James: Goodbye, Hello? Strangest Night In Big Brother History?
What if I told you that at 9:20 p.m. BBT the houseguest who was evicted tonight stood a good chance of becoming the next HoH?

By a vote of 5 to 1, Crazy Gay Porn James was evicited. He walked out the door and was promptly told he might very well be returning. See, in Big Brother’s infinite wisdom (sarcasm), producers decided to have the houseguests choose between James and the evicted houseguest for whom America voted.
Those houseguests voted 5 to 3 for James to return, bringing former soulmate Chelsia to tears. Hell, she was in tears before this and had been on a rampage relative to his potential ouster the past several days.
See, the plan to evict Matty was ditched in favor of a plan to evict the former soulmate of the person who used the Power of Veto this week, Chelsia. The subsequent plan resulted in the 5 to 1 vote.
Ryan, Matt and Sheila each voted to bring in the mystery houseguest, which would have been Alex. (Parker finished second.) The others voted for James in a version of, “Pick the devil you know or the devil you don’t.”
On one hand, I see this as an interesting ploy by producers given how the vote happened. The houseguests made the more interesting choice strategically given that there is no way James will or can trust anybody but Chelsia.
On the other hand, this type of backtracking on the part of reality TV producers is foolhardy given that they did not follow through on America’s request. Give us a chance to vote on something and then pull it from under us, and you’re left with some pissed fans. It’s like we were evicted.
But all in all, I’m neither here nor there about this. The twist to the twist tonight was one of the stranger moments in Big Brother history, and the endurance competition is happening right now with James and Natalie hanging from a giant, swinging disco ball in one of those beautiful endurance challenges.
I have some news for our movie star, James, though. That disco ball is awfully similar to a stripper pole, and Natalie is quite comfortable dangling from it. It’s hard to say what will happen over the next few hours (watch the feeds!), but I will be stunned if Natalie loses this.
And then, will she proceed as a woman scorned, working to oust Matty … or will continue to allow the Boston roofer to pull her strings?
And if James somehow wins this sucker, will he automatically attack former HoH Ryan, or will he have a more strategic consideration?
Anyhoo, what say you? Was this a good move on Big Brother’s part? My gut hunch is that it was kind of a letdown … but what do I know?!

I voted for Parker, but it sucks that we basicly voted for nothing. Midnight Central time and Nat and J are still at it, James is moving around constantly and Nat is hanging in there like a pro

I too voted for Parker. Basically because I think he would have turned the house upside down. He wasn’t really “feeling his boys” anymore. But, he and Jen sure seemed to be cozy playing house at sequester. Now, as far as bringing James back in…………I’m all for anything that will turn the whole place into a frenzy. Sheila, Matt, and Ryan ought to watch out if Natalie doesn’t win the hoh. Cuz, James seemed pretty interested in finding out exactly who voted him out and tried to keep him out. I don’t have the live feeds so I’ll be relying on all you kind hearted folks out there to keep my posted. I hate the idea of waiting til Sunday to find out who wins.

James did win the HOH and he promised not to put Natalie or Matty up on the block - which is a shame - I’d love to see Matty on the block and he could take Natalie with him - a lot of people are angry because America voted Alex bak into the house - but then in a twist let the houseguests vote on whether to take America” Choice or James - they chose James - some folks seem to think CBS made them vote but that is silly - if they voted - it was because they chose to!

