Tonight either Adam or Ryan will be crowned the winner of Big Brother 9. From the looks of it on our POLL the readers of our blog think Ryan will win with a vote of 4-3. The next most popular thought is Adam will win 4-3 so basically…it is going to be close. I won’t be here to join in the chat and watch the finale live, but I am DVR’ing it. Ya’ll enjoy and I think BB10 will be an older more diverse group, according to Allison Grodner’s comments on housecalls.

I’m just grateful this season is almost over, Natalie, and Sheila, Chelsia, and James are out of the house and it is just left witht he boys. I hope to God BB10 will be alot better, because I am tired of seeing a bunch of 20 somethings run around half naked in bikini’s. Who’s idea was that? If I want to see something like that, I can watch MTV’s Real World! I know BB tries to make it appealing but Lord have mercy give me a break! Anyway as much as I love Ryan, I don’t want him to win because Jen would benefit and what would have been the point of evicting her out of the house if her boyfriend ends up winning anyway?
I’m going to give BB one more season to get it right and if they blow it this time, I am so not going to watch anymore BB. I know people need the money now days but when you go into a game situation like BB desperately needing the money, you are going to lose everytime because at some point you end up doing something stupid as the desperation of your situation starts to get more intense. It seems the people that don’t need the money usually win. I do however, give Sheila credit she was close. Enjoy the show guys I look forward to seeing who wins.

I’m looking forward to the finale, I am hoping the big money and win will go to Adam, I don’t want Jen to have the money and it would be like the two of them winning, I know Sheila did alot of crying during the show but i think she put up with alot and admire her for many things that she did do for bb this season, I hope tht Adam does give her a lil’ money if for nothing other then watching his back, rubbing his back and doing all the work and housecleaning the whole summer for these youngens! i am her age and i sympathized with her position. i hated the way people talked about her being soo old and it had to be damaging to her self esteem, Everyone was so young this year, i’m hoping bb10 will have a much more diverse group of people this year and mix it up a bit more.happy watching tonight. light and love.

I don’t really care who wins it between the 2 guys…they have become so close in the house that they seem like the same person…..picking up each others habits and way of talking…..not that that’s a GOOD thing with those two!!
I think the HGs will vote against Ryan a little harder because of Jen and all he’s won but I agree it will be close.
I didn’t care for this year at all in the beginning….the whole couples thing was a turn-off and as everyone says they were all SOOOooo young this year!! I know sex sells and there is something to be said for eye-candy but I felt like I was at a frat toga party until it got down to about the last 6 people. I have found every year tho that I tend to judge on the one before and don’t give the HGs the benefit of the doubt right away. SO I didn’t think BB9 was any worse than any of the others…I mean I watched , read and blogged after all…..:)
I am going to be going through withdrawl tonite when BB/AD should be on!!! WAH!! Can’t wait for BB10! I have enjoyed blogging with everyone here and will miss your daily thoughts. Hope to see ya’all again in 2 months!!!!

I didn’t really watch all that much this year,prabably cuase the people played such a terrible game, I wanted sheila to win it for her son, I did read all the blogs and listen to it when i was on the computer when my son had it on, tv my son practically drove me nuts over it, I don’t care who wins i’d rather see Adam then Ryan get it, cuase i think Ryan is greedy, he proved his point when he took the money away from Sheila. and gave her the Jen u tard or whatever its called, Sharon got played, but also i think she played a couple people herself, and if the house didn’t know Ryan & Adam had an secret alliance then they are really stupid, I knew since day one they were buds matt was in on it too. they just did a good job at minipulating people, thats what you got to do to stay in this game.but i really enjoyed the blogs so thanks bbblogger for keeping me updated, and also sometime why don’t they have a the best of all the big brothers play that can play, the best players ever game, that can play the game right,

Sheila should have been evicted very early, she came into BB with the idea in her head that “EVERYBODY OWED HER SOMETHING” she said herself she is use to using MEN & WOMEN to get what she wants.
NEWS FLASH SHEILA! it didn’t work this time, other than Natalie feeling sorry for her and GAVE HER that HOH, then the witch stuck a knife in her back, and twisted it, and continued to twist that knife until she walked her ass out the door!
Sure she cleaned the house, but for $750.00 a week, free food, free housing, thats ALL she did, other than cry & lie, and use the other HG’s, and hang onto their coat tails, like a leash on a Dog, she sure didn’t set a good example for other 45 year old women in the world.
She was pulled around that house till she got to the final three because the HG’s knew she was worthless, couldn’t win anything unless it was given to her, and they would have a better chance of them (whomever it may have been) to win final two, Adam and Ryan played a good game, and I’m very glad Ryan made final two, because he was punished all through this game just because the HG’s didn’t like Jen, and she wasen’r even paired up with Ryan, he played his own game, NOT Jen’s, that was a stupid reason not to like him, just because they didn’t like his GF, and quite frankly Jen wasen’t there that long for anybody to judge her, if anybody was a total idiotic bitch in the house, Chelsia fit that role, sure bet her family wasen’t so proud of the way she showed them & the world what a slut she really is, wait till she finds out James is a bi-sexual PORN Star & finds out what he’s had in his mouth and her kissing that mouth, but with the slut that she is, she probably won’t care.
I’m sure glad BB9 is over, sure hope BB10 is better, we can only hope!
I don’t care who wins first place, I like both of them, but Ryan shouldn’t get punished for people’s dislike for Jen, I’ll bet all the HG’s will kiss Jen’s ass at the wrap party.
And for anybody that thinks Adam will give Sheila some of his money, that is NOT ALLOWED by BB, none of the money or gifts won can be given to another HG, thats a known fact, its been said in other seasons that its not allowed, Sharon wasen’t even allowed to give her slop pass she held onto to another HG.

