Big Brother 10 brings back America’s Player and a new HoH is crowned
It’s back to the future on Big Brother 10,
as the ghost of America’s Player returns. Oh, and we
had an endurance comp for the right to be HoH!
In other words, if you don’t want it all to be
spoiled for you, look away. If you see me walking by,
and the tears are in my eyes, look away. Baby, look
away.
OK, there’s your warning.
And, boy, were there some tears at then end of this
HoH comp. But, I’ll get to that in a moment.
We had a live eviction tonight, on Thursday, the
proper and wholesome night for Big Brother evictions.
Wednesday stunk. Thank you, Big Brother! Alas, the
night-switch couldn’t make up for the lack of drama as
Angie was ousted by a vote of 8-0.
We also had the coronation of America’s Player –
Dan.
What a perfect pick! Very much like Eric, Dan has
managed to stay alive despite his early game-play. And
very much like Eric, Dan has become kind of a goofball
among the houseguests.
Tonight’s comp was an endurance contest in which
the houseguests would stand on a ledge and hang on to
a horizontal pole as the ledge shook and debris got
heaped onto them. Given this week’s L.A. earthquake
(5.4), it was an appropriate competition.
And, finally, it was one in which Renny did
well. She finished 3rd.
However, the reason I mentioned Dan and his
goofball persona is that he spent a chunk of the
competition yelling out cheers for the final three
competitors: April, Michelle and
Renny.
They were pretty funny, but he was actually
encouraging them.
Nevertheless, after 2.5 hours, Renny dropped and
Michelle separated her freakin’ wrist, Reason No. 584
why I would never be able to be a Big Brother
contestant. Because I’m a big &%$@#. Dang, girl was in
pain.
But before Michelle dropped, April assured her that
Rhode Island Red and her wannabe boyfriend, Anabolic
Jessie, were safe. And you know Ollie is safe,
too.
I can’t say I’m too sure how the proceedings will
go down, but Jerry has not been a performer.
Furthermore, I can’t imagine it to be wise for the
house to keep Memphis around for too much longer. Do
you think he’s still underplaying it a bit?
However, April’s your new HoH … Stay tuned this
weekend to see who gets nominated!

If Jessie makes it to the end because no one ever has the ‘guts’ to vote him off i’ll never watch the show again. It’s killing what few brain cells i have left. Ok..dumb promise to make michelle. April should have just told her she’d not vote Michelle off and that’s all and hung in longer. Or heck…no promises but fake cry or something to get michelle to just fall..i dunno. i want to scream..STOP MAKING PROMISES….so the ONLY thing left to do is get memphis out…if NOT and i’ve said this several times, he’s going to win. And i wouldn’t mind seeing Libra gone but not before Jessie.

I think CBS is pulling the strings, otherwise Jessie should have been the one to leave. Keesha lost my fandom when she wanted jessie to stay even after he gave Libra the kiss of death gesture. Jessie,Memphis, Michelle and Keesha are the four i now want to see leave. No make that five with Libra also in any order.

That friggin’ Michelle is such a fake, and I’m kinda thinking that April will start turning on her own group, I’m worried for Jerry and that poor soul looks very worried himself, I cann’t believe tha lack of respect any of these HG’s Renny included treat an elderly person they way they are treating him, he’s no threat to anybody.
Dan is about the only one that really treats him (Jerry) like he is an elderly man, after tonight I’m starting to lose some respect for Renny that I’ve had for 3 solid weeks, and she’s closer to Jerry’s age than anybody in the house and she should set an example for older people, not be the first one on the bandwagon to bash Jerry, even over Memphis and he hates Jerry, anyway I’m expecting to see the house flip now that April is HOH , but I’m glad Michelle didn’t win it so I guess thats a plus…………..kinda, lol