Hey Christine…..be happy to oblige. James won HOH. Kinda like de ja vue , isn’t it….with Ryan almost being evicted last and then going on to also win HOH? I felt so sorry for Nat……she was hangin in SO good and would have been ok except that she kept saying how dehydrated she was and I think that,plus the spinning made her sick to her stomach. She kept saying she was gonna vomit so she finally cut a deal with james…..that she AND Matty were safe if she dropped. Here she is in pain and wanting to see pics of her family desperaately, and she wouldnt let go unless he promied to save Matt too!! whether he likes her or not, Matt has got to feel at east some gratitude and loyalty to this girl!! Most married couples wouldnt be that commited or generous if their assses were on the line, IMHO!! I know alot of people make fun of Nat but I think she just knows what she wants and is true to herself and loyal to her friends(maybe a bit too loyal)and she is one helluva competitor!
As to the way BB is running the show this year, it’s getting a bit redundnat for me. I mean Sharon left, then came back in. Ryan was almost gone, and ditto. Now James is back!! It’s like a revolving door that lead outside….like in the Eagels Hotel california song….*You can check out anytime you like but you can never leave*!! lol It’s kinda of a waste of time actually….for us and the HGS. they vote but nothing significantly changes! and like BBB said, why did us viewers bother to vote for a returning HG?? It’s like the whole games is stuck in a time warp…..or spinning down the rabbit hole with Alice……maybe they are planning for it to go until BB10 starts with no break inbetween…….lol

No CBS didn’t make anybody vote, but thats not the point, if America is asked to be a part of a show and its outcome, then CBS should stand by what they asked America to do, I feel sorry for the thousands of people that voted by text messages on their cell phones, I’d be really pissed myself.
I also feel sorry for Alex that America voted for him as the choice to get back in the house, then BB lets the HG’s pick James over Alex, and BB didn’t tell us the viewers, that the HG’s would have the choice to pick over America’s pick, that is the worst part over this whole fucked up mess, I know I for one will never vote for anything BB asks America to vote for in any future BB seasons thats for sure, or in any more in this season if asked to either, and I’m quite sure I won’t be alone.
So its not that America was forced to vote on anything by BB, its the idea of being a part of the show as asked by BB and wait to see if how we voted won the votes by millions of viewers, BB is just as crooked as these HG’s are, you’d think they were a bunch of politicians that we have running this Country right now……….Crooked Liar’s!!!

Since I am from the Northwest, I’ve been pulling for Natalie since the beginning. I did lose a bit of faith when she started acting real skanky, but overall she has a good heart. I do feel sorry that she’s attracted to men who are going to dump on her. But after that agonizing ordeal she went through tonight, I am back in her corner full-time. Matt says he’s grateful for what she did for him, but if he starts treating her badly in the future, I would hope the rest of the guys call him out for it.
On another note, I was for Joshuah when he was verbally slamming Amanda, but then I guess he thought that gave him license to say horrible things about and to some of the other girls. He is the one I wish would go out quickly. It doesn’t look like he will this next week since his group is in control

What an awesome HOH comp, I stayed here watching every hour of it. Kudos to James and (gulp) even Nat, she hung in there. Even though I can’t stand Nat, I admire her ability to hang up there for 5 hours. That was f’n awesome.

Nat said at during one of the first competitions that she is prone to motion sickness. I really thought she had it and then she lost it…literally. I felt so bad for her. I really had a hard time with James and once again he has redeemed himself. He is actually a very decent guy.

i LOVE that james is back, it’s like bb7 when kaysar came back, now instead of the nerd herd we have the jock straps (matty&ryan and sheila by default) against the good guys (james, chelsia, sharon n joshua by default) with crazy obsessed nat in the middle, i mean we know she’s always going to have matty’s back, and why josh or sharon or james or chelsia would say anything to her, but her same obsession with matty could be what hurts him if he hooks up with anyone else. and adam could go either way. i think adam knows he’s driftwood unless he sticks with someone for real.

Hey Star, Thanks for catching me up on the new HOH. I appreciate it. This is gonna get interesting this week. I don’t know that James will be faithful to his promise. Since Natalie and Sheila swore they had his back right before they voted, then switched. It wouldn’t surprise me either if Ryan and Sheila went up on the block. I have read a few questions about Sharon’s blue scarf that she carries around and I think I know what it is. When her and Joshua won HOH and they were showing their room to everyone she said something about getting her baby blanket. That is not what she called it but I don’t remember the word she used I just know that I have heard a baby blanket be referred to as what she said. Everyone was talking and yelling so it was kind of in the background but I am pretty sure that is what she said. Ever since she has slept with it and had it with her all the time. I didn’t know that they got to keep the things that they got in the HOH room. I just assumed that they took them back when the next HOH won.

