I really don’t care who wins this season anymore – I just hope that James wins America’s Favorite. I cannot wait for this season to be over with!

Lisa Marie, thank you for staying with the blog with such a boring group of house guests. I know we all appreciate you and your insight. You are really the greatest.

As far as the house guests……………blah. JMac knew when he was up there and Liz was so happy (just like he commented) that he was gone. But you could see that he was angry. I wish people would have gone along with Becky earlier on and maybe it would have been a show. I got tired of the unanimous votes. I do agree however that Vanessa has played the game, rather played the players.

I would be afraid to be Austin’s girlfriend. With that nasty temper, he would scare me. His whole demeanor last night was disgusting and over bearing. I hate to hear him when they are doing the final vote. I would honestly much rather see crazy Steve and Vanessa in the final 2. Vanessa has to know that Liz has 2 guaranteed votes and probably JMac’s and James. She needs to get rid of Liz.

Hey Lisa!!!!! I agree with swt…..you are an amazing writer and we all appreciate you keeping this blog open and informative for us!(and often funny!!)! Appreesh!!!! (ala Jeff!)lol

NOT to argue, and I may be wrong…..again……but I thought it was Julia who said that about tje lion tamer thing. I remember blogging about it and I always thought she was the *dumbed down* version of Liz…if that’s possible!!lol

From what I heard and saw last night, Steve slipped off fair and square.(and what a BORING and long comp to watch!!!) Van told Liz, who was whining about how her privates hurt anyway, that she could hold on for anothter 10 hours, that the next comp involved running(how does she know this if production isn’t feeding her info??) and Liz was much better at that than Van was and Liz could win that one. Plus, if she stopped now, she could save her strength. So it came off as Van was trying to help her and splitting up the comps between them. If she offered her anything……and what would that be at this point….I didn’t hear that! So she waited until she ws over the water/gunk, and a few mins after Steve’s fall, she let go! WHO throws a final HOH comp???? This year will defineitly go down as the worst bunch of HGS to ever NOT play this game!!! I have been so fed up the last few days I wasn’t eve going to blog anymore, but..here I am anyway! I am done losing sleep over it tho and ready for Fall and Survivor!!! I just wish it was next Wed already so we could get this over with and get on with our lives!! It feels like shedding bad Karma or juju!!! YUCK!! lol

since Vanessa won round 1 ~ Vanessa skips round 2 ~ players for round 2 is Steve and Liz ~ the winner of round 2 ~ playes in round 3 with Vanessa and that’s it. FINALE

I don’t want any of the 3. I would like to see James win America’s favorite. I voted after Tuesday’s show and have not been able to vote since. Keeps saying I already voted. Thought it was my PC till I see FB comments it’s happening to others. So , people are saying the voting is rigged along with the whole season.I’m actually starting to wonder?

Vanessa is the only one who really concentrated on the game. However, I found her game repulsive. Her constant, erratic babbling and crying to manipulate house guests emotionally was uncomfortable to watch , however effective it was. She would not have survived one week in BBUK where being fake is the number one crime. She spent a lot of time condescending to her fellow housemates which also was hard to watch but effective. She often played the victim when she had done someone wrong, never once owning up to an unsavory move. Overall, she played the game, just in the yuckiest way possible. I’m thinking she will win for efforts made. She preyed upon stupid people and it worked.

How thoughtful of production that phase 1 of the final 3 HOH was essentially just a watered down version of the swinging rope, bounce off object repeatedly, HOH challenge that JMac conceded to Vanessa shortly after she told him to drop because “she could hold on for another 10 hours” or something quite similar to what she told Liz last night. Could it be that CBS, to promote its most recent “celebrity in progress,” decided to use the Hamlet sound stage instead of sound stage 18 this season because it seems quite apparent to me that “Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.”

And as possible additional evidence of CBS engaging in foul play (not to be confused with Vanessa’s duck lips) read the following from Poker News Daily”

If it wasn’t for the factor that there is a poker player involved in the proceedings, the number of people in the poker community watching the CBS reality show Big Brother would probably be much smaller than its current levels. With poker professional Vanessa Rousso in the final five players in the competition, rumors are now beginning to leak out that “the fix is in” from producers of the popular reality program and CBS executives to have Rousso win this year’s competition.

According to several popular Big Brother fan sites and blogs (the true fans of a television series, while sometimes overly analytical and pessimistic about their favorite series, are sometimes on track with show rumors), unnamed personnel that work on the show have stated that producers have had the show set up for Rousso to win pretty much since the start of this year’s competition. These sources state that producers have constantly fed insider information to Rousso to keep her abreast of her standing among the competitors. By using this information, Rousso would allegedly know what her fellow houseguests were feeling about her, know when to stroke egos or push hard against her fellow competitors or know when to keep her head low and let others be taken out.

So here is what I think There’s no business like show business like no business I know.

