Great Blog. I look forward to this every season. CBS lost me as a view this season but I’m still devoted to this blog. I think we all equally agree, this season was one of the worst. I hope it gets better or just goes away. Maybe 11 is enough.

Not to change the subject but does anyone know how they choose the housemates. I know you can send in a video or audition but I thought I heard someone say on BBAD that they were picked off the street. No audition.

bulwinkle, great idea but I doubt Jordan has the wherewithall to first think of threatening Kevin let alone actually doing it and being convincing. I would love to see it because she does show moments of insight but she’s Jordan afterall.

I didn’t get my BB email and finally found our new post. Really sorry Jordan fell off but she lasted 4 hours and I’m even more surprised Gnat lasted which shows she’s really been skating all along to stay way under the radar.

After Chima left, Kevin has had to start playing the game himself. from what I have observed Kevin tries to think things through. Personally I think Kevin is going for the gold. He didn’t come this far to give it to (in his words) the BizNacth.

OMG, I am sooooooo glad this season is almost over, you just don’t know. It has been the WORST one ever. I can’t believe that Gnat/Kevin made it this far, what the heck happened???? Maybe Thursday night, CBS will reveal that this whole season has been a dream and the real show begins……..

I hated to see Michele go last night. There seemed to be a possibility right up until the end that Kevin would defy Natalie and vote to keep her in, but he just didn’t have the nerve to do it. Michele played a fiercely competitive game and one that was fair and clean and I think she was the HG who was most worthy of the 500k. I hope she’s awarded the 25k by the viewers. With her gone, I don’t really care very much about what happens. Jordan’s sweet and nice and everything — although her charm is wearing thin without being filtered through Jeff — but I really don’t think she’s done anything to deserve the 500k. And I hate to see HG’s who’ve played in as dirty and underhanded a manner as Kevin and Natalie emerge as the winners. Is it permissible for the Jury to vote to not award the 500k to anyone?

Bulwinkle……some of the things you write just make my day! I love it! Love this blog so just donated for the cause. OK…….If Kevin takes Nat to f-2……she’ll win. And he’ll probably take her. I sat and went thru all the jury members and have decided she’ll have the votes even without America’s vote…..which turns my stomach. None of the jury members know her yet like we do. Jeff and Jordan will vote for her because Kevin got Jeff out. Jessie will vote for he cause Kevin voted him out. Lydia will vote for her cause Jessie does. Russell doesn’t like Kevin so will vote for Nat and so on and so on and so on……… Like I’ve said before……I dislike her so much that I’m ashamed of myself. My only hope is that if she wins…….she gambles all the money away and is left penniless and that the general public will make her life so miserable in the real world becasue they dislike her so……that she can’t leave her house. I think Nat has to win final HoH to win $500k. If Kevin wins and takes her to the final 2, I think his gameplay will be rewarded. Jessie and Russ have already stated that they would reward gameplay. I’m pretty sure that Michele would vote for him… probably Jeff & Jordan too. We know where Lydia’s vote is. It could easily be 6-0. Even if Jessie sticks with Nat it’s 5-1. However, if Kevin dumps Nat thinking he can beat Jordan.. it could backfire. We’ve seen in the past that if you backstab your ally, the jury can turn against you.(we’ve also seen it the other way like in BB9 when Ryan could have beaten Sheila, but stuck with Adam). That is what I would like to see happen… Kevin wins HoH.. overthinks it.. evicts Nat.. then the jury turns on him and awards Jordan $500k. Jordan doesn’t deserve it, but anything to keep it out of N & K’s hands is fine with me.

This may be the worst ending in BB History. Jorden still has a chance of winning. She just ate too much ans exercised too little. She seemed so over-wieght. She is cute as pie, but she paid the price. Kevin will be a fool to take Gnate to the final 2. Jorden needs Russells vote. Everyone will not vote for Gnate or Kevin. Jorden can win if she can continue to play nut-role.

Ok Sal, you convinced me. Kevin wins. With Michelle and Jordan going to the jury house with even more ammunition to throw at Natalie…she probably won’t win. scotty k, if you want all BB talk all day everyday in this boring season, then perhaps this isn’t the place for you. I’ve seen all the sights you are talking about… and the comments. Not much intelligence goin’ on there, but if that’s your cup of tea, who are we to argue? You really need 10 updates a day to keep up?? In this season?? I haven’t found any information on those sights that I haven’t found here…. just comments that are painful reading.

