Amanda, Alex Evicted From BB House; Julie Announces Twist
Who’s excited about the twist?
That’s right, at the end of Big Brother 9’s weekly eviction show, Julie Chen noted that the evicted couple next week will find out something that will forever change the house and start a new chapter. Yada, yada, yada.
I don’t think it’s as simple as CBS producers reverting to a single-player game. Not sure what it is, but I’m thinking. I’m thinking.
We think at this point that it will not involve Alex or Amanda, given that they were evicted 3 to 0. As you might recall, Mattie and Natalie campaigned pretty hard, and while Amanda did her part — Alex left it up to fate.
After their eviction, Alex noted that his partner’s words probably were the reason they got nominated but that his lack of effort in campaigning was probably the reason they’re headed home.
Like I noted earlier this week, I’m starting to feel better about the season as a whole. A lot of that sentiment centers on the hope that next week, with the twist, it starts getting really good. However, some of it centers on the fact that there was some real strategy in choosing to keep Matt and Natalie over Alex and Amanda.
Given how much of a pushover Alex has been over the last three days and that, as Allison noted, they were weak from eating slop, I think it was a mistake not to oust Matt and Natalie now. It’s like Charlie Brown and Lucy. In each show, she pulls out that darned football, and our bald-headed beloved blockhead falls on his arse, right?
Should have ended Matt and Natalie while you could.
From a cerebral and possibly hemorrhoidal perspective, Crazy Gay Porn James and Chelsia are perhaps the players to beat right now. Seriously, they’re playing a smart game, I think. And they did eliminate one of the early favorites sooner rather than later.
But as couples, the rest of these turkeys are just filler. Ryan and Allison have no shot. Neither do Sheila and Adam.
What will be interesting is how Joshuah and Sharon perform as the new HoH couple. They won in a competition focused on quotes about love from notorious authors such as Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Oscar Wilde and William “Billy the Kid” Shakespeare.
Unfortunately for Josh and Sharon, they blabbed about having memorized all the quotes all around the house. Dude, I was seriously thinking this duo might be the most literate in Big Brother history! I’ve never seen a player jump up and down and get all worked up over being able to answer an academic bowl-type of question. And Sharon even pronounced Goethe right!
To be honest, on one hand, the excitement of what the twist might be gets me a bit revved up for what’s to come after this week. But what does it mean for this week?
On one hand, this week could be pivotal, like that first spot in the sequester house. On the other hand, if people start reentering the house, this might be a throw-away.

It would be interesting if the twist was to bring two favorites back - such as Janelle and Dick as a super couple - or some of those evicted could come back - imagine the fighting and hard feelings that would cause in the house - and considering there is no one worth cheering for at the moment - it would be a whole new ball game - could be interesting — it would be nice to see Allison go home soon - she is such a pain!!

I bet the twist has something to do with that weird Hudson virus statement during the veto competition where they established communication with the outside world. Any ideas on what that meant b/c I don’t have any?

I am glad Matt & Natalie are still in the house. Natalie is the life of the party, she is the one who started the strip tease betwen her and Chelsea and the one who initiated the kissing hot tub party. Matt & Natalie are definitely better for ratings, although strtegically If I were in the house I would had voted them out since they are fun, strong and exciting.

P.S. last evening on Big Brother after dark on Showtime Amanda taught Ryan how to fold a t-shirt by holding it upside down. I am a 52 year old bachelor and after watching the episode refolded evewryone one of my t-shirts.

sorry for not staying on the subject of what the twist may be…. I think the twist will be switching partners for two weeks. After two weeks of different partners the remaining house-guests will battle itm out on their own.

Man, I would like to see a clip on the t-shirt folding. I don’t get BBAD nor watch live feeds. Alas, I am missing too much, but I just can’t afford them right now.
I’m excited about the twist. Wouldn’t it be cool if they brought back couples from previous shows? Not just Dick and Janelle, but other ones, too.

