Diary Room Is Open: Brian vs. Renny?
I won’t belabor the point too much, but this first week of Big Brother 10 has been fun! And tonight, the houseguests will evict either Brian or Renny.
Not before the fine readers of big-brother-blog.com get their say though.
It’s time to open the big-brother-blog.com diary room.
Should you choose to accept, your duty is to evict Brian or Renny. A telecommunications professional, Brian thought he was pulling Big Brother strings by convincing Jerry to nominate Jessie and Renny. However, the rest of the house caught wind of his plan to get Jerry to nominate Memphis after Jessie won PoV.
The house got to Jerry. Jerry nominated Brian. And Brian believes he’s a goner.
Meanwhile, Renny got off on bad footing with our resident bodybuilder, Jessie. She had trouble opening a door one night after Jessie had gone to sleep, and she woke him up with her yapping. Renny is a 53-year-old socialite from New Orleans with a distinct accent and a direct personality.
On one hand, Brian made his bed. On the other, has he not damaged himself to the point where keeping him around wouldn’t be too harmful to the rest of the houseguests? The thing that strikes me about Renny though is that she has a ton in common with the past two winners of Big Brother.
- She has a strong personality.
- She can be crude.
- She’s a tell-it-like-it-is person.
- She’s love her or hate her.
Unfortunately for her, Renny doesn’t have the makings of a strong competitor when it comes to HoH and PoVs. Evel Dick and Baller (Adam) were both terrific competitors, particularly later in the game. Nevertheless, long term, isn’t she the bigger threat to win BB10?
Look at the winner’s mold. She FITS it.
Then again, would BB8 have been ANY fun if Dick had been evicted early? Hell to the no. Are you kidding me?
It’s just me, SoonerRyan, but if I were a houseguest, I seriously consider ousting Renny right now from a game-play perspective. However, as a viewer, I’ll be madder than heck if our crazy socialite is gone tonight.
Sorry. The early star of Big Brother 10 is ‘Renny from the Block’. We must keep her. Please?
But it’s not up to me … what say you? Who are we evicting???

Well, so far I seem to be in the minority on my eviction vote.
Ahhhh well, if need be I can endure the wigs, sunglasses and voice, dear god in heaven SAVE me from that voice……

Brian was my favorite this season so far! But he played too hard too soon and he just may get his come-uppence tonight. Unless of course he can pull something out of his hat. We’ve seen it happen before. But I do agree that Renny’s personality could make some interesting situations!

Brian is a goner. I think they both make the game interesting so I would be disappointed with either one leaving the house.

I think Brian should go…, although Renny is a good personality, but from watching the Showtime after dark, she is quite boring most of the time.

I am loving Rennie - her voice cracks me up, no matter what she says it’s funny.
OMG!! Keesha!!!! That LAUGH - geeze can you not hear yourself? That is more irritating than Rennie’s voice.

Well…after Keesha’s and April’s Catfight on BBAD last night…Paranoia is running wild!! Good Fight, tho… Good ole Jerry, made them hug it out. Aw…too bad, loved the drama!
They have their nine votes to kick Brian out, so that’s a done deal. As Jessie says…Anyone who votes to keep him will be “P*ssing Up A Rope!”
So far, “The Otherside” is totally controlling the game and now “The Order” has been switched. If Steven doesn’t win HOH…he’s outta there!
Can’t wait for tonite to see who wins HOH. (Actually, hoping it’s Angie…just to shake things up a little!) Keep the DRAMA going. And hopefully, Renny will stop “laying low” and assert herself more. That will get them going.

My vote is for Renny………….. no brains and I don’t care about the entertainment she might bring. Brian, however, could turn everything upside down if he’s left in the house.

Brian looks to be doomed, but you never know. In the long run Brain is a stronger play then most. I do not see Renny as a threat and is not a competitor thus far. She seems to be a complete air head. I would like to see Renny go because she shows no value to the show at this time. Whereas Brian can mix it up and make it very interesting. As for Keesha’s laugh it could get on your nevers at time but she is hot, as is April. So I hope Renny goes tonight but I highly doubt it. As for HOH, I would love to see April, Libra or Memphis win.

I wanted Brian to stay, but agree he played his cards to soon, but i still wish he would stay. That being said if Renny stays i think she will open up alot more, we could be in for some interesting stuff from her and actually i can’t wait. I love it when she calls Jesse out, he is a duffus imo. I hope Angie wins HOH tonite, i like her and would like to see her stay and see what she has up her sleeve.

To win any reality show you need to stay under the radar the first week amd Briane was all over everywhere. Renny’s character will esculate, she’s playing it cool for a bit, then look out. Aloha Briane….

If you’ll remember, Sheila made quick controversy within the house last season and Baller like you said had a very eccentric personality about him. Evel Dick was definitely hilarious and added personality to the show.
I think we need Renny on the show to continue to add personality. After all, Jessie is very serious and unimaginative so Renny offsets all the serious gameplayers by just being crazy. I think that’s great. Her spunkiness and personality makes for an excellent show!
But if you’ll remember, Baller won.
Evel Dick won.
Sheila ended up in the Top Four and started playing the game late.
So, Renny doesn’t need to play right now.

Well, I am glad to see that Brian, is up on the block! Not his is he cocky but he believes that he is a gift to Big Brother from God. Well, if he is than it confirms that God loves to give gag gifts. Can we say “BI-BYE BRIAN!”

Brian needs to GO, I thought he was going to be my favorite HG’s until the show started, he showed his butt too soon by trying to control everybody to be his servants, but he barked up the wrong tree when he tried to mess with an old Marine, and a former War vet, Jerry is NO dummy, he’s gonna be tough when he needs to me, but he is a kind man when he also needs to be, until the time for him not to be, if he intends to try and win, he’s popular with most of the HG’s, except for Brian, Dan, and Steven, their all signing their walking papers the way they are going, and the “Old Man is Watching” and listening, and he will be downstairs with the rest of the HG’s now that he’ll be moving out of the HOH bedroom, he will be more observant than ever.
You know its been a week now, and I don’t recall ever seeing Jerry eating anything at all, has anybody else seen him eat any food at all??

I vote to evict Brian. He thought he was super dude in this house from moment one. But, Jerry allowed it to happen. He just didn’t realize he was a pawn in Brian’s little scheme. Anyway - for me - Renny is going to make for some interesting tv. And, isn’t that what it’s all about? (of course, if I was in the house, I think she’d drive me nuts)

Brian, was really funny today, but i feel it’s too late; showed his cards too soon, so it’s bye bye time, as for Renny, still don’t like her, and Kesshas laugh awfull !!
