Less than 3 weeks to BB10…are you ready?
Last season I started the countdown to Big Brother 9 exactly 4 weeks before it aired….and I don’t really have any “breaking news” or “amazing inside info” for season 10. So get your affairs in order, spend the next 20 days with your family and loved ones because once the feeds go live, you will be hanging with us for the next 3 months of your life. (sounds a little scary but you know it is the truth!)
As far as what info do we have about BB10….not much….but all I know is this…
1. Big Brother 10 is being promoted by the song “Happy Together” which rocks. My guess is that it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the show other than stating it is back (where I believe it belongs) on during the Summer!
**Side note…When I was 17 years old and a Junior in High School, I sang “Happy Together” accapella for a talent show in front of about 800 high school students. Probably the craziest thing I had ever done but it was also the best since I am not quite fearless in front of any audience or crowd. But I digress…
2. Lots of speculations on the web (as always) about what the contestants will be and about what the twists will be. CBS is quite good at promoting BB so as usual they are not letting any info leak out. Once we know, we will share the info. PROMISE.
3. Big Brother Blog is here to stay and will keep telling you our take on things in the house. We are not going to be doing hour by hour, minute by minute posts…but we will continue with the attempt at a post per day….some thoughts…some updates….and of course….YOUR COMMENTS that really make this blog a great place to hang during BB!
Some new things you can expect from us this season….
1. I am working on getting a page up that you can grab code and link to us on YOUR blogs and YOUR myspace accounts!
2. We are going to give away an Apple iPod Shuffle or 2 this year. I am still working on getting things set for that. Should be ready by July 1!
3. Oh….and we also will have a new and I hope improved chat room. More on that shortly.

I am sooo looking forward to BB10. I loved the last show, but with so little to choose from on the tube lately, it’ll be a nice reprieve from reruns!

i was wondering is there like an extra BB that runs through out the summer.. im so addicted to BB i cant wait more BB10 to start but it be nice if there was one that runs through the summer months…

I am counting the hours. In fact I have a countdown on my myspace page to let all my friends know how may days hours and minutes til it begins. I am prepairing my husband as he knows that being obsessed during big brother means less activity, smaller meals and less communication. He takes it in stride but still thinks I need help…LOL

OMG…I’m so excited!! My whole life revolves around BB. Just ask my husband…hahahah. I put my children to bed and stay up all night watch BBAD… the show is the best.

I am soooooooo looking forward to BB10. Thanks so much for the update. I’d better get my house in order and things caught up cause with the live feeds I’ll have little time to keep up!
And thank God for leftovers for dinner! Needless to say I do bulk cooking! LOL Sometimes I feel guilty about watching so much and then I figure…what the hay……I could be doing worse. Thanks for this blog!!!

Tweety…I can really relate. My husband thinks I need help also but indulges me during BB watching. He says he doesn’t like it but ends up wanting to know what is going on!

I have been patiently waiting for July. Last year, I had heart surgery and I was afraid I would miss Big Brother. My husband also says I am obsessed by BB. I will agree, because it is THE BEST show on television! Looking forward to another season!

Can’t wait, but hope it’s better than the last one. My husband and I look forward to it every summer, but the winter one was really wasted, no one was really good on it.Look forward to this season where it belongs # 8 was the best one and of course the one with chicken George.But no one can ever top EVIL DICK .

My husband saw the commercial last night that Big Brother 10 is coming on July 13th. He looked at me and said at least I know where I can find you that night. All I have to say it will become a quiet zone for that hour!!!!!!!! Big Brother here’s a suggestion. I have 5 kids ranging from 19 down to 5 years old. Every single one of them loves this show. From first season with George and Brittany, I have heard at least 10 times a season, “THEY SHOULD MAKE A LITTLE BROTHER FOR KIDS. OR CALL IT LITTLE SISTER.” YOU COULD WORK THE TWO IN TOGETHER AND IT COULD BE FUN AND FULL OF PRANKS. MAKING EACH GROUP ON ONE SIDE OR ANOTHER IN A DUPLEX. JUST HAVE YOUR PEOPLE CALL MINE….LOL.