Someone said the show was to end in March sometime (can’t remember where I read that one).
My theory on the twist is that the couples will be mixed up. There are 5 couples left. The twist won’t happen until there are 4 couples remaining. That would leave 8 individuals. If they made it a singles thing then they wouldn’t be able to end in March. However, I would think when it gets down to the final two couples, they would have to make it an individual competition for the money. The Dick & Janelle theory would be kind of fun. They would chew these houseguests up and spit them out.

I think that at evictions, you get to elimate one partner from each team and the other partners left have to team up.

Seems like our Evil Dick has made an impression on Josh, who claims that he took a page out of ED’s book to use on Alli (which of course, Nat asked, “When did Dick write a book?” LOL) to rattle her right before comp…..Thankfully, he didn’t pay attention to Alli or listen to Sharon before yesterday’s show in the storage room. He just wanted to study the house!

1. Operation Gardner - Adam/James/Matt getting rid of Alli, who plants seeds.
2. HT: Everyone showing empathy to Ryan. Ryan commenting on how Alli is losing it in the intelligence dept.

If they bring back an evicted couple - or even just one of any evicted couple, I’m going to think this is the lamest game show on television altogether, and I’ll figure I’m better off watching Jeopardy with my mother. haha. Turning eviction into some kind of musical revolving door is just dumb. And under no circumstances do I want to have to see Jen again. To think I actually liked her in the first episode.
I think either they’ll split the couples up, or they’ll mix & match or something like that. Or at least I hope that’s the case. The thought of Jen coming back into the house is vomitous. I wish Ryan was gone too already.
THe Hudson Virus was a joke reference having to do with the tv series Jericho, which comes on CBS right after Big Brother on Tuesday. It was a CBS show promotion from one show to another. That’s all.
Adam didn’t have a job to be fired from. He lied about being a PR manager, he was a telemarketer for the autistic organization, and according to the organization, he left employment there long before he went on Big Brother.
Of course, I read on the CBS BB message board that someone said that Adam claimed to have been with a man sexually, and claimed to have been a paid escort in NYC. I don’t know where they heard that, and I have a hard time believing he even said those things, and if he did, I would have a hard time believing anything he says, period. He’s already been shown to be a liar.

The twist is: The evicted couple gets to switch the pairs up! That would be the ultimate twist to this game. All alliances would broken and people would know each others overall game strategy.

Well, I think that they are going to part the couples and they are going to have to play indiviually. This may be hard for some seeing that they have established relationships with each other. On the last episode, they stated a virus. That will probably play into the couples ending and going one on one.

don’t think the producer will have any old BB guest back in the house. It would make it to one sided and dick has been watching the show all along so it would be very unfair.

I want to thank BB9 for finally getting my attention and for giving me even MORE insomia issues if that is even possible, this is due partly to me HATING Allison and loving my drama queen Josh. Who btw on Sho2 last night almost made me pee myself laughing when he was going on his tirad about Ali. Josh said so many funny things I can’t even pick a top one I WANT HIM TO BE MY GIRLFRIEND!! But Josh how do you not know what asinine means!!
I was sad to see Amanda and Alex go I did like Amanda, but so goes BB. I hope the twist is a power couple but I think EVEL is all booked up don’t you?
I also have to say how bad I feel for Natalie. Last night Matty (mr playa YA OK) told her on the feeds that she has to abide by his schedule. Anyone who watched please feel free to let me know what your thoughts were. But my god Natalie wanted to tell him about her convo with Josh and Sharon she def was trying to be on the same team page with him and of course he blew her off. But what I really talking about was the “hammock” conversation. First off is it just me or is there a big cross section of young women Natalie’s age who are starving for “male approval”? 20 something years ago was their a surge in single mothers or something? In Natalie’s defense she honestly though that Matty would want to be prepared and he told her he didn’t want to hear about it on the same day or whatever@! Point is he talks with everyone else is kissing Chelsea in the storage room after pizza and right after Natalie wanted to talk with Matty and he said he was tired Alison screams his name and he jumps to like a good lil boy. I feel bad for her she is so attention starved the mom in me wants to sit her down and have a nice talk about self respect and esteem, but the BB watcher in me just gets frustrated and writes wayyy too long comments….
BTW Evil was mentioned a couple times last night they were talking about him coming in and Chelsea told Sheila he would tear her apart, she then said he would probably tear all of them apart except james. Ok EVEL was good but I don’t think even these half naked 20 somethings would bring him back in the house. My guess if he is watching is he as disgusted as half of us by game play?