What I don’t get is, if Michelle hurt herself, she was gonna drop ANYWAY! Why didn’t April just wait her out?? Or like you said, tendr, only make a promise with her and not include muscleheadboy! But ya know, it IS BB, and people don’t always keep their promises!!! It’s part of the game…..remember when Natalie asked for her and Matt to be safe and who was it…Crazy.James??…that said sure but then backdoored Matt? People in this game are just too goody-goody- boyscout. No one wants to see FAIR PLAY!!! That’s not why we tune in!! We want to see the gladiators against the lions!! It’s a rough world out there..we need a release!!! lol
And I don’t see why everyone is against Memphis, unless you have a different personal fav you want to win. I said from day one, before the show even started, that he could take it all. And so what if he does?? Someone has to. And I havent really developed any personal feelings , at least so far, for anyone this season. I DO think he’s holding back. But as his alliance gets picked off……or maybe even now that Angie is gone..which totally SUCKS!!!……I think he will ro at least SHOULD be stepping it up.
And I voted for Dan because I could see alot of Eric in him too. I think he will do a good job. Should be an interesting week!

You know, you might have a point. CBS has rigged other seasons. I think Jessie and Memphis should be nominated. They are both relatively strong. (although Jessie might not be as strong as we think. just musclebound) They are talking about getting rid of Jerry. Here again, we’re letting emotions rule our game. Jerry can’t win anything, and he doesn’t appear to be a threat at all.
I think they screwed up by voting out Angie instead of Jessie this week. Now they have another chance, but CBS might not let them do it, because he’s so colorful. Some people think he’s cute and clever. I just find him totally juvenile and obnoxious. I think I dislike him about as much as have any houseguest ever.

I know everyone wanted Jessie out and so did I. So when Angie was voted out with a vote of 8 to 0 I said to my husband I hope Jessie wins HOH just to see how the house would act.. He would put up Libra for sure and then the next week they could vote Jessie out. But that did not happen and I looks like we will have Sex in the Room. April said she would not put up Jessie or Michelle but Libra has not got to her yet, If she put up Jerry and Memphis and on wins POV would she put up Jessie or one of the 7. thats what happen to Nat last year . She made a deal and her sweet thing got back door. Could this happen this year? Well it looks like a bad week for TV on BB , But then you can never tell Keesha said she was going to shake things up but I did not see any I was the same old same old the 6 telling the HOH who to vote and no game play from the HOH.

god bless dan….your looking lovely tonite ms chen…i thought i was watching eddie haskell from leave it to beaver…loved julie’s response… what the hell are these bone heads doing…not sending jack a$$ jessie out the door…SOMETHING SMELLS VERY VERY FISHY IN THE CBS BACK LOT…somethimes called the bbhouse…this has got cbs pulling the strings all obver it which kind of makes it tu8ff to watch…kind of like westling…it’s all scripted out…maybe it’s time to start watching the weather channel (to see some real activity or maybe the food channel…watch emeril whip up some fancy chicken dinner…only kidding…but it really smells funky and by a vote of 8-0…i might have fallen off the apple cart but not last night…APRIL YOU NEED TO GET JESSIE AND MEMPHIS UP ON THE BLOCK…

The outcome was very predictable and even more so boring. This season has everyone doing what the HOA wants. When will someone step up to the plate. Keesha decision/choice may come back to haunt her. Hopefully Dan can put some life in BB10. I would like to see him win. This season has the rudest and most disrespectful group. Brainless Ollie (thinks with his pants). Keeshsa the airhead (poor choices). Libra the liar. Jessie the baby. Memphis the brainless bully. Renny the whiner. Michelle the fake. Grampa Jerry. Funnyman Dan. As for April well this week should give a better feel of where she is at, besides Ollie.

Keesha wanted Angie out because she needs to be the prettiest girl in the room. Some girls are like that. It didn’t matter about strategy, it was totally personal. She thinks she wil have time to be strategic later, what she doesn’t seem to be thinking about is the big picture.
I hope April doesn’t try to play it safe this week and she goes after Memphis and say Renny, then they could take Renny off with POV and put up Jessie and it’s Buh bye Jessie, hey a girl can dream…..
Love Dan as AP he could pull it off, I’d like to see him leave with something.

An absolutely horrible night. I cannot believe Jessie is still in the house. I cannot believe that April promised to keep Jessie. If CBS is pulling strings on this, they are doing a really bad job - I am almost to the point of abandoning the season. I think Ollie was right when he said this is the worst cast ever (Did I hear him say that on last nghts show or the live feeds?). Let’s hope that America’s Player (Dan) will mix things up a bit!