How are you liking Arkansas so far? My childhood best friend’s parents were both born and raised in Little Rock and both graduated from the University of Arkansas before settling in the DC area in the 1940’s. And another thing, my Uncle Willard (Mike) and his wife Lenna shared a bungalow with Sam and Helen Walton at a Japanese internment camp in Arizona during WWII. Both Mike and Sam were Army MP’s at the camp. Be assured the my Uncle Mike made sure I got into a good investment early on.

C’est Moi: I get the same thing, as have several others who have tried to vote. I
voted the night you did and not since. Don’t know what is wrong, but something

WELL I TOO CAN NOT VOTE. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? DO THEY (PRODUCERS) NOT WANT JAMES TO WIN THE MONEY? IT STINKS!!! I CAN SMELL IT ALL THE WAY HERE IN FLORIDA!!!

I had to stop watching BBAD. Don’t know why I even turned it on. Steve comes out
with questions supposedly sent in by fans. I personally think the producers came up
with fake questions. They didn’t sound like any fans I’ve read about this season. They
were asked how they would spend the money, should they win. Their answers made me
feel even more strongly that they should not be sitting there at the end.
Liz: I want to get my masters and further my education (a Miss America pageant answer),
take my family and Austin on a vacation, and some other vain, foolish things that made me
think she doesn’t have a clue how fast that money is going to disappear. It certainly isn’t
going to cover all she wanted to buy.

Steve: I haven’t really thought about it since I didn’t think I’d win the money. But I would
want to pay off some of my college. Take my family on a vacation. And save the rest of
the money.

Van: I will first buy some bling for Mel. (Barf!) Then I want to take the family on a vacation and buy some antique senthisizers (?) (whatever those are). I want Mel and I to be able to do our music thing full time, without me having to finance us with other work. I guess Mel doesn’t work and Liz supports her.?? I got the feeling Vanessa is probably
very controlling in their relationship. She certainly is with Steve. She kept looking over
his shoulder, so to speak, and correcting his pronunciation of names. That was when I
walked away.

@Sherry, vanessa was talking about buying stuff for her music career.

Vanessa wants to buy some antique synthesizers (electronic musical multiple frequency tone generators) to advance her fantasy musical career. I’ve heard her synthesizer created “musical” compositions and she really should keep her former day/night job as a pro gambler. Her online course at Berklee College of Music did not a talented musician/composer make. Not even close.

Does anyone think it’s possible if Steve or Liz wins the final HOH that neither of them takes Vanessa to the final two despite deals they both made with her?

C’est Moi, that’s what I was thinking especially when it came to Liz. As much i dont’t want Liz to win, I don’t want Vanessa to win even more. if Steve wins I am okay with it since our choices are limited. So many chances to get Vanessa out way before now.

I am so thoroughly disgusted with the way production has ruined his season and with whom
is sitting in the final three that I really don’t care who wins. I will tune in to see how the
jury votes, then I’m on to Survivor and Amazing Race. The Voice begins next week, too, and
can hardly wait. Then there’s DWTS. I am already upset by the judges on this particular
show. I would like to see three brand new judges that will judge fairly and consistently
across the board. The judging was so bad last week, I was ready to stoop watching after
the first week. I have complained about the judging for several seasons now. It only gets
worse. It’s hard work to get the dances right in the short period of time they are given, and
it is often forgotten by the judges that these are not professional dancers. To give someone 4’s on the opening night, esp. when she was not as bad as some of the other
dancers was hurtful. She was brought to tears, and rightly so. I wonder if CBS has bought
out DWTS contract on the sly and is a secret partner with the network currently running
the program?

I couldn’t believe I went to the website to vote for a HG and it allowed me to vote for one player over 50 times!! 🙂 I could have voted all day, but I had to go to the store. I would say that website is messed up. Did you notice that Vanessa’s picture was last and on a row by herself and right next to the vote button??? Hmmmmm!!

Hello everyone….did any of you watch the Jeff/Julie Chen interview? It was very good. She gave some very candid answers. She also said she thought she was going to have to get a hook to get Austin out of the house! He just kept trying to get Vanessa to change her mind. She also gave her impressions on who she thought played the best game and how the jury would vote. Check it out.

Everything is wrong with BB…veeeerrryyyy wrong…..let me count the ways!!!

Yay, yay, yay!!! I finally got to vote again. I split my vote the first time I voted.
This time I voted all but two votes for JM. As much as I enjoyed James and would
have wanted him to win, if JM had been able to stay in the game, JM did last longer
than James. Also, JM has such a huge debt from college loans, and while this won’t
go too far towards that debt, it could bring it down to a more feasible level….I hope.
James being a vet has a great many opportunities to get help from programs that are
out there to help financially specifically the vets. I still don’t understand if James
married the mother of his child, or if the child lives with him, or if he only sees her
on specified times. Would love to know more about his situation with his daughter.

Star: Wish I could see some of your decorating. I know they must be outstanding.
Enjoy your weekend out. I am making myself go to our Ladies Day where a small
group of friends meet once a month to eat lunch and go to a movie. I have so much
to still do with the move, but need to get away for awhile from the mess.

tendr: Hope to get some of that magnesium stuff. I take a Prilosec generic brand with
magnesium in it. Will that be too much magnesium? Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