Here’s what I think is the Jericho twist…If you watch Jericho there are two towns that were fighting…New Bern and Jericho. Communication being restored…blah blah those hints.
I think there are TWO bb9 houses…one that has the evicted houseguests and one with the others. The evicted houseguest have been able to see via the feeds whats been going on in the house.
So next week…ALL the houseguest will return to play individually! Communication restored. Hudson Virus couples killed.

well they did say at the beginning of the season that Sharon & Jacob, the first couple evicted, had been “sequestered” and when Neil had to leave the game, they just happened to have a replacement standing by?????? I don’t remember hearing in past seasons about early evictees being sequestered. makes you want to go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

*HOPE* you kill me girl!!! I also loved how Shelia thot she would have a thing with ED!! And as much publicity that it has gotten maybe we should buy stock in Tylenol PM! Have you been watching the live feeds after the comp? OMG! Allie is so sucking up and throwing Ryan under the bus. Too little too late. But I have to agree, I had to take a couple of naps today after staying up so late with BBAD and the live feeds today. BB was Brutal today.
Josh called Alli out on her threaten ploy, saying that the DR let him watch the tape and if he had done that, he would have been thrown out. I’m actually going to have to tape Survivor so I can stay by the computer!

*PLO* Pull up” BB9Dish You Gotta Have It!” It’s a great site to go to if you don’t have the live feeds. Caroline and her guys are really good at you- tubing the live feeds pretty quickly! You’ll see how Allie lied, threw Ryan under the bus, kissed booty, and basically made herself look pretty sad.
I can’t believe she lied to the whole house by telling them that Josh said he was going to strangle her. He won’t even look at her. He looks exhausted and he told her he was done talking trash to her and talking to her period!

**Started with Alli/Nat spending an hour in the spa. Mostly Alli telling lies and trying to convince Nattie to just stay by her side and spend time with just her so it will drive Josh crazy!….”honestly, Natalie!” She told Nattie that she thinks she can sway J/C or even A/S votes to keep her and Ryan…….LATER, Matt, ONCE AGAIN, being cruel to Natalie, told her not to listen to Allison or stick to her, but to mingle with everyone. He refused to give her any of his gameplay because of how gullible she is.
**Rest of the BBAD in HOH: where Josh proceeded to bash Allison from here to Kingdom Come.
1. She’s a Fashion Catastrophe! Mis-matched walking sales rack.
2. Tarantuala Eyes - she clumps her 30 lbs of mascara to give her the look of having just FIVE eyelashes, WITH a Third Eye (some skin flap that she put mascara on instead of concealer) [which by the way, I noticed this on Wed. nite and commented out loud about it. She looked terrible!]
3. “That hair….that sad pathetic high ponytail. She parts it in the middle like a butt cut. This is not a McDonald’s Drivethru….hers is like the Arches. (He demonstrates) It’s hanging spaghetti - dead and limp, just like her personality!”