Even though James promised Nat that she and Matty wouldn’t go on the block, can’t they then try to backdoor Matty if they can control the POV? This way James keeps his word (he didn’t nominate Matty) but he goes just the same. I’m so tired of his non stop talking and controlling ways with Natalie. CBS did say one evicted Houseguest MIGHT have a chance to come back. I think CBS wanted someone who was going to stir things up be voted back and since it was Alex who won that is why they gave BB guest the choice who would come back. I love that James did make it back and that he won HOH things are going to get good this week. Star that blue thing Sharon has is a pillow case from home she got when she was HOH.

I am so glad that they let James back in.. I have heard alot of bad things about him in the blogs.. but.. in my opinion.. James or Chelsia should win.. James because even though he is “free spirited” he plans on using the money to help other people bike around the US.. and how could that be bad? its great exercise and could raise alot of money for different foundations… Chelsia I want to win most.. because she commented about giving some (or all, but I duobt that) of the money to Make a Wish foundation.. My daughter has a life threatening illness and was granted a wish by make a wish foundation and I would LOVE to see her donate even 10% to them. As far as choosing the person that plays the game best or isnt the sneakiest of of the players.. I couldnt choose then… They are all playing the game and none should ever be trusted. thats the game and I wouldnt put someone down for playing the game the way they choose to play it.

I heard that rumor, too, about Mattalie…doubtful they are a couple outside the house. Something would have been revealed during the live feeds or BBAD during their private conversations. From what I can see, he couldn’t care less about her except to use her however he can. She’s so annoying in so many ways, I’d try to stay away from her, too.
Still…for me this is the worst BB ever. As a long time fan of this show from season one when they had to wash their clothes by hand, I find it really hard to root for anyone from this cast. After CBS allowed them to play solo, I have found some redeeming qualities in Sharon, but their casual “hook ups,” and lack of respect for themselves is not just a little surprising, but sad, in a way. The girls have no class and are by no means ladylike at all, yet expect the highest respect from the guys who are just as classless. Although, I would love to see the look on Chelsia’s face when she finds out exactly where James’ mouth has really been before liplocking on hers. I just hope when she does, there’s a loo nearby. =^^=

I knew James was going to get evicted, but it was obviouse something was up with the new commercial cbs was showing as a preview…”a game changing decision”…that cast my additonal doubt when I predicted that it didn’t matter who America voted. I’m sure with all the early Wed. am DR sessions the BB producers got an idea of what they had to do to keep the ratings up. Plus, it is rumored that since J/C is a “true” romance…they don’t want to break that up…just like ED/Dani relationship (although NOT romantic!!)
They are loving that America is responding this way. ANY response is better than none….and that is close to what they have been getting. Me? I didn’t waste one vote, becuz’ I knew it wouldn’t matter.