Great minds think alike! I had the same idea, with a twist. The HG get voted off like normal only they don’t know that HG in the Jury House are also being filmed and having competitions and what not. At some point they combine the houses, kind of like how Survivor starts out with 2 teams (right? I only watched one season). I haven’t got the details worked out, but since I’m not on the payroll I’ll leave that to CBS

Has anyone seen the picture of Gnat-a-LIE holding JUST the chain? JC’s exact words were “you must be holding your KEY at all times.” I think if A.G. and/or BB want us to believe that the game is “FAIR”, they should certainly address this. Do I think they will, NO. I too think this has been the WORST BB ever! And what is up with the HG’s being recruited? I know that there are thousands of people that apply every season, why do they go out and recruit? And if that’s the case, maybe they need to get better recruiters because the ones thay had this time did a very bad job!!!! I think we need to start a petition that states that due to Gnat’s cheating, the compition should be replayed!!!!!! Or better yet, expel her and spare us all having to look at and listen to her anymore!
If there is a BB12, I sure hope it’s better than this one!!! Maybe they need to bring back some of the Decent players that got booted out too early, like Renny and Casey. I would Love to see some MUTURE people with morals play the game.

I havn’t left a post all season but read everyday. I have to admit i’m so disappointed this season I waited for this season but I can’t believe they got this cast of “actors” My last boss was just Gnat. Her voice her way she lies everything to a T. Makes me want to have her loose even more!!!!!!!!!!! I think from the first week they had issues when they divided the house up it made no sence.

Jeff screwed up the game royally. Now because of him the world’s worst player is in the final 3. Nat the Rat may win the whole thing. Her rude comments and acting like she is the Queen of this game is so very sick. For a person who is a TSD Champ sure is a POOR SPORT AND SHOWS COMPLETELY VERY POOR SPORTSMANSHIP. She surely is no champ in my book. She only won a bronze medal in 8th grade and don’t know why that would make her such a great person.In my opinion she has played the game the worst. She must be one very confussed person when she states how she hasn’t been mean in this game. She needs to re-think and try to remember all the mean things she has done and said. A person like her doesn’t deserve to win, but all the dumb people in the jury house will vote for her if she is in the final 2. I believe she will be standing right next to Kevin. Kevin has had many chances to get her out and he is not thinking clearly. In this game you need to know when to cut off from your alliances. He is clearly too stupid and afraid to let Natalie go. He is such a wimp. If he wants to win he needs to win HOH and get her out and take Jordan to the final 2. He stands a better chance. I myself want Jordan to win because I really hate both Kevin and Natalie. I just don’t want Natalie to win and I am afraid she will. This season really SUCKED!

donna rose, that is VERY good news. i wonder if ED will get all “tongue-tied” around janelle, the way he did on his season when she hosted a comp?

he apparently had been missing female companionship, etc., and janelle standing next to him almost cost him his concentration. i still remember his DR on that. it was great.

I’m so happy they picked mostly intelligent people to discuss the gameplay. i think danielle is there ’cause daddy is.

Danielle from Season 3, the gorgeous African-American woman. I so wanted her to win, she made it to final 3 or 4, holding the key sitting in water, freezing to death. She let go and lost. I was heartbroken. She returned for All Stars, though! =^^=

i missed those earlier seasons. sorry for the confusion. i’m looking forward to seeing THIS danielle. so many good things have been said about her in the blogs i’ve read. thanks for clearing that up for me Donna Rose!

Nat played a ver y lazy game all season, she never put forth much effort, and all of a sudden when her back is up against the wall, she can stay up there for 4 hours. you have to think she could have did it before but didnt bother. nat was always just about herself in this game, and i hope the jury does see that. Kevin ,I dont really have a problem with he seems like outside this game, hes probably a good guy. but when you have a partner like Nat ,you would at some point be caught up in her B.S.

I went to all the bb websites and can not find anything that says the hoh comp is changing. yes nat did cheat, whats new with that? there has always been cheating on bb. every season you can see the production lets those that stir it up stay. does this really surprise you? I dont have live feed. if someone does could they please let us know if the comp is still going?

Why does everyone ASSUME that Jordon would not have won the HoH even if Jeff had not thrown it? She had a 3, which was better than every single one of the other players! the chances of Jeff beating that 3 were roughly 1 in 4! Maybe he could have beaten her, but he decided to make her win a sure thing.

Also, in the final HOH, she had it won until they asked about whether or not Chima apologized — a cupcake question for Chima’s BFF Natalie, but not so obvious for Jordon.

Jordon’s biggest failing is her unbridled honesty. The girl simply can’t keep things to herself. Plus, she gets flustered in timed competitions.

People don’t give her proper credit for her game prowess.