6. J/S talk about how Alli is obsessed with her body and legs. That Alli says how great she will look when she is 50. Josh: “Ha, you don’t have sex at 28, no one is going to want you when your 50! She will die Old Catwoman, and I wish you the best with that.”
Sharon said how the DR/BB Producers questioned Sharon about why Josh used restraint and didn’t blow during the Nom. Ceremony. She said they were surprised and asked her questions.
J/S talk Gameplay: If J/S win PoV they want to take Matt/Nat off and put up A/S becuz all they’ve done is piggyback people and need to sweat it off a little bit. Josh said he’ll tell them if their on the block it will not look like they’ve just floated thru the game. Ended with Josh saying, “It’s the most crucial PoV of the season.
It’s a crapshoot!” Sharon: I just think everything will be coupled. It won’t be as crazy because its a couples.” (But then she suggested that a twist will occur after this eviction)

I’m still convicted there are 2 bb9 houses and the evicted houseguest will return. Heard they did something similar in the European version last years so…that makes me think CBS will do that same.

OK is there anything Ali won’t do to get votes?? I know last night wasn’t the first time she kissed Chelsia but MY GOD alison. I believe she is making BB history people, with the girl on girl action. What a vote-slut do you think she might try to get down on Sharon next?>
Speaking of Sharon I read somewhere that she kissed Matty is there any truth to that? I wouldn’t think that of her although I know Matty has been hanging around her lately. And Ali telling Sharon the other day that Alex had a thing for her what was that all about?

*HOPE* Yep, Matty played Sharon Fri. nite and laid one on her. It was eerie! Josh said he was going to pimp her out. Oh, BB9Dish has the actual clip of Matty kissing Sharon with Josh walking in a few min. later. Pretty funny!
and yeah, Allie would do ANYTHING for a vote. She has had to made at least a dozen deals so far. I can’t believe she doesn’t realize what a fool she is going to look like…or rather, looks like. Josh was pretty accurate about BB making Allie look like a villian. He said it was becuz of all the particualr questions that DR is asking him. He gave her a another “dose” yesterday.

Okay…I don’t know about you guys, but didn’t Sun. show seem so out of order and WRONG PRESENTATON?!? For people who only watch tv, they are not getting the real truth of what is really going on on the live feeds. Kind of makes the BB Editors look stupid and manipulative. Although, I do love the way they made Allison finally look like the snake she is…even though her and Josh really didn’t make up with a hug like they showed it. Oh well.

I’m so dissapointed with this group - letting Josh exist peacefully. Has nobody noticed he’s a complete bully to GIRLS, and afraid of the guys? He picked on Amanda, and got away with it. He pretended the fake lesbian scenario Sheila and Alli made up offended him and went ballistic on her. That was the biggest joke which only lasted a few days in the beginning.. and the house believes he’s mad about it now??? Weeks later??? How do they not see him? Not to mention he picked on Alli’s chest, which she really can’t help. I don’t see him going off on any of the guys. Why does no one call him on this? This whole house is either completely stupid or afraid they’re going to offend someone (we’re going to leave Adam out of this, he’s a non-factor in the game anyway). Not that I’m a Allison fan, but she’s being ran out by the leader of the idiots. If not for the BBAD Natalie action, I couldn’t stomach this season. Please do not bring back another couple. Get this season over with and bring in fun people like Jase, Howie, Janell and the Donatos. Heck, I’d rather see Chicken George and Cowboy than these gutless people.

matt is really trying to mix things up. He and Natty are saying they are voting out A/R, but really have a deal with them. James/Chelsia are messing with everyone, purposely not telling who they are voting out. Everyone thinks they are going to keep Allie/Ryan. But Chels says no, but now she is worried that if the vote goes to 1-1, everyone will think it is her and James instead of Matt/Nattie.

So are you saying that J/C & N/M are going to keep Ryan & Allison (whom by the I can NOT stand) Ryan’s cool but that Ally is just so so cold, don’t you think?
I was trying to watch some of BB after dark but I just can’t with Allison, degrading people about some of the things she has is just wrong, game or not. Not to mention the sexual behavior ??? when she says anything I guess she means EVERYTHING huh? I wonder how her family,friends & place of employment feel about her actions?
She should be careful, because life has a way of biting you on the ass and making you see the other of things from a whole new prospective.