These people need to grow minds of their own. Why are they keeping promises and these stupid alliances. As April said, “America thinks we are the stupidest cast”. She is right on. Jessie should be gone. It is going to come back to bite all of them in the butt. If the show keeps on with a bunch of weenies I am not going to be able to watch anymore. How was Angie a threat? Keesha is so stupid. They need to back door jessie this next time around.

This season started out with so much promise, what happened????
My three favorite players get voted out in the first three weeks. They were the comedy,
the fun, there late night antics kept you laughing till the wee hours of the morning.
THEY WERE ENTERTAINING
Brian, Steven, and my favorite Angie (I Loved Angie)are gone, why turn on the show??
What are we left with??? NOTHING
And someone please explain the logic of keeping Jessie at the expense of Angie. when clearly Jessie was the biggest threat at that moment.

I cannot believe none of you have mentioned Keeshas “moment” last night…OMG i rewound it 3 times! In the HOH room when Julie was talking to her and she asked if Keesha thought that the house guests UNDERESTIMATED her and she replied with ” oh yes i think they definitly UNDERESTED me thinking I was just a ditsy blonde!”…oh man that had me practically in tears! what a moron! I can’t believe she actually thinks she smart, she is an IDIOT! and completly useless, she will be gone soon!

My head is still shaking and my jaw remains dropped, in disbelief! I am really shocked, all the antics, the disrespect and still Keesha wanted Angie out because of the Steven issue??? Move on, - this is a game, Steven is gone. Get Jessie out of there. I cannot stand it anymore. I am so disappointed. I do not want Jessie in that sequester house either. I haven’t felt this strong about a player before in all the BB shows. I really do not like him. UGH! BAD move houseguests. Also, BAD move for April to promise, do not promise anything to anyone. Angie’s speech was a class act. Very well done. Stupid move on the hg’s part, it will come back to get them. I do hope April with turn her head from Ollie for at least one moment to concentrate on the game and get Jessie, Memphis, Michele.. out!! all 3 have to go at this point. Then let the war between this other alliance begin. I voted twice for Am Player, once for Renny once for Dan.. couldn’t decide..hehe

Angela i completley agree with you on Keesha, she is a Bi%@h. She told Renny last nite that Memphis has to stay and she is getting very worried at this point. After she talked to Renny i totally know for sure why she wanted Angie out(I love Angie) she was on memphis, like fly on s#it, she needs to go. I really liked Renny for the last three weeks but she is not one of my favs anymore, she is hanging with Keesha now and picking up her bad habits LOL. Keesha of course is Rennys fav.
As for Dan as AP, not the choice i would have made if he is your favorite. Depending on who America voted for to put up on the block this AP could hurt him if it is a person from his alliance, especially if its someone like Libra seeing that they have gotten a lot closer lately how would he explain that one. I really like Dan and hope he goes far in the game, but i see this AP being maybe not in his favor, being in such a big alliance there won’t be many to choose from to put up on the block that aren’t on his side. My choice for eviction is Keesha, i can’t stand her holier than thou attitude and she is a BIMBO, April is kinda catching on to her after watching the live feeds last nite, i can only hope she goes next, but this SHEEP ALLIANCE don’t know how to step up to the plate and make a choice of their own, can’t wait to see them start picking each other off!!

Get Ready For A Wild Week!!
Although April promised Manchelle on Boston’s life (her nephew) that she would Not put up her or Jessie…April has other plans……
Right now…April plans on putting up MEMPHIS and JESSIE. With the intent of getting MEMPHIS out. She’s putting JESSIE up in case he wins POV and she doesn’t want to be put in the position of nominating “one of her own.”
Also….MANCHELLE did NOT dislocate her wrist!!! No injuries were involved…just a lot of soreness. After TWO AND A HALF HOURS, Manchelle started crying about not seeing her mom…BUT stayed up another 30 min.
I HATE THIS “MOB MENTALITY!!!” April/Libra already dissing Keesha for talking to Memphis after the comp in the Spa….but then went on to beg Dan to keep Jessie busy with chess so Jessie would leave her alone this week.
DAN was called to DR early in morning to be given FIRST AP TASK!! Afterwards, he went straight to the girlsl and said, “Jessie needs to go up!” That’s when April revealed her plan. So, we know AP game plan.
(Libra has already guessed that Dan is AP)

IMO the playing field in the BB house should be level with no differences shown for age, gender, or ethnic background. Jerry deserves no more nor any less respect that do all the other players. I am sure Jerry would agree. I am of his generation and I would highly resent it if I were treated any differently from the younger ones……… I wanted to stand up and cheer last night when Michelle gave her parting remarks. Way to go Michelle. Showed a lot of class.