I’ve been a bit out of the loop. Does anyone know what they will be doing on tomorrow’s night’s Big Brother show? I have tickets and I haven’t decided whether I want to make the 1 1/2 trek to Los Angeles to watch. I looked on the CBS website but it doesn’t really say. I suppose they are having the second and third parts of the HOH competition? Thanks. Bloggergal1

Worst season ever? I’d have to agree. I miss the early seasons as well. But how far back do we really want to go with changes? I enjoyed season 1 very much. It was something new.. I hadn’t seen anything like it before. Could we handle a season like that now though? Maybe. After this season, it would be refreshing, but let’s be careful what we ask for. We all know that there were no HoH’s in the first season. No PoV’s either. The HG’s all made a nomination and the 2 with the highest total were up for eviction. America then voted on who left. There wasn’t much suspense as to who would leave. All the “rebel rousers” were knocked out early. The show became so stagnant that CBS had to offer HG’s a “bribe” to leave and be replaced by someone else. No one took the bribe. I don’t like what the show has become either. We need to “turn back the clock” on it… just not sure how far back. I guess just “regular people” with these same rules would be best, but CBS has to make it clear that they are no longer putting up with BS.

Backdoor, Jordan had a 4. Jeff had hit a hole in one everytime. Even in practice the night before, he got a hole in one the first 11 out of 12 times he tried. Having said that, you’re right, he could have missed or got a bad bounce off of that backstop (like Russ). The wheel went up to 7, so you never know. Even Tiger Woods misses short putts sometimes.

Yeah, JT, but Jeff’s holes-in-one were into a stationary bump. The comp was into a rotating wheel, so an entirely different skill set was involved. He would have had to lead the hole by exactly the right amount, which as everyone else dicovered, was a difficult task. It could very well have gone like the previous comp that Jessie won, when jeff’s ball hit the edge of the winning can and richocheted off into loser-world.

That’s why he drove the ball instead of putting–he could just have easily aimed for the 5-7 holes, but he was not confident in his ability to put the ball into one of those 3 holes. Had he tried to win, could he have been any more confident of hitting the 1-3 holes?

So I stick to my premise–the odds were that Jordon had it won. Jeff did not “give” the HOH to her–he just made sure that what she had already done was good enough.

justaguy, Easily the worst season ever. Unfair, mean, predictable, randomness of comps, starting with a comp that would obviously go to the Athletes, and on and on…Wonder if Julie Chen will even be back. and I was thinking as the credits rolled on BB, that the three other Executive Producers should be held justasresponsible for this fucking nightmare of a season. A blog about a TV show shouldn’t be that much better than the TV show itself.

ED, Mike Boogie and Janelle Thursday? That’s something to look forward to I guess. When Jordan fell off that log last night on BBAD (Nice to see some relevant Game action on that show for a change), my contempt for this silly ending intensified. BB needs to come up with some better HoH and PoV comps than the same old crap they’ve been doing. And I really hated to see Michele go. She played the Game in the true spirit on BB and isn’t some celeb wannabe posing and posturing to further a meaningless career.

Backdoor, not arguing with you. He could have lost. There was a hole in front that if you made it, you got a 1. If you missed the hole, it went into a wheel. The wheel had 18 slots numbered 2-7 (3 of each number). I figure Jeff had at least a 75% chance of getting a hole-in-one. If he missed, he had a 50/50 shot of tying or beating Jordan’s score of 4 (9 slots numbered 2-4 and 9 slots numbered 5-7). So I figure there was a 10-12% chance that he would have lost. You’re still right, he could have lost.

I have also, lost interest in this “BB Season of CHEATING”…

BB keeps continuing to turn a blind eye to all of the CHEATING in this game!

Consider joining myself, with others on e-mailing CBS, on your outrage on the cheating, that N/K have been allowed to get away with!

Beginning with this calendar that K/N are keeping…Any type of calendar is agaist the rules, yet the cameras shows close-ups of it!

There are all kinds of still shots in the “CBS Forums”, of Nasty not holding onto her key, and Kevin not facing the Pool, (as was the specified BB rules last nite)…The cameras even ZOOMED in on Nasty’s key, when her hand was only on the rope!! I swear the girl must have relatives in BB Production!!

Do we all remember how quickly BB was all over Janelle, and her key slip up?

This game and CBS’ ratings continue to go the toilet faster, than Nasty can pick her nose!

Does Chima have BB running scared, by threating to burn down the house’s of the BB Production Crew?

Someone should get EVIL DICK in on this, during his season he would have kicked down the doors of Production, over such BS!

i think Jordan is a sweetie and I hope she wins. kevin also performed well during the comps. But natalie – NO!, she couldn’t be bothered. and if Jeff wanted to give it to Jordan so what? I hope they aren’t fixing the game (production), it seems there is a lot of information being given to the HG.

I would like to see them have a WII, it would give them an activity when they are stuck in the house and practice competing with each other – scope out each other’s games.

