid or genious yet, but possibilities. Maybe 3 nominees, or make it so nominees have a vote and the HOH has a vote. Oh I just thought of this I love it, make it so during any eviction the entire house can overthrow the HOH, it would work like this. Everyone goes in and can vote to evict a nominee or the HOH. If the house unanimously votes out the HOH, then the HOH goes home. If its not unanimous, then the nominee with the most votes goes home and anyone voting for HOH’s vote would be worthless. This rule would have to expire towards the end of the game. There would be a few kinks to work out because potentially, if everyone wanted someone out they would throw the hoh, but its a start.

I agree w/ Donna Rose, justaguy and many others. I want BB to get back to the basics. Get REAL people, REAL fans of the game, not a bunch of puffed up “wanna be’s” w/ agents. Like it used to be, you can’t tell me BB doesn’t get enough videos and apps from REAL FANS!!!!! Back to PB & J, playing for food, so on. Anyone remember the HG’s used to have to WIN the luxuries of the pool/hot tub. They never just go it. The were covered and locked! I remember POV before it was golden. They changed it because it was never used to try and spice the game up. Why would someone use the veto to save someone & make themself vulnerable to be put up. That was why the change.

Chris everybody unanimously voting and throwing out HOH — it’s already been done by a very short-lived reality show (sorry don’t remember the name of it) it was about Pirates and treasure. If everybody voted out the captain (equivalent of HOH) he was gone.
When I talk about Game players and THINKERS I don’t include Ronnie in that category. Had he moved a lot slower, kept his mouth shut more, MAYBE – but I think his game was clouded by his over-inflated pompous idea of his own intelligence and his need to let everybody in the house KNOW it. I think it was his attitude about himself that turned America against him not that he was playing both sides. If I remember correctly everybody took a liking to Eric and he was doing the same thing but very very quietly and that was before he was picked to be America’s player. (I could be wrong about that – somebody help me out here)

I think Kevin may actually be one of the smartest game players in the house this season. PLEASE no one take offense to the following observations – I think he has used being gay to his biggest advantage. The girls gravitated towards him without feeling any sexual tension and he’s one of them so to speak. He “toned down” his presence after the first week or two – by that I mean body language, voice octave, clothes so as not to make the guys feel any “homophobia” with him around and they already discounted him in physical challenges. So if the girls and the other guys don’t think he’s a threat — who else is there to put a target on his back?! Now that the #’s are dwindling you are seeing a different side of Kevin — Not using the POV on Lydia when he could have, remember the faces he was making during Jesse’s “wake”, and trying to get Chima kept in the house — his comment – “there’s goes a vote for me in the jury house!” (may not be exact) and the last 2 HOH competitions he’s really put forth a great effort. 2nd against Michelle and scoring a few hole-in-ones at the last one. He’s not ranting and raving like the other 2 – It seems he’s trying to slowly disassociate from them without it being too obvious. Am I right or just desparately trying to find a “real” strategist in this season??

You’re spot on Lu. Kevin is still in the Game and probably won’t be voted out tomorrow. Whatever strategy works is a worthy strategy. Jordan is deemed to dumb, yet she make make Final 2 still lor win it? So how dumb is she REALLY in the context of the BB Game? Kevin is called a floater but his presence in the House now is huge and his vote, should he be there, in the Jury could determine the $500K winner. Russell is deemed too aggressive, yet he has told few lies, made his move at the right time and is very worthy of winning the Game. All that being said, I don’t think Natalie or Lydia have really had any strategy besides clinging, have won 0 comps and HOH’s and don’t seem worthy of winning BB.

I had respect for Lydiot for about 2 minutes, that is as long as it lasted.

Lydiot stated Chiapet did not follow rules and did it to herself, not sure if those were exact words, but much to that effect. Her med’s must have kicked in.
I just hope J/J do not do anything crazy regarding Russell. They need to wait till POV is won, and what develops from that. Hopefully Russell or Michelle wins so the nominations will remain the same. If not all heck is going to break loose.
I wonder if Dr. Painless (dentist) will be waiting outside BB door to hand out his cards to the hgs once they leave the jury house. I have never seen so much candy consumed. And in regard to Jordan, last night when she had her back to the camera, OMG she looked so wide.

Margie, there has been so much candy eaten this year that I think CBS must have a dentist on standby! I have never seen so much candy in all my life, what happened to the days of Big Brother where they actually had to do without something.