Beth, thanks for the blue blankey info on Sharon. I figured it had to be something like that but hadnt seen it for sure. Natileisthebest, I have to confess I got a bit teary about Nat too. I couldnt stand her at 1st, especially her voice. but she grew on me. I know everyone thinks shes a doormat, but I think shes just lonely and how many of us has not felt that b4? I do think shes a strong player and really could win this game but Matt needs to go. He is just using her and would throw her under the bus in a heartbeat if his ass was on the line. I was just watching her interact with the other HGS and I think they like and respect her and she would get alot further in the game alone.
Nancee…..that whole couple theroy happened on BBAD a couple nites ago. Chels, Josh and James wer brainswtorming the the yard and suddenly decided the big TWIST was taht half the house were really couples in RL. Everyone there is getting paranoid, whcih is easy to understand, but thts a very weak and improbable theory, IMO. And Chels asked matt right to his face last nite if they were a couple adn he denied it. And as someone said, we would have been let in on it by now on feeds ot BBAD so I dont thinl they, or anyone else are couples.
I learned also that Ryan and Sheila were put up…..no big surprise there. But why is everyone treating sheila like a leper?? Shes in bed crying, altho BB keeps calling her to the DR and she has to keep putting her unitard back on and is getting PISSED about it…lol But everyone is talking about her, even the girls who would normally be in there comforting one of their own. I just don’t get how some of you are happy that James came back into the house. He’s a piece of garbage, and not because he’s a sausage fiend; I could care less about how much mud he’s had on his turtle. He’s deceitful (I know, right? In Big Brother? I voted for Amanda to come back, simply because she would have gone right back out again, as would have probably any other houseguest.

Adam, every time he’s in the DR, it’s like, “Oh, sh!t, he’s still in the game.” He is so far under the radar…how long can he possibly stay there?
When Chelsia finds out about James’ past, and she WILL, I seriously doubt she’s gonna stick around for mohawk-boy. Keep pedaling, b!tch.
Natalie’s departure from the house can NOT come quick enough for me. One last item: to “imyourdog”: how can you possibly say that last season was rigged, or a fix? Evel Dick was and IS the greatest strategical player in the history of this show. He played the game flawlessly. He cut deals minutes before eviction ceremonies, he and Daniele both won HOHes when they had to, and POVs…even Jannelle said that Dick and Daniele were the best ever to play BB…as long as this show remains on the air, IMHO, all players will be measured against the benchmark; the gold standard of BB gamesmanship, and that person, my friend, is Dick Donato, like it or not. As to the comments regarding Matt and Ryan being the bullies of the house. I say you are either retarded or uninformed. Josh is most definitely the dirtiest S.O.B. in the house. He has trashed every single person in the house on a much more personal level. With regard to Matt and Natalie, I see a guy who just doesn’t want a relationship with Natalie. She obviously doesnt get the hint so he feels he has to resort to being blunt with her at times. Is Matt a meathead? Absolutely, but he hasn’t done anything nearly as aggregious as Josh. If Josh wasn’t gay he would never get away with acting the way he has. Only Dick was that aggressive, and anyone with a brain knows that Dick was gone if it wasn’t for America. I can’t believe that anyone would think he’s the best player in BB history. He was the third best on BB8. Danielle’s was calling a lot of the shots for that alliance (along with America) and winning all the competitions for them. Eric was the best strategic player on that season, bar none. He had to taylor his game to America’s choice and America was trying to screw him. No America Player, no random votes that got him on the radar, and no Dick. His ass was gone. The Doc is still the best player in BB history, hands down. James is so full of crap. I cant stand people that act high and mighty in this game. You can not and will not win this game without screwing someone over. Funny thing is he he had no problem with them putting up Chelsia. Hell it was his idea. Now he wants to preach loyalty and honesty. That guy is a joke. I think this season is getting lame cuz they wont let the HG play the damn game. I would mop the floor with this competition.