For the life of me I don’t understand why Jesse is still in the house - I believe CBS wants him there to add drama to an otherwise boring house.
On After Dark I think Michelle is turning to the otherside, already kissing up to April and dissin’ Jesse asking Renny to kiss her like her Mama! I’m not sure what to think of Michelle, right now she is playing both sides.
I don’t know why April made promises, she seemed to be in control and ready to go the distance. Unlike Michelle she was up and moving around right after she dropped.
Kudos to the “elderly” Renny who kicked all the men’s arses!!!

Dan is right Jessie needs to go home to his mommie. I would like to see Jerry go before Memphis. will these house guest ever learn your word means nothing in the house you are playing to win the money not make friends. Yes you do have to have *friends* in the house but only as far as it will take you to the money. We all know that Angie & Steven should still be in the house but they are gone so me have to move on. Blizzie, You are right about being old I am 56 and much stronger than a lot of 30 year olds. Memphis think if you are over 40 you need to go in to a home, would love to see him when he is our age and hear what he thinks then. Daphne , the First year the we did have a say in who won but it did not work out well so they changed it to the House Guest vote. I would be nice if we had 1 vote each at the end and see how diff. the game would be played.

At least April said she wasn’t Set on MEMPHIS being evicted. That if JESSIE “attacked” her…she could change her mind and send him packing.
What IRKS me is that she made some of her alliance vow to give her the consideration of a free week next week AND they AGREED!!!
AND BY THE WAY….Both APRIL and MANCHELLE just agreed in the HOH that
April said that JESSIE was Not Safe but that he wasn’t her Target!

I think that the HOH room should be off limits to any one but the one with the HOH power and who should be vote off should be total up to one with power not the house. The tv cam in HOH room should be for HOH to watch the others and see what he or she should do so it is told surprize at who save who not.

I watched all BB shows and they just get nutter each time with who the boss and who HOH takes all the crap and dose what the group wants not his or her way.
What use of the HOH room and key if the power is group thing?
Why cant the rules change and make it HOH room only no one else in it any time.
This year group is young and selfish and mean and evil too. Sad to see the young be so evil mouthly and rude. This got be hard on Jerry i give him all rights and cedit for going on the show and put them young ones in line. SOme thing there familys should taught them to be kinder to old people.
I thing Jessie needs a head dr and he needs to stop take drugs to make over his body he only a body because he has no brains.

When I turned on Showtime Thursday at midnight I expected the competition to be still in play. To my dismay it had ended 15 minutes earlier. What happened to that muscle bound meathead and the rest of the guys?
Around 10 minutes after I tuned in, the people were in the kitchen talking and I heard Keesha say at least 3 times that the “earthquake was a fake”! THE EARTHQUAKE WAS A FAKE?????????????????????????????? Olie agreed with her, but Memphis spoke up an said he would bet $500 that it was’nt.
I thought I liked Keesha, but after that remark I wondered how she ever became HOH.

Has anyone else tried to get on BB10 dish tonite?? I have tried multiple times and ways and every time I get a message that you cant get rid of saying that i cant get into the site. Keeps asking if I’m conncted to the internet…..like DUH!! I wonder if the site is down……or maybe BBBlogger has blocked anyone on his maiiling list from using it……lol JUST KIDDING!!!!! But I’m kind of feaking here..I like to watch BBAD as I read what happened during the day…..kind of get my BB fix all at once!!lol
And maybe it’s cuz I watch BBAD then go to bed but……..I have been having dreams with some of the HGs(or characters resembling them) in them. Should I be WORRIED????!!!! But maybe this is a sign of a true fan…complete saturtion.