I hope Ryan wins being from Ohio I am rooting for him. Go Bucks He worked really hard at winning games . Adam did not do that much , he rode the coattails of Ryan. Congratulations, Ballah!!! I voted in the BB poll for you to win, 6-to-1, so I’m feeling pretty smug right about now.
That being said, this was ABSOLUTELY the worst BB in it’s history. Some other posters have said they wanna see BB All-Stars; I say no way. I am a huge Evel Dick fan, but not sure I wanna see him and Skanknella, Dr. Will, Kaysir, and the rest of the unnameable poseurs. Let a fresh batch come in. They had auditions a few weeks ago at Kent State here by me, so, I’m guessing no All-Stars.
Speaking of Skanknella, did everyone catch the obligatory glimpse of her in that same, tired yellow shirt in the audience? No? When Julie Chen was high-fiving people at the beginning, it was right after that. For all of our sakes…GO AWAY.
Jen looked SOOOOOO bummed out that her man didn’t cash the BIG check…awwwww, whatcha gonna do now, ho? What about YOU, Chelsluttia? Gonna go down to the seedy part of L.A. while you’re there and catch Jimmy’s jimmy in some other Jimmy on the silver screen? Be sure to wear your galoshes in that particular theater; wouldn’t wanna slip on some mystery goo as you run out and to the Greyhound station to get on that bus back to Cornhole, Iowa, now would ya?
As a coffee afficionado, I personally will never go to Oregon for fear of a chance drive-up meeting with the mouth that roared (among other things), Nastalie…glad to be rid of that bitch, too.
I loved the jury house scene, where everyone was being all catty and bitchy (ummm, Joshuah? Could you typify the gay man stereotype any more succinctly? You are over the top, girlfriend!….sheesh!)…Chelsluttia, Shagelia, and Joshie were just hating on “the boys” for being where they were. Too flipping bad.
Like I said, I’m glad it’s over. Looking forward to the first week of July, for BB 10. See you all then, but, hopefully, this blog’ll still be up to check back to.

I want to know, am I wrong in wanted some of the story lines that we get so engulfed in over the period of three months to be played out. I personally think that the finale should be a two hour show and that time should be devoted to talking to the houseguests and getting some ?s answered. I mean how many times did we hear about Sheilas son? I think they should have shown a reunion with them. I think that there should have been a conversation between Sharon and Jacob as to the status of a potential relationship. I would have also liked to know where James and Chelsia stand. Even that stupid bachelor show has a one hour Q&A show with the past girls. Why cant they do that with the houseguests for us diehard fans who have gotten involved in these ppls lives. If you agree tell me what we need to do to try to encourage the producers to have an extra one hour show to have a Q&A type show from the audience. Other than that I was GLAD that Adam won and love the show. I just want to be able to have some loose ends tied up and not feel like the show is so rushed.

Don’t know what a person would need to do to get an extra hour show, but I absolutely feel the same way that you do…no real questions answered, nothing seemed taken care of, it kind of just feels like the show just ended, like in the middle of the season, I don’t think I know any more now than I did before, excet that Adam won….kind of a bummer.

Could’nt agree with you more Pandiegirl and silly willy! The show ran on SHOWTIME 3 hours each night plus the time they were on CBS Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but they only devote 1 hour for the Finale, which seems pointless.
Bonnie, do you think you could spend 24 hours a day for almost 3 months with cameras on you all the time? Think about it for a minute! Oh, a by the way, you spell it this way, WAS’NT, not wasen’t. I know I am being picky, but some of these blogs are atrocious.

I agree with the two of you that the series finale should be a two hour show. But, I want the guests to have the questions ahead of time. I hated the impromptu responses that really did nothing to help our understanding. Chenbot would ask a question, awkward two seconds, guest would laugh and say something that made no sense or that was safe.
I am not sure it was the worst season ever. I enjoyed hating the people. I liked how I would get attached to someone and then they would do something stupid (James was cool until he had the breakdown, Nat was cool until she found God, Adam was cool until he turned into Robin Hood).

Ummm, FRANKS, hate to correct your correction, but it’s “wasn’t”, as in was not.
I agree with you all regarding the finale. “Anticlimactic” is the word that comes to mind. There should be backstories to some of these people, not just the contrived thoughts of the bitches in the jury house. What about Sheila’s son? Why not have the jurors compete for a prize? Maybe against the earliest evictees, I dunno. Anything would be better than the usual, tired assemblage of paid, overzealous “fans” in the audience.
How about Chenbot shuts her piehole and actually lets these people talk sometimes. She’s a little full of herself, I think. It’s a frigging reality show, bitch; lighten up.
At any rate…hope CBS’ producers are listening/reading.