Natvtxn…I agree about Sunday’s show. it seemed all mixed up, out of order and unclear. I remember when I used to only wacth the show, I was always confused about what was going on. Now I see WHY!!! But I think if BB is going to keep improving the *voyerism* aspect of the show, they need to do something more excitng with the actual TV broadcast because, except for the live eviction, what good is it? And any true fan has either the live feeds or BB/AD or BOTH!
Speaking of which, I only get BB/AD so I often have to pick up details in bits and pieces of conversation. Nat was talking about winning something….maybe it was the last POV…and I think they had the Veto ceremony today. and I believe natvtxn just wrote something about M/N voting out whoever…does that mean they are off the block now??(Obviously!!!lol) Who did J/S put up in their place? J/C?? between the show and only seeing the last half of Showtime tonite..I feel really LOST!!
BTW…did anyone else hear Sharon tell the whole story about Jacob?? What a LOSER!! I hope he doesnt get put back in the house thru any show twist!! I hate him already!!lol

It’s a mess, cuz no one will say how they are really votingl, so no knows for sure if A/R are really being evicted.
The boys were so BORING on BBAD last nite. There’s no way they are going to put Jacob back on the show. What a snake!!
*STAR* pull up the….BB9Dish You Gotta Have It. If you don’t have the live feeds, this site does a pretty good job putting up clips of what happens pretty quick. That way, maybe you won’t feel so lost.

I think that it would be very hard to be the BB9blogger for this season. TV is so far behind the live feeds. And all of us want ot know what is happening!! How can you be true to tv only, but keep everyone else happy? Our BB9blogger is doing an excellent job!!

Natvtxn..I am SO not a *morning person*……lol I am not UP early….I hadnt gone to bed yet…..:) My husband works 3rd shift so I have sort of adapted to his hours. I am free lance and so dont have to be up at any certain time. Never occured to me that anyone would think i had gotten up with the cows….or chickens or whatever….hehehe

Also, has anyone seen the way Matt has been mackin on Sharon?? It may all be strategy but I think he actually kinda likes her….cuz she gives him shit and doesnt act like she’s interested….just the opposite of Nat whom he can’t stand! And Sharon is acting all *whatever* and telling Josh all about it..but I think secretly she is lovin the attention…….he may not be deep but he’s too cute for her not to be flattered by it…IMHO!

Yeah, Matt said he was going to “play” Sharon. But when he leaves the room, she bashes him to live feeds and Josh. She wants him to see that she is really playing him, when he goes back and watches the tapes. But it sure is sickening. Matt’s okay, but his rolling eye bothers me a little. Personally, I wouldn’t touch him. He’s been “around” the block too much for me!! And he treats Nat like a puppy.
BBAD was SO boring AGAIN!! Now the fight that James and Matt had earlier in the evening was interesting. But nothing was really gained.
The ONLY interesting thing that happened on Sun.BBAD was when Nat told Ryan there were 27 letters of the alphabet! SERIOUSLY!! She included…X, Y, AND!!!!, Z. omg! This girl is a hoot! And she keeps popping out at random times wherever Matt is and shouts out a number….”8 pillows!” The numbers with item is never consistent. It’s Hilarious!!

Have to look for it……and I totally agree about the whole ten-foot pole rule with him and that hes not a NICE person…..but then either was Dick and we all loved him….I just think he’s the best *looking* guy in the house. I also think hes the best player strategically..again, much like ED. Barring the *twist* BB has planned, I think he and Nattie could win this!
(and then I read about yet another example of her lack of just regular ole intelligence….but she’s strong physically and will literally do anything Matt says so if he just keeps his *good* eye on her…..)lol
and Yes, NATVTXN….I did check out the site…very kewl….thanks! altho who has TIME to do that all day?? I take it they are getting PAID for doing it…..or they seriously need to go get a LIFE…lol