At first, I thought I was in a vocal minority or, more likely, an overwhelming majority. But not until today did I realize how unanimous this hatred for Natalie is. In a poll, I asked you, the fans, who you would like to see win Big Brother 11 and more than 1,100 people responded. A massive 85 percent chose Jordan (most likely because she’s the lesser of three evils), and another 14 percent went with Kevin (the lesser of two evils, assuming you forget that Jordan is even playing).

It’s that people genuinely dislike Natalie. She is nowhere near as nice as she may thinks she is, she’s certainly not as smart as she thinks she is, and she’s not as great at manipulating people as she thinks she is. If she wins, fans won’t be angry that the villain won, they’ll be angry that a delusional, self-righteous, idiotic hypocrite won.

shookup, You’re spot on about th cheating. Where is the outrage? Kevin sees all the answers ahead of time in the PoV and then I hear Natalie’s hand came off the key and Kevin wasn’t facing the pool? And great point about the big deal they made about Janelle and her key. Pure hypocisy….

Ok WTH gang. Just when I thought this season couldn’t possibly get any worse. I take a few days to go rake in some cash from the Maloof brothers, figuring I could leave things in your trusty hands and look what I come back to. This could be a long seeing as how I’ve been wearing out the dice in Vegas (not too bad on the weather Kev11 best you could do at this time of year I’m sure).

A few things I learned while in Vegas:

1) It’s FREAKING HOT (ok so I already knew this one but damn it’s HOT)
2) Flavor Flav needs a new battery in his clock (it’s only right twice a day)
3) When the dice are HOT press your bets and keep on pressing (ok so I already knew this one too, but it’s a good tip for those of you that didn’t know)
4) Euro’s will make HORRIBLE calls during hold ‘em tournaments and then go runner runner to suck out on you (I went off like Phil Hellmuth)
5) Raking the Maloof’s for 5 figures is VERY NICE

Ok now for things I’ve learned since returning and trying to catch up with the goings on here in blogland:

1) The moose likes redheads and is easily distracted by Skelly/Pebbles, thus not doing his bulwinkle duties and overseeing the BB House
2) SOME people are still watching a different version of the show (Maybe they are watching the UK show)
3) People have been REALLY bored and have resorted to HTML and chess for entertainment
4) p2 thought I had forgotten my mother (trust me she received a very nice gift compliments of the Maloof brothers)
5) Augustus has a SICK fascination with the ankle biter (already knew this one as well but it has clearly become worse)
6) It’s virtually unanimous that this season SUCKS and AG and her band of idiots that put this season together need to go
7) Jordan, poor Jordan, the girl just doesn’t know when to SHUT UP!!!!!!
Michele is apparently the devil and Natalie is an angel (according to what she said and the back of her sweatpants) And yes gobbki I hope she does read all of this and learn something from it. I will be polite and leave it at that
9) Kevin still thinks things out well, but lets his fear decide what he should do
10) My thoughts on opening night were correct. JESSIE AND THE CLIQUES DESTROYED THE SEASON

Enough of the lists for now. I retain the right to fire off a few more before the Finale. How has AG and her staff allowed things to get so out of hand this year? I’ve seen two people that barely know each other show more emotion and affection than whatever that was the other night. Ah hell with it I’m tired of rambling for the moment. Drinks are on me. bulwinkle knows we all need them.

When BBAD started here and I saw all 3 still up, I got pumped for Jordan. But like Kom dsaid, she was stupid not to pay attention with $500K on the line. She justdoesn’twantit.

FOR ANYONE CATCHING UP ON THE KEVIN/POV CONTROVERSY (Others may want to skip!):
The POV controversy had something to do with technical difficulties which caused a delay, I think. For some reason (allegedly) this gave Kevin an advantage because during the delay he had more time to think about the questions and/or answers. However, I thought that all 3 were competing at the same time so I’m a little confused. Allegedly Kevin did said something to Natalie about this which viewers on either the live feeds or BBAD caught. Also, calendars are supposedly not allowed but Kevin and Natalie made a calendar out of Play Doh and used it to memorize the order of significant events in the house. This gave Kevin an advantage during the competition as he and Natalie spent hours studying their makeshift calendar. I don’t read the other blogs but apparently people were asking people to complain which I did (via the CBS website).

Way upthread JT (justaguy) mentioned last night’s BBAD, he heard someone from production say “technical difficulties” – I heard it too, I think it was a female. Was Kevin in the DR? Anyway they cut the mike so that’s all I heard. And I also saw Kevin tell Natalie that “they” (production) kept him in the DR 2 hours trying to convince him to take Michelle. Supposedly production told him he couldn’t win against Natalie.

Anyway, the Fab Four are on tonight. I peeked at ED’s (Evel, not erectile dysfunction ) MySpace and he hates Nat and Kev with a passion. I wonder what he will say tonight.