James back in the house is a good move, because how boring would things have been if anyone else came back in the house, with the possible exception of Jacob. Barring Josh or Chelsia winning HOH the next two weeks would have been agonizingly boring.
Ryan must be the one to get evicted, and if he wins POV, put Matt up and get rid of him. Everyone who thinks he is a good player is delusional. He spent most of the game hidden by behind Allison,and the week he was supposed to be incharge he was 100% Matt’s puppet. Even if James thought Sheila was playing the best game at the time of his short lived eviction, her leaving the house this week only create two stable teams of four players. With him and Chelsia being the most closely aligned in their group they would be the likely targets.
Sheila is sort of being shunned at this moment because her plans to make a power play have come to light. She was playing it well last week gaining the trust, to some degree, of the two major groups leaders, Josh and Matt. While at the same time attempting to bring Natalie and Sharon into an alliance with her. Allowing them to have an ally seemingly entrenched in each camp and Sheila could have a foot in both sides unbeknownst to the other side. Given she seems to spend a lot of time alone she was laying these plans in anonymity,and nobody really noticed. Things began to slip when Sharon informed Josh of Sheila’s plan to prove Josh was disloyal to Sharon. Which was convince him Nat and Sheila were going to vote for James, and if the vote to evict came back 4-2, the second vote for James would have come from Josh showing he would have chosen James over Sharon. That angered Josh and it raised James’ hopes to stay, and they were not going to keep it to themselves. Now, even though it was just a solid game strategy, many are upset because not only were they being played but they had no idea, which makes it even harder to deal with.
Does anyone else have this problem? A couple weeks ago on BBAD people were ragging on Matt, and brought up his lazy eye and were hammering him about it. Ever since then every time I see him that eye draws me in.

Well the nominations are done and it is Ryan and Sheila which is a great eviction set. Sheila lied right to James and straight in his face that she would not vote him out. Ryan well he did the same thing he had a plan in place to outs matty and he changed his mind because of sheila.
So now they sit side by side and James will get his chance to burn them. Either way someone who lied to him will fall. He has kept his work for this week to Nat but next week is a whole new ball game and James is there to clean house.

As far as Josh is concerned he is just another women out to cause drama. He thinks he is like Evil Donato but he is more like Jen from season 8. He needs to stop trying to be so b—-y and just start useing his brain. He had his shot and he got his girl allison out but let us not forget that allison was a dead fish anyway because of her tirades. Next week if things go like I think it will be sheila still in the house and the next HOH will be up for chelsia to win so that she and james can munipulate matty and natalie on the block to get matty out but still keeping their game up front.

Absolutely LOVE the RUSE plan that J/J/C/S are working on the house!! And it’s going off without a hitch!! Shelia has painted herself in a corner that’s going to rip her head off before the next HOH comp. What a She-Devil!! She has NO idea how ugly she looks when she does her power grimace and her stringy hair keeps flopping in her face. I wish cbs would count how many times she has said, “You Know?” I love it that “the other four” are getting the exactly same thing that they put out! Only this time, Josh didn’t go over to Matt…cup his cheek…and say,” sorry things didn’t work out for you” Plus they are upping the ante by “fixing” the votes so James gets the ultimate privilege of voting Matt out. (or, possibly, Ryan)
I loved how on BBAD, Nat/Shelia thot they were doing such a good job “playing” everyone. They are so Stupid. THEIR the ones being played. And what’s even funnier is that Shelia is playing Nat and Nat doesn’t even know?!
Uh, don’t think Chels is going to have such a traumatic experience as some of you think. She already guessed on BBAD last nite that James was a porno. And who cares anyway? Whatever floats your boat. It’s not like we get any real details once the HGs leave anyway. Sure, some bits here and there…but mostly only from those still looking for fame. But again, who gives a care anyway?!

And shelia is such a waste of BB air time. She thinks she is such a power player what a shock it will be to her when she watches the tapes and really sees how she comes off.

I agree with you Natvtxn on the childish comments, but we all have our opinions, doesn’t mean what they say is right.
I was so bummed because of the storms that passed through last night, our local CBS channel chose to cover the weather situation instead of airing BB. The storm was like 2 hours north of us at the time. I was furious! I must admit I called our local affiliate and left a childish message of my own ha ha. But I did get to see the episode on the web finally, so I’m good.
I can’t wait for tonight, first Survivor then BB, how cool of a night will it be.
It matters not to me who actually gets evicted but I would prefer it be Matt, but don’t cha know that HOH comp is one everyone is gunning for.
And I know I’m off topic, but I am wondering if crazy Kathy (on Survivor) has her moment of shame tonight?
I haven’t been writing much on the Survivor blog because as good as those blogs are over there, they leave very little for me to comment on. lol
